BUYER BEWARE!!!! This please is shady, full of liars, misleading and falsely advertised what they provide. I have it in writing that ALL puppies are up to date on their vaccines and deworming and they provide insurance. However the puppy was NOT up to date counting us money to get the shots he needed and the deworming pill and they do not provide insurance. The chick Crystal I had to talk to through email is just as rude as the people I talked to at the store. This place should not be in business. I'll be filling a complaint with every company I can, including the Attorney General Office!

Definitely do not recommend the customer service, the quality and care of dogs are terrible! You cannot even verify if the shots they get are real! Do not support this type of buisness our dog had so many issues, they also sold the female dog we paid for early on and we were forced to stick to a male since no females were available all while deleting our other reviews on google! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUISNESS they do not care for the dogs properly our puppy through up the first two hours, pet smart could not validate the shot records they gave us nor could they provide us with the vet information they used the also came with an ear infection along with still having to pay for a full round of shots. Terrible customer service on top of poor quality.

Do NOT buy from here. Beware of this place. They bribe you to leave a good google review before you leave to get their rating up. I purchased a puppy for $3,000 from this location, and within 24 hours, I discovered my puppy had five different types of parasites, two different types of ear infections, and kennel cough. When I called them about the issue, they offered no help and essentially dismissed my concerns. I ended up spending over $2,000 in vet bills to get my puppy healthy. Fast forward 7 months, and now my puppy has severe hip dysplasia, which will require $12,000 in surgery. According to their contract, there's a warranty that should cover conditions like this within the first year. However, when I reached out to them for assistance, they refused to offer any financial compensation. Instead, they were HAPPY to offer to let me "exchange" my puppy, as if he were just a non-living object. My puppy is now part of my family, and I've invested over $17,000 in him with all the vet visits, surgery, and the initial cost of purchase. This place is incredibly unprofessional and does not care about the health or well-being of the animals they sell. I regret giving them my business and would advise anyone looking for a puppy to stay far away from this location.

    She enjoys her nap times!

My wife and I recently purchased a long haired daschund from Pettito Plano, as we lost 3 of our beloved dogs within a 6-month span... Our initial impression wasn't bad, the staff was very friendly, and it was nice be able to visit with the pups in a private setting. However, the cost was a considerable amount more than we thought it would be.. This little puppy (Carina aka Natalie) stole our heart, so we brought her home! The documents that were sent home with us, strictly stated that we had to get her to the vet within 7 days of purchase. We scheduled the visit to the vet the very next day, which was a Monday. Low and behold, this poor puppy was so sick.... She had or still has, coccidia, giardia, and ear infections in both ears!! I apologize if my spelling isn't correct, but i hope you get the idea.. We have spent $$$$ on getting healthy, and she has become a part of our family. My wife and I stressed for a while, on if she would even survive! After 3 rounds of medication, she is finally rid of the coccidia and ear infections. How can these places sell animals that are so sick? How many don't survive to see a new home?? We would not recommend purchasing a pet from this place, after the experience we have had. We didn't contact the store, once we found out the extent of her illness.. The amount of paperwork that they send home with you and your new pup is mind blowing. All in all, we've been to the vet 6 times with her, including an emergency visit due to constipation. We hope she gets better, as we've found out that giardia can be a symptomatic issue that lies dormant in some pups. She is a very happy and energetic pup now that she's getting healthy.

Snow aka isla one I was lied too about!! Have no registration papers for anywhere and def not akc I was told she was when bought

We have had two experience!! First perfect!!! Female akc golden!! Healthy and smart!!! Second was a white golden!! I looked online and watched her. Had Okc and Dallas reach out. Told them I wanted a akc to breed with our boy. Fast forward met in person and she was reduced. She is beautiful. I do t try and register her right away. I went to her folder a few weeks ago to register her no papers. Giving benefit of doubt thinking they pulled them when making sure she wasn't related to our other two. I called lady said she would have manager mail them. Showed up today and she wasn't ever akc registered. Said she is apri. That's not what they told us. In her folder there aren't apri papers either. No ideas breeder etc!! Crystal is worthless on helping. Email only.

BEWARE: This Shelter Spays/Neuters Puppies as Young as 6 Weeks Old…read more I'm writing this with a heavy heart--not to attack, but to raise awareness about a practice at Operation Kindness that deeply concerns me. My intention is compassion for the animals, respect for adopters, and transparency for the public. Operation Kindness' primary focus seems to be population control, and while that goal matters, the way they pursue it can come at the expense of a puppy's well-being. They routinely spay and neuter puppies as young as six weeks old, without fully considering the adopter's intentions or the long-term health needs of the puppy. They even labeled my foster puppy as "cryptorchid," despite the fact that you cannot reliably diagnose cryptorchidism at six weeks old--the testicles often descend much later. I pleaded repeatedly with their medical manager to delay my foster's neuter until he was older and safer for the procedure. My only goal was to give him a healthy, loving, and stable life. I wasn't asking for anything extreme--I offered to: Sign a delayed-neuter contract Make a donation Adopt my foster before any surgery Pay out of pocket for neutering him at the appropriate age Even bring in a lawyer to draw up a binding agreement But every single compromise I proposed was refused. Instead of working with someone fully committed to adopting and caring for this puppy, they insisted on sending him into surgery at just six weeks old. Their medical manager, Katie, repeatedly dismissed my concerns, telling me that early neuter has no negative effects and that no scientific research says otherwise--despite the many legitimate peer-reviewed studies I've personally found that outline potential risks. In the end, I had no choice but to allow them to neuter my foster if I wanted to adopt him. I love my dog, and I would do anything for him, but their rigid policies and refusal to consider his individual needs felt unethical and cruel. I have always believed in adopting--every dog deserves a chance and has a beautiful soul. But this experience has made me rethink ever adopting a puppy from a shelter that practices such extreme early-age sterilization. I will no longer donate to Operation Kindness or support their organization. I'm sharing this because the public deserves to be aware, and because puppies--especially those as young as six weeks old--deserve better.

After meeting up with Yvette I was given 8 hours to make my decision. I asked if I could see Nachos vet records with no reply. That was already a red flag. I showed up to the adoption event the next week and there he was!! I feel if they truly cared about the animals they would be accommodating and work harder to rehome. Overall, I believe Lost Paws is running a sketchy business. The whole interaction with Yvette was very off putting. I feel if she actually cared about the animals, she would do everything possible to get her dogs adopted. We are dog people. My daughter showed dogs in 4-h. We have always had dogs. Proceed with caution…read more We adopted a dog from this rescue in September. He started showing aggression towards our daughter shortly after. We did everything we knew to do to change this behavior. We thought we had it under control and then one day while I was in the restroom, he snapped at her. We decided to give it one more try, sought advice from our vet and changed a few more things. A week later, my husband was playing with him in the back yard and the dog bit his thigh, ripped his pants and almost pulled him to the ground. We decided then it was no longer safe to keep the dog and did what we were supposed to do according to our adoption agreement... we called the rescue to surrender him. They told us that they were looking for a foster and after 10 days, my husband reached back out and told them they needed to pick him up asap. After receiving that email, this is what was posted about us and our dog. I was appalled at the fact that they would slander us in this way. Not only that, they never mention anything about him not being left alone with children. As far as us moving, this was known prior to the adoption. He was coming with us and they knew it. For them to turn that into a lie is disgusting. We truly loved our dog and took very good care of him, trying to give him the best life we could. If you adopt from this organization and find yourself with aggressive behavior, be sure to document all of it with videos and text messages. I only wish we would have.
