I went to get my dog groomed here for the first time because I was looking for a more affordable option than a mobile groomer, but I guess you get what you pay for. I opted for a bath and brush which includes the description says it includes a paw and pad trim. And by definition, that means they will cut the fur between his pads. I assume the workers did their job and I take my dog home. A few hours later, I notice my dogs feet which were absolutely not trimmed. I'm not sure what the point of paying for a service is when it's not completed. They were also supposed to do a sanitary trim which they clearly did not because the hair in the area was untouched. I will not be going back to this location and I will opt back into a mobile groomer who actually completes the job.

Millie after Alicia awesome job grooming

Alicia is the best groomer in my opinion. I have been taking my little Millie to her for over a year and she looks great. Alicia is very attentive , kind and friendly. I trust her with my dog immensely. Alicia, please don't leave . You are a great groomer and we love you!!

This review is a special shoutout to Sabrina who works in the grooming department!! This was my first time at this location but from the moment I entered it was so obvious that Sabrina loves what she does and made the environment so welcoming. I came on a Sunday so I think they were a little bit on the busier side. My pup was in there for about 3 hours, he got the super package though with everything included, and he came out looking so handsome!! I really appreciate your hard work Sabrina and making my pup feel comfortable and looking so good! We will absolutely be back. :)

    Before

Took my puppy Emma in for a bath and full haircut with Alicia, she was super nice which made me feel great knowing Emma would be in good hands!! And she did a great job!!! I wanted to get Emma cleaned up and just get her coat trimmed and Alicia did exactly that!!! Go book with Alicia :)

I see this Petsmart doesn't have a 5 star rating, but honestly for me and my new puppy Remy, each time we've been to Petsmart which is a total of 5 times within the last week and a half lololol, the staff has been very helpful, supportive and friendly. I was really stressed out on Dec. 30 bc Remy had an issue and I was calling vets without any leads and the vet inside this Petsmart, banfield, had an opening and was able to provide quality veterinary service to help me and Remy. They helped me understand how to take care of a new puppy and explained their vet offerings. It's honestly a great way to get started with a new puppy so I'm grateful. I came in a few more times needing a crate and other things for Remy, and each time I met a new person thought worked there, they were helpful and friendly. Remy and I live close by so it's very convenient for us and even better that everyone treats us nicely and helps us when we need things. Remy has a few upcoming vet appointments so I'll be sure to update this review as we continue our journey. But so far, so good.

Thank you to the workers that got me out of the dashboard!

I'm late for writing this review but around a year ago I recently adopted a cat. While I was driving in the car, the cat hid behind my dashboard and got stuck. I tried to get him out for hours and every time I would reach for him, he got more stuck. He was terrified! I did not know what to do than to get help from people that possibly work with animals. I arrived at this store and explained my situation to the workers. Two of them came to my car and I'M SO THANKFUL they got my cat out! I then bought a new cage and a they even gave my cat a new toy. I'm so thankful for these workers because my cat would probably still be stuck in there. I have attached some pictures of my cat! He is doing so well and thanks again for the help.

This used to be a perfect skirt.

Jax was very anxious, clingy, over protective and did not let people or other dogs near him or us. He would pull on his leash and would launch at anything that moved. When he would be at home without us, he'd howl his lungs out and would tear up his toys, my shoes, socks, couch pillows and cause all sorts of ruckus. He would poop and pee all over the house and would refuse to use his pee pads when we weren't home. We tried everything, as far as being affectionate and giving him the expensive food and toys, but it wasn't aiding our situation. Bryan took in Jax for 6 weeks and during that time, we would meet up with them and also be given lessons on how to work with Jax. After a couple of weeks, we started seeing a difference during his training; NO MORE PULLING!!! I couldn't believe it!! I sware I thought to myself Jax was never going to change, and here Bryan proved me wrong ! Jax was a whole new dog !! When it came time for Jax to come home, he was completely turned around. We are now able to walk him without a leash she no longer rips anything in the house and occasionally when he does have an accident, he goes on his pee pads. We are able to enjoy long walks out in public areas along with playtime at the dog park. Having a dog is a responsibility and a long-term commitment, so investing in our pupper is a no-brainer. It is 100% worth the training and has made our life so much easier and stress-free. I do want to also say, though that after the training, it is required to continue the same lessons that Bryan has given us so that our pupper continues with his routine. Thanks to Bryan, Jax is now well behaved and calm. We get compliments everywhere we go on how well behaved he is! We are proud doggy parents .

Before training, we struggled with leash pulling, barking, lunging at other dogs, and nonstop chaos whenever someone came through the door. We were honestly at our wits' end. Everything changed after I saw Bryan in Jackson Square walking a calm, perfectly behaved pack of dogs. We started weekly family lessons in January 2026 with our dogs and our two 12-year-old daughters, and progress began almost immediately. Bryan quickly helped us realize the humans needed training too. With consistent coaching, support, and a board-and-train program, the transformation has been incredible. Our dogs are now well-behaved both at home and in public. We can comfortably walk them, take them to parks and outdoor restaurants, and genuinely enjoy being with them. Friends and family who knew our dogs before cannot believe the difference in their behavior. Thank you, Bryan. You really can teach old dogs new tricks.

However, I knew that I had to get professional help when I realized that I was going to be gone for a few hours, every day, once College began. I love Slime, but he had an extreme case of separation anxiety. I couldn't be in another room or right outside the door without him crying for me. He cried dramatically for hours, despite ensuring that his needs were met (food, water, and potty time). Yes, I know it hurts to have your dog cry for you. If he acted like this while I was still home, imagine how he would have been while I am at school? I took the time to find a reputable, and trustworthy dog trainer. I reached out to James. He explained to me the options of getting my dog trained. I choose to undergo the Board and Room Program, which is about 4 weeks. The 4 weeks flew by, and it was finally time to pick up Slime. I was filled with joy and held back my tears to not only be reunited with my little buddy, but to also see how much growth he has done. I was impressed and proud of the dog that my Slime has become. However, as with most things with life, it is not just a one and done deal, it is a continuous work in progress. James is a miracle worker who understands dogs on a deeper level than most of us could ever understand. I look forward to continuing using James' services in the future. She's not the easiest dog, definitely not one to just listen to or work for someone she doesn't know or trust, but James handled it really well. He really cares about the process, took time to address any concerns I had, and answered all my emails afterward about training. One thing to note - you have to be involved too. It's not just about training the dog; you're also learning how to understand your dog, communicate better, and adjust your own behavior. The service was definitely above my budget, but honestly, I'd do it again. A nice bonus - now that my dog knows James and is comfortable at his place, I feel a lot better leaving her with him for boarding when I travel. It's hard for me to leave her with just anyone, so that extra peace of mind is huge.

I adopted Silvie, a Taiwanese Formosan Mountain dog and Labrador mix a couple of months ago...she came with some basic training courtesy of Adopt a Doggie http://www.adoptadoggie.org but needed additional training with staying (duration), walking (she gets too excited to focus and pulls, jerks from side-to-side) and learning to leave things on the kitchen counter. Vicki is wonderful in answering questions and making recommendations if something isn't working. I learned the proper way to help Silvie with her training such as the difference between using the command 'stay', 'wait' , 'settle, to 'leave it' and respond immediately when calling her name. And in order to get Silvie to focus on our walks is to use a higher reward treat (a yummier item) and eventually she will walk on a loose leash. Basically, what it comes down to is constant training and time and eventually Silvie will be on her way. Silvie and i both learned a lot and greatful for the sessions and will most likely continue with other sessions. Thank you Vicki!
