We have used the dog training services. Started with puppy training package 6x classes it was special price. For that think it was 125 not sure they have special coupons too for training. Next we got intermediate level and advance level training. All the stages of our puppy training. Patrick is a great dog trainer and knowledgeable. We going sign up for other training sessions so kept our dog high energy personality ln check ..LOL hopefully

Ordered online and was ready for pick up in less than 2 hrs. I arrived about 10 mins before closing and found close parking near the entrance. I didn't see anyone at the register but there was a young lady who ended up assisting a customer. About 2 mins later another associate approached me asking for f I had been helped yet. She was able to assist me with no problems. I received nothing but good customer service and a great deal on the items I purchased.

    Yorkies first uneven haircut lol

Not a good experience as a new customer. It was my yorkies first haircut and it was uneven !! She looked better before and I'm very disappointed her beautiful long lashes were cut off!! I will never return there.

Stopped by PetSmart this evening to pick up some dog food and visited the groomer to see if I could schedule a pedicure for our puppy, Coco. I talked to Lauren, Salon Lead who was extremely helpful. She ended up seeing Coco (as walk in) Lauren was patient with our squirmy puppy who quickly calm down and allowed Lauren to file down her nails. The entire process took about 10mins. We will definitely be back. THANK YOU FOR YOUR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'd also like to add the cashier and store manager who helped checking out were also extremely friendly. I'm sorry I didn't get their names.

    Her pictures

Boarded our puppy here when we had to go out of state. I would call daily to check in and they were very kind. Said to call as often as I needed. The daily pictures of her were the highlight of our day. She was very shy but they worked with her. When we picked her up she was so happy with them that it took her a minute to notice us. Was very pleased with our entire experience. The PetHotel employees were so sweet and patient with our girl.

First day of doggy day camp for my girl, Chloe. She's completed the basic commands class at PetSmart and passed successfully. I decided to have her do a trial run of the day camp since I wanted to start using their doggie hotel. EASY CHECK-IN. I completed the liability release and contract form on the spot. PetSmart had already gotten her vaccination records on file for her doggie hotel stay the day before. The form is basically 2 areas to initial, contact info, emergency contacts and all the standard fine print of legalise. DOGGIE DAY CAMP is not doggy day care. I found that out over the phone. When you call PetSmart to schedule for day camp, the call operator is not on site at the LB Towne Center location. The doggy day care is when your dog stays in an atrium whereas the day care allows for intermingling and socializing. DOGGY WINDOW for the pooches are to the right if the entrance to the pet hotel check-in. I took photos from the outside looking in. My dog was nervous and a bit emo, but appeared to adjust well after about 20 minutes. A worker was in the play area with the little dogs and played ball with them. I'll be picking up my girl in about an hour, so hopefully no issues.

My 3rd time taking my dog there and she looked great! I can not recommend and thank Milo enough for her patience and grooming skills. I have a Siberian Husky and of course she sheds crazy during the summer. Milo and the staff dealt my dogs barking and wolf like howling great, and recommended some grooming scheduling options to keep my dog's shedding under control as well. I plan to return for all my dog's grooming needs in the future!

My dog had a great time boarding here for 2 nights while my husband and I went out of town for Halloween weekend. We added the Spooky Special package, which included an adorable nightmare before Christmas themed bandana, a bewitching bat cookie, a coupon book, and a digital photo of our boy in front of a haunted house. The petshotel staff, especially Melissa, went above and beyond to provide an excellent experience. Wheaties is looking forward to more daycare and boarding.

Prices for a bath are ridiculous and they charge you extra on Friday, Saturday and Sundays even if you've had your pet boarded

Very Disappointing Experience…read more I'm extremely disappointed with this dog boarding/daycare facility. We had used it before without issues, which makes this experience especially disappointing. Our dog stayed there from June 25 through July 9, 2026, with daycare twice a week. When we picked him up on July 9, we discovered a significant hole in his ear. No one had contacted us, and the receptionist said no injury was documented in his file. Staff could not explain what happened or identify which dog may have caused it. We were directed to the facility's veterinary hospital, where our dog had to be sedated, stitched, and treated with antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medication. He also had to wear a cone for three weeks. We were charged for the medications and requested reimbursement from both the veterinary hospital and daycare and yes we were reimbursed. The daycare offered only 10% off a future boarding stay and two free daycare days. We have no interest in returning and no longer trust this facility with our dog's care. Accidents can happen, but an injury requiring sedation, stitches, medication, and three weeks in a cone should have been documented and reported immediately. Instead, our dog is now missing part of his ear. This experience revealed serious failures in supervision, communication, documentation, and accountability.

I can't say enough good things about Andrew from Leader of the Pack OC. After trying two other…read moretrainers, one strictly positive reinforcement, and another online, I was starting to feel like I'd never get real control over my two small dogs (poodle/terrier/bichon mixes, 20 lbs each). One of them, Mocha, had repeatedly gotten loose and chased people and dogs, and even nipped once. Lily, the younger one, was starting to copy his bad habits. I was honestly overwhelmed. Then a neighbor recommended Andrew. From the first session, I could see this was different. We did five in-home training sessions using e-collars, something I had tried before with poor results. In the past, Mocha would shut down with e-collar use: hiding between my legs, refusing treats, and basically going into avoidance mode. But with Andrew's guidance, both dogs adapted quickly and comfortably. By the third session, they were walking calmly by my side, off leash, with the leash literally dragging on the ground, something I never imagined I'd see. But it didn't stop there. Their behavior at home transformed. No more chewing walls, no more accidents inside from Lily, and Mocha stopped spraying constantly on walks. Even behaviors we hadn't directly worked on started improving. They were calmer, more respectful, and somehow still the same affectionate, happy dogs, just with clear boundaries now. And they listen. They come when called, even at a distance, even with distractions, even at the park. It's like a whole different relationship now, I finally feel like we're connected in a way that's calm, respectful, and fun. With the new boundaries they've learned, I now have more control, and they actually have more freedom. On long walks in nature, they're able to enjoy time off leash because I know they'll listen to me when I talk to them. They will immediately come if there are distractions or dangers. That balance of trust and freedom has changed everything for us. The can be off leash without getting into mischief. One of the most incredible moments for me was when I told them to sit outside, walked 40+ feet away, and they just stayed seated, watching me. That kind of control used to feel impossible. And keep in mind, this is with two dogs, trained together, not in separate sessions. Other trainers had told me that couldn't be done. Andrew proved them wrong. Andrew is also incredibly professional and responsive, he was always on time, gave me a discount for the second dog, and was available by text throughout the week to answer questions between sessions. After the in-home training, he also hosts weekly group training sessions in the park, where you can reinforce the skills in a real-world setting with other dogs, bikes, skateboards, etc. These sessions are just as valuable as the private ones. In short, this training changed my life with my dogs. It was worth every penny and far exceeded my expectations. My family can't believe the change. My neighbors have noticed the change. My dogs are thriving, and I'm finally able to enjoy them without constant stress or fear. Andrew didn't just train my dogs, he helped rebuild my relationship with them. I am so grateful.

Leader of the Pack worked! Our high energy dog still has a ton of puppy energy and constantly would be going out of her way to see people and dogs after several walks and play time each day. She would run across the street, jumped on everyone, jumped fences/doors, didn't listen to commands, and was too friendly (leading to pulling or running to other dogs that may or may not be friendly). Andrew came to us through a referral from a friend who worked miracles with their Boxer. He was very professional and presented us a very thorough training strategy, scheduled visits and group training. His training had a specific focus of key behavioral tactics abd commands that we could use in our daily life at the house, ball fields, with young nieces, elderly parents and suited to our lifestyle. Their situational training covered everything we could want with walking past dogs on sidewalks, walking throughout various high distracting situations and activities: neighborhood, living on a busy street, having tons of kids around at all times, car rides, and at dog beach. One major reason to hire and go with Andrew's Leader of the Pack dog training is because he is outcome focused. He wants you to be happy with your dog's progress and not just get your moneys worth, but feel confident that you have the tools to deal with daily obstacles. He fielded questions, went up and beyond on a few things we encountered after training was completed and worked with us to get our dog and family to be safe.

The owners seemed nice and understanding. I sent every detail on snacks, feeding, and play/behavior was laid out for both our dogs. They stayed there several nights. We did get a video every day which was nice. I was disappointed to see the dogs were mostly outside playing in the dirt. When I looked at their list of rules ahead of scheduling, I thought it odd that we would not be able to tour the facility, but they said it was for the dogs' safety. Then when I got the videos of all the dirt - it made sense. They also offered baths for the dogs and that was kinda weird, too, but it all, again, made sense when we saw the dirt they were playing in. It's very interesting that the owners have a dog washing company on the side to offer the client's pet. It's all a bunch of handshaking between the two businesses. Dogs are filthy, well we have a grooming company. Ya don't say? All was well until we picked our dogs. One had been bit on the ear which the owner only advised me on pick up. You couldn't have told me ahead of time or when it happened? I wasn't upset. I let it go. They didn't even clean the dried blood off her ear. The dogs were stupid thirsty when we got them home. They drank like 4 bowls of water. One slept for 6 hours straight. I'll never recommend this business or return as a customer. Absolutely not. Dogs were FILTHY, not dirty, I mean downright disgusting. They were thirsty. Hardly any of the snacks / food / vitamins were used. We gave them enough for the stay and there was plenty left over. They looked like they lost weight. One dog wouldn't even come near my mom he was so upset with the entire thing. I had to get him non-aspirin chews to help with his limp. This just proved that they did not get the naps they require every day between the hours we requested. The lack of communication, lack of a tour, lack of cleanliness, and all the above just proved to me this is not a place to bring your dogs. I couldn't care less if I get a response on this review. Signed. Sealed. Delivered. Do not bring your pets here.
