We went in early to pick up some medication for our dog. We also picked up some food. We went to check out and we didn't realize the store opened late on Sundays. The employees opened the register checked us out without saying a word. And where still very friendly. All the employees at this store are always very nice and helpful. I've shopped this store many times. Like the selection and availability of the items. Prices are a little high for my liking. I did use the grooming are today. Took my two dogs in to have nails trimmed. The lady was very professional and caring with my dogs. The price is about normal for nail clipping and they seem to know what they are doing. Saw a couple other dogs being groomed, very professional and caring. If my dogs needed grooming I would be fine with having it done there. (They have very short fine hair and don't need it). read more

Horrible customer service! No one was at the checkout area when I approached. I wanted to purchase a small Cat grass plant and even though the sign said $2.47 for Cat grass, she insisted it was in the wrong place. Except it was the only item on the shelf. And continued to argue with me about the price. Won't be returning!! They obviously don't care! read more

I've been in multiple times, seems hard to get customer service and stocking of shelves is terrible. This time I went in, guy seemed happy to help point me, asked what I needed. I said cat dewormer. He pointed where to go. Not a single dewormer in site, even though he knew what I wanted and I checked online to make sure Petsmart carried it. same guy at front of store didn't acknowledge my existence when I tried to get extra help. I'm hearing impaired and prefer to shop online anyway so bye bye Petsmart in Wilsonville. read more

This store has everything you could possibly need for your pet. Supplies, food, toys, clothes, grooming. Even a vet and obedience classes. We've used all of the services. They are very friendly here, greeting you right get when you walk in. And if i need help finding something they are always willing to help and discuss any options with me. We take our dog to Heather for grooming. She is awesome!! We have also taken dog obedience classes here and they were great too! read more

i love this place. and this one in particular in wilsonville. so used to live in wilsonville and was thoroughly satisfied with the grooming place in petsmart. They always take care of my four legged family member and he loves getting pampered. They always have a full report of how he did and what they did for him. Last time he was brushed and enjoyed it so that they told me he fell asleep on the table while brushing him. read more

Will never take my dog there to get her nails trimmed ever again. I had told the groomers that my dog had never had her nails trimmed there before and that she was skittish. The groomer proceeded to put her on the table with a slip around her neck and the table up high. The groomer walked away from my dog and she proceeded to jump off the table and almost hang herself. She was able to get out of the slip but not before she already hanging off the table. I thought the groomers there were supposed to be "professionals" but I guess that was not the case. My dog did eventually get her nails trimmed but the damage was already done. They still had the audacity to charge me after almost hanging my dog and when I went to give a tip because I felt bad for the groomer, one of the other groomers muttered as I left that she deserved more. I will never visit that petsmart again and will be taking my dog to the vet to get her checked out after her fall. I will also be filing a complaint with the company and animal services for their negligence in almost hanging my dog. read more

Salem and Wilsonville and Tualatin were out, so this nice young lady offered to pick one up from a store near her. Groomer named Stevie was very rude. Tried to book an appointment was hung up on. Say they don't have my information on file and that any store would tell me the same thing. I called a different store and they had all my info on file and were so helpful and friendly. I am now having to take my dog to a different petsmart 20 mins from my house because the people that work at the Wilsonville location are rude idiots. read more

I had one great experience and one poor experience at petsmart grooming. The first visit Bobbi was great and my dog looked fantastic. I had gone in for a grooming with wash, blow dry, brushing, etc. The second time I do not know what happened. My dog's groom job seemed half done. She was still damp from her neck to her belly. Her face and head were not washed, and it didn't seem like she had been brushed very much or at all. I brushed her for 15 to 20 minutes when we got home and the brush was full of fur every time. When we called to inquire we were told to expect that because the weather was hot and the follicles would remain open and she would keep shedding. I would think that they would at least brush her. My dog stopped shedding after that 20 minute brushing I gave her so it's clear that they didn't do their job and were making excuses. I don't even know if the same person that we requested was the one who groomed her. So disappointed. I almost wish that I didn't tip and I won't be back. Will go to a private groomer next time. read more

I would give less than one star if I could. The older trainer lady named Ellen has ruined ever coming back to the store. I saw previous comments and realized I had to post because I can not believe she hasn't been fired already. She didn't know my friend was with me and started saying I was a bad dog owner because I picked him up to move him out of the way for others to walk by. She then proceeded to come at me saying I was a terrible dog owner doing everything wrong and that he needed her services. First off not a way to get service. At first I tried to ignore but she proceeded to rip me apart about it. After I snapped a little she then proceeded to walk past my friend and call me an inappropriate name with an added comment. I love this store and the manager is great but I will not be coming back after this experience. Very sad that they let someone like that work there and attack customers. read more
