This is a standard PetSmart, so it was an easy way to find most of what I needed. There was one thing's location I was unclear about, so I asked an employee I saw and she easily directed me. I grabbed what I needed and then walked around. I did some price matching of my cat food and was disappointed that a brand name food for would more expensive here. With this economy, don't they think that even die-hard PetSmart customers are probably price checking? At that point, I stopped looking at other things I regularly use for my cat. I did enjoy the reptile, fish, birds, and furry mammal sections. Who wouldn't enjoy looking at that? Of course, it wasn't what I needed and didn't tempt me enough to buy one. (I don't need my cat stalking another animal looking for a tasty treat!) So, PetSmart has a good selection of items, and the live creatures are interesting to see. However, I don't encourage you to do major pet shopping here without price matching. I'm pretty sure you can get better prices at HEB or Walmart (for the EXACT same items!).

    Good deal!

I find this PetSmart to be clearly the best PetSmart that I have been to in this area. So much so that even though I have moved 10 miles away, I drive all the way to this PetSmart in round rock for my grooming needs. They have an express service so I can sit and wait for my fur baby to be groomed. I like that. I have a medium size English cocker spaniel and she is 21 pounds and a bath and brush cost me $34. I had her nails ground and that was $15. The express option, which is me waiting for her and having her done immediately, was $15. So the prices aren't cheap however they are worth it. They have an app so we get credit and discounts and coupons which is nice. I also have curbside pick up available. The girl at the checkout counter was very kind. They had a lot of great stuff on discount and they always have a clearance rack and back, which I love to peruse I highly recommend this PetSmart!

We brought our 10 year old dog, Gracie, into PetSmart for grooming and couldn't be more impressed with the care and service provided by Ely! She treated our sweet girl with such patience and gentleness. Gracie came out looking fresh, clean, and clearly feeling good! We are so grateful for Ely, she not only does an excellent job grooming but truly cares for the well-being of the dogs. HIGHLY Recommend!!! Thank you so much ELY!!!

I hardly give this bad rating to any place, person and always try to looks for the best. But this time my experience is forcing me to make an exception. - I don't want to name it, but groomer sounded like new in team or have very less experience. - she need not just soft skill training but also should re-do grooming training - without even looking she told me their will be extra charge for extra brushing which is a add on service saying that my dog have too much undercoat, and some matting for which she said she'll shave, to my surprise even with extra payment they charged I found grooming was not good, my dog still came with matting by the time I was there that groomer left, other groomer saw and said she'll take care. Also on the paw from the bottom she shave it completely which exposed skin. - not just here, when I check in on Yelp it show 10% coupon, when I inquired they were not sure how to use it. They said they never saw this coupon. No doubt that groomer had so many open bookings, maybe no one want that groomer for their furr baby. I hope PetSmart grooming do better job with training new team members.

I hate this place completely a mess. My dog came back with rashes. She came scared, anxious, and traumatized from that place every time we go to PetSmart to get her food she is scared to go in there and she starts shaking yall traumatized my baby. they do not take your pet here if you don't want your pet to be traumatized or scared or come out with a fucked up haircut

Our favorite spot to get Eddie's supplies. There's sales every now and then then, friendly staff and the training sessions are awesome. Of course, you can bring your fur friend along with you!

Just finished puppy training there with our youngest dog, Louie, and the reviews I found prior to picking this location were spot on. Hannah was friendly, patient, and a total dog lover. She broke things down in easy-to-understand ways, and didn't give us a hard time when it was obvious we hadn't practiced outside of class (we slacked a little bit, but did our best!). I'm not sure if we'll do advanced training to follow up, but I highly recommend signing up with her whether you've got a new pup or want to teach an old dog new tricks!

Dropped my dog Off for a grooming appointment with Tiffany this morning. I was nervous because it was his first time coming to a new groomer in a while, and past experiences at other Petsmart weren't the greatest. My dog looked great when I picked him up! He's usually pretty shaken up after grooming appointments, but he was so calm on the way home and seems to be pretty happy. Even got a little smile for the picture lol. He's can be a pretty fussy 11 year old dog, but Tiffany did great with him. 10/10 recommend!

I picked Conscious Dog Training because the reviews show they have experience with pugs, and when Hemi had some naughty behavior that needed to be nipped in the bud, CDT stepped in and helped my husband and I better understand what was going on. I love the attention to detail and the customization done with these guys. Our trainer was Rebecca, and she showed up to our house ready to take on Hemi, who we learned, just needed boundaries and more structure in his routine. Training your dog is primarily the effort you make. So if you're ready to do the work, CDT is ready to take you on. They have a zero tolerance policy with electric shock therapy/shock collars, or anything leaning towards negative reinforcement.

By luck, I found Jennifer and she was the perfect fit. She was patient with me, was always upbeat and practiced rewards based training that I could actually repeat on my own and really helped me understand my dogs. She's honestly not just a trainer, she's a shrink for the whole family. She was able to figure out our dynamic and tell me what the dogs were thinking just by their body language and signals and taught me how to read their signs too. The aggression took not only training but meds too. Jennifer helped with so much input and advise on that too. I honestly could not have gotten through the stress of two dogs in the same household not getting along without Jenn keeping everything in perspective for me. She would remind me where we started, the plan we were on and where we were going. I clearly am beyond thrilled with Jennifer's training!! Fast forward two years and I now have more to thank Jenn for! I no longer have my Frenchie but I do have two amazing Pugs. Jenn has reminded me of the basic training I've already been taught and we are back to using our magic mats. They have been great at getting the puppy to settle as one crazy dog usually leads to two crazy dogs. We have also started our amazing loose leash training again and see how the little bit of structure helps the dogs calm down and helps us build a closer bond. This is Jenn's calling as she is an amazing dog trainer/therapist for both dogs and humans...and don't kid yourself, this training is really for you, not the dog!

Boarded our 5 month old puppy here for 11 days. Action Pack went above and beyond our expectations. They responded to our emails quickly and regularly sent photos of our pup. When we returned, our pup was happy and healthy. We now bring him for daycare once a week. He is SO excited when we drop him off in the morning and is happy and tired when we pick him up. Highly recommend Action Pack! UPDATE: this was supposed to be posted 10 yrs ago! I rarely use Yelp and only hopped on today to find a technician and saw this in the drafts. Well for 10 yrs we've been bringing our now 65-pound "Tibby" here for weekly daycare, birthday parties back in the day, and periodic boarding, and Tibby is still squeals when we turn into the driveway! Thank you for being a trusted partner in caring for our big sweet fur baby!

DELETING REVIEW SO NOBODY CAN SEE HOW TRASH IT'S THIS PLACE…read more I took my dog to this daycare on September 26, 2025, completely healthy and happy. When I picked her up, she was limping, and since that day she has not returned to normal: she does not walk, bark, or play, and her behavior has changed drastically. What concerns me even more is that, according to the staff, there is no evidence of the supposed incident that caused this situation. On top of that, my dog showed signs of having been medicated without my authorization. Customer service has been terrible. The secretary, Emilie, demonstrated a lack of professionalism by interfering with my communication with the manager, acting as if she owned the place. The way this case has been handled gives the impression that they are hiding information instead of providing clear solutions. My dog went from being a happy pet to a sad one with mobility problems after being under their care. For these reasons, I absolutely do not recommend this daycare: they showed a lack of transparency, responsibility, and proper care for my pet.

Owners were confused and just zapped away without proper training and guidance, I pulled my dog out immediately. If you truly love your dog, and want to learn proper communication, consider positive reinforcement. The only situation I 'maybe' consider this is a pup with aggressive behavior. Otherwise, I would NEVER recommend this type of training. NEVER.

The owner does need to be diligent with taking their dog to the trainings (we kind of fell off at the end but it was okay) but as long as you stick with it, your dog will learn new skills and will be better behaved than before. We can literally walk our dog without a leash now, I never thought that would be possible. She will sit in her place when people come over and we are always getting compliments on how good she is. We can do things in the front yard and have her stay in the garage and she won't run after other dogs that walk by or other other people or children. She has learned to stay in her place for as long as we need her to be. It's funny because she was a really wild dog before and now that she's trained everybody loves her. overall the training here was worth it and we are really happy that we did it!

First the location is remote and the grounds are very well kept. There are plenty of training areas outdoors, space to run around, as well as a splash pad pool area for pups to swim and play. Training classes were both hybrid indoors and outdoors and Briana is truly amazing at what she does. She has the best approach when it comes to training your dog and I love how thorough and informative she is. Almost every session you attend, at some point you have to demonstrate in front of the class things that you've been working on with your dog. What I love about Briana is if you do something incorrectly she does not make you feel bad, she simply corrects, redirects and then compliments once it's done right. Luna loved going to "school" and learning new things as well as playing with other dogs after the training classes were over with for the day. These classes were so important and really helped us better understand her and furthermore I think she loved wanting to learn as well. We have seen such improvement in her demeanor and behavior and will continue to reinforce what we've learned at Dog Joy. We hope to sign Luna up for more classes in the future.
