    Review for Grooming Department: Great team of groomers. I brought in my foster Asha for a bath. She somehow got into some motor oil and got it all over herself (luckily she didn't ingest any of it.) After multiple washes I had given her I decided to bring her into the grooming salon to get professionally cleaned. Lauren, Bart and there was a third person (sorry I didn't get his name!) They were the most helpful and was able to squeeze in Asha into their busy weekend schedule. I was worried that they wouldn't be able to get a lot of the oil off but they cleaned her up really good. They also followed up with a phone call and provided me with updates on the progress they had made. Thank you guys so much for taking such good care of Asha. She's now home and enjoying a well deserved nap.

    Got our little puppy groomed here and they did a really good job. We had a coupon so it made it a little cheaper. It took about an hour or two, and they called us when he was ready for pickup.

    Stop keeping beta fish in cups. Put each one in a tank like they deserve. They're living creatures and looks so miserable in such a small container. I understand people may see them as "just fish" put they deserve to be treated well. I understand they can't be all put in one tank but they all deserve more than a cup of living space.

    Took my shi'tzu to get groomed, first time in the store. The girl grooming her was nice. Calls me 2 hours later & says "I can't groom her anymore, she has mats & isn't letting me cut her hair." My Dog is 15 & has only a few teeth left. I've been taking her to get groomed without problems since I've owned her. She left her in laughable shape. My neighbor noticed the shape of my dog after the cut & said, "That should go viral". You'll understand why after looking at the pictures.

    Extremely rude staff. Groomers have no idea what they are doing. Do yourself a favor, don't bring your pup here.

    This place is not what it seems at all. I personally worked for them.They do not treat the animals…read morewell.In fact, they will go as far as grooming.A dog on the floor that is elderly. In addition, they do not pay their employees.Whatsoever, if you were to do a background check on these people Weston Barella amd Sandy Luna you will see that they have a bunch of lawsuits, including a couple from previous employees that they did not pay. The treatment of the animals here is not with any care.Also I will tell you safely that when it comes to shampoo conditioner.If they run low, they dilute it with about eighty percent water.I know because I have seen this firsthand and they advised me to do this. As someone who professionally has been in the industry of pet grooming for 14 years I can safely say I've never seen such negligence between the treatment of the animals and the employee's. I have already personally put alerts out there for indeed on these folks because I do not want anyone going through what I went through as well as any other employee's. They basically had me work for free.And never paid, and I was not the only one that this was done to. But if you care about your animal, do not take them here.

    I am beyond furious with PUP Pet Grooming, and after my last experience with Louie -- I will never…read moregive them another penny. I feel cheated -- the dog is traumatized; I am traumatized! The last visit was a disaster from the moment we walked in. Louie was to have been "groomed" and since they messed up the last appointments -- they were going to charge me for a "bath". {$100/$85} I am not seeking discounts, but when a puppy's haircut costs more than my own, I expect exceptional service. This business needs to deliver on its promises and operate with integrity. Wes, don't call me; I have no interest in being subjected to your dishonesty to cover your rent and overhead. **How dare you insinuate you provided anything complementary -- please share the ledger of patient visits/payments. You only wasted our time. Most recent visit -- Louie was there for a mere 30 minutes before I got a call to pick him up. It was clear the groomer had zero interest in actually grooming him, yet they kept hounding me to reschedule, promising they finally had qualified staff for Louie. This level of terrible service wasn't a one-off either. Previous visit -- Louie was there for HOIURS -- so I was really frustrated (agin) when I got a call from Sandy that he was "ready for pickup" but no work was done. But -- apparently -- they cuddled him?! Sorry -- I'm not paying for a groomer to play with and cuddle with dog. I brought him in and paid for a HAIRCUT. The time before that -- their groomer repeatedly insulted my dog and left him looking like a mangy mess, all for $100! The owner, Wes, had personally assured me things would improve and even claimed they'd replaced their staff with "capable groomers, skilled with Yorkies," specifically. Untrue. To repeatedly put Louie with the same unqualified and uninterested groomer, and then have this happen again is unprofessional and feels abusive. We only came back because of those empty promises, trusting that Louie would finally be in good hands. Instead, we paid $85 for a half "bath" service -- we absolutely did not receive all the promised service or what we paid for. The constant "bait and switch" tactics are infuriating. At this point, I expect a full refund but doubtful. At least charge me for what you did -- not what didn't do. Superficially -- they seem nice -- but I doubt their sincerity and their business practices. The way they've handled Louie's grooming and my concerns has been deeply offensive and, frankly, unacceptable. I'm not paying you $100/hr to play with me dog or supplement your employees salary. Edit 6/5/25: Interesting, Wes. I'm trying to follow your logic and sequence of events. 1. Yes, Louie did get knicked in the ear. Awful, traumatizing. HOWEVER -- we fully disclosed and came to you as a result -- in 2022. 2. Our first visit with PUP (see my initial review) and subsequent visits were fine. 3. Since then -- you've raised your prices yet your service has taken a steep DECLINE. I am frustrated by your accusations that I belittled your groomers. The truth is -- as you told me -- your employee was not competent. Yet, you wanted me to I bring my dog in for a "redo". 100% my fault -- as he was continually mistreated. *** I also spoke with my husband, and Sandy, your dishonesty is as apparent as your mediocre service. Fourteen positive reviews isn't much to brag about, and it certainly doesn't hide the truth. I don't want to banter -- but my patience has run out. We've been more than fair, but we're done with your poor service and dishonest behavior. Do better. Look at the photos.
