The food and drinks are so good! But the ordering system and efficiency of workers has some room for improvement. Overall still a good pho option for Corona

Dine in 4/18 Visit - Came in after 6pm for a late Pho craving .. saw this spot all over social media and was curious to see what the Hype was all about . Restaurant wasn't too packed had a few open booths . Walked in and was greeted by Cashier/ Server. FYI - you need to order first prior to sitting down. Looking at their menu it's more a Vietnamese fusion . Placed an order for the beef belly fries , Thai tea & filet mignon pho which came with beef balls . Beef Belly fries imo was pretty mid it had more sauce & garnish & mad fries over BEEF belly especially at $25 price point . Shoes strung fries , sauce , onions & cilantro was just so mid and just not as appealing tbh and not worth the amount you could easily make it . Filet mignon/ beef balls Pho - the Broth was clean and savory but in a bowl is was a Mountain of mad noodles over filet mignon small pieces and beef balls cut into which is 1 beef ball cut into 4 pieces .. you would think for the type of pho you would be getting bang for your buck .. also order was a pho tai .. same scenario mad noodles little protein . Thai tea - it was decent also mid .. Overall, altogether for 2 bowls of pho , 1 appetizer and 1 Thai tea was close to $80 without too which is pretty steep and quality . I like the location & cleanliness and huge parking availability in the shopping plaza but would I ever eat here again in all honesty Negative. I can't justify the price & food quality and lack of cutting corners and adding tons of noodles and not enough protein ..

Delicious pho! One of the best in the IE for sure. We came here on a saturday right at opening time only to find out it was going to open at 12. It usually opens at 11... but just so you're aware, they could switch up opening times. This place was super simple. All the menu had was pho. No apps, no banh mi, no rice dishes, just pho and drinks! They have definitely perfected their pho. I recommend the beef belly, but definitely order extra meat. The broth was super deep with a stronger star anise taste, which I love. It's a counter service restaurant so you order at the front, get your number, and find a seat. Service was pretty quick and staff were all super nice. It was a pretty quaint with plenty of seating inside. This place could be a little cleaner, but the pho was awesome.

Amazing chicken pho!! Friendly service, and the ambiance is spacious and clean. I especially like their music playlists. Only feedback is to have Oatmilk options for the banana matcha and other drinks.

Sarah was very kind and answered my questions . I couldn't decide what to try so she explained the difference between each of the popular choices. I initially tried this spot because I saw on yelp that they had bulgogi fries and egg rolls. When I went they only had soup. So I'll be checking periodically for these items or new ones. My choice was the steak eye pho. This one has the option for a smaller size which is why I chose it. Sarah described it perfectly and the soup was good.

Ordered to go from Pho Noodle Bar and was genuinely impressed! The flavor of the broth was amazing--rich, comforting, and full of depth. I ordered both the House Pho and the Beef Belly Pho, and each bowl had its own standout qualities, from tender cuts of meat to perfectly cooked noodles. But the real highlight? The beef belly bánh mì fries. Absolutely incredible. All the flavors meshed so well together--the savory beef belly, crispy fries, fresh herbs, and that perfect sauce that ties everything together. It's a must-order dish. The restaurant itself is clean and inviting, with modern décor, ample indoor seating, and a pleasant outdoor patio. They also offer a convenient self-serve station for water, utensils, and napkins, which makes the experience smooth and easy. Highly recommend!!

    Mushy noodles!!!
    Omar K.

NOODLES TOO MUSHY AND OVERCOOKED!!! When I entered the restaurant the place looked messy even though it was only 3pm since most of the tables were not cleaned. I ordered the #1 Beef Rare Steak Pho. The broth smelled great, but once I started to eat the noodles I noticed that something was off. The noodles were way too soft...they tasted way too mushy. I complained to the person by the register and he said that this is how their noodles are made because they make their own noodles. That's all he said and didn't offer to remake my pho or to get a different batch of noodles. So I am stuck with this bowl. Had I known about this, then I wouldn't have left them a tip because you have to prepay for your meal before eating. I've had hundreds of bowls of pho including places in Little Saigon and actual Saigon in Vietnam. Never once were the noodles soft nor mushy. Not coming back here...what a waste of money.

Was in the area and initially came here to place a to go order, but was informed that they were not doing take out; so my son and I decided to eat there. The menu is small, about 7 different pho; as well as several different coffee/matcha drinks. I chose the beef belly pho and ube coffee, and my son had the brisket pho. Our bowls were delivered to our table within minutes. The beef and noodles were plentiful, and the broth was good. Solid option for pho if you're in the area, but a bit expensive. Condiments (sriracha, hoisin, chili) and utensils are already on each table; ample booth & table seating. Also, be aware that this restaurant is cashless.

This establishment has only been opened for about 2 months. I'm not entirely sure if there's been enough time for the Pho experience to soak for a proper review yet, but let's give them some benefit of the doubt given it's a Pho Noodle shop. With only 10 booths seating between 4-8, the shop is not that big of a place. However, reduced footprint provides for quite a unique charm for a quick eat and roll. The "Bar" in the name of the shop probably emphasized the typical notion of a big restaurant. The server/register person greeted us and welcomed us to their overhead menu and drinks. Easily visible and can be seen so if there were questions you could ask them there. Before you seat, you'll need to order first. After lunch time is usually best. We ordered just the house special and chicken soup noodles. Both came in so much and generous portions of protein/meat. This serving would be great if you're really hungry coming in here. They do not hold back. We also ordered Thai Ice Tea and Vietnamese Coffee. While the Thai Tea was awesome, the Vietnamese Coffee was just pure amazing. The House Special is served in a large bowl which I thought was a regular. There's only one size bowl and it's BIG!! THE BROTH WAS EXTREMELY TASTY AND VER DELICIOUS!! Without adding anything at all, the broth has you tasting the flavors of the bone, bone marrow and all the fixings that goes into a great well brewed Pho broth!! Also had the chicken soup as well and that went very well. Hangs down one of the best Pho places to eat here locally. Recommending this place to everyone who wants to enjoy good food.

I came across this pho spot on Instagram and decided to check it out. The restaurant has plenty of seating, and the setup is a little different from most pho places, you order at the counter first, then grab a table while they bring your food out. There's also a self-serve station for utensils and sauces, which I thought was convenient. One thing I really liked is that they actually offer chili oil, which you don't always see at pho restaurants. I ordered the brisket pho and a taro latte. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the brisket was tender. honestly, I didn't even need to add much hoisin sauce. The taro latte was a pleasant surprise too, probably one of the best drinks I've had in a long time. Overall, great food, close to home, and definitely a place I'd come back to.

Brisket pho egg rolls & parmesan fries
    Sabrina B.

My husband & I came to check out the new pho spot in town, I'm so glad we did because the pho is really good. Best we've had in Corona! Small, clean, nice little restaurant. The banana matcha latte is my new favorite! The egg rolls & garlic parmesan fries were pretty good also! The only thing that threw me off a bit was having to walk to the back to order then grab your booth (which is no problem at all) just confused us a bit. Definitely will be back to our new spot!

    Jacob B.

much needed update: this is my favorite restaurant in corona now, and is absolutely the best pho in the IE. everyone i've brought here has loved it, they've made really great changes to the menu and everything is amazing quality and flavor. I'm extremely thankful to have a spot like this so close to home and I hope these reviews bring them tons of new business! Food 5/5 - Perfect bowls every time! New drink menu also has me coming back just for the vietnamese egg cream coffee some mornings (they also have sea salt coffee, matcha, thai tea, and tons of other good stuff!) Service 6/5 - The nicest folks run this place and they're extremely kind to us every time we visit, if we keep coming as often as we do they're basically gonna become a second family lol Ambiance 5/5 - I love the atmosphere and comfort of this little restaurant, they designed it well and the booths are nice. Always plenty of parking as well.

Our table ordered a variety of their vermicelli bowls (short rib, chicken, grilled pork+shrimp), Pho (special combo and brisket), eggrolls, thai iced tea, and vietnamese iced coffee. Everything we ordered was so delicious and there were generous portions of meat in all of our dishes. The fish sauce that came with the vermicelli bowls was super delicious and tasted so much more flavorful than any other Vietnamese restaurant I've dined at. However, I recently read their reviews and laughed that they give straight peanut butter as a dipping sauce for their spring rolls. That is a big no-no. Anywho, I was going to do takeout and drive home to eat because I had my dogs with me, but after I ordered I saw there was a table outside so I decided to stay. I ordered their salmon special with garlic noodles, spring rolls, and a vietnamese coffee. Total was $33 and I was able to split the portions for lunch and dinner. When I entered I did not speak vietnamese and neither was the employee in the front aware I was viet. After I paid and didn't leave a tip, she said something in vietnamese about either giving me a smaller portion because I didn't leave a tip or just complaining about not receiving a tip. Once I got my food and said thank you in vietnamese, the employee in the front got real quiet. Lmao I sat outside with the fur babies and enjoyed my salmon. It was flavorful but noodles were kind of dry. The spring rolls came in 2. They add avocado, tofu, and jicima in addition to other ingredients. This isn't your traditional spring roll. I can also confirm that dipping sauce is straight peanut butter with not even enough water mixed in to make the texture smooth. Its like getting a cup of peanut butter that is watery on the top and dry and chunky from the middle down. A sauce like this will not be acceptable in the vietnamese community down in Bolsa. Haha! The coffee was also only okay, didn't finish it. I dont think I would drive out of my way to eat here.

Secondly, it tasted really good. I ordered the vegetarian rice noodles. My only regret is that I didn't tell them I wanted the big flat noodles, so they defaulted to the skinny spaghetti-like ones. Now I know that even if they don't ask, tell them what I'd prefer anyway. Lastly, the portions are big enough to bring leftovers home which is a big deal for me since eating out can be expensive. If I'm paying that much, being able to get a second meal out of it is much appreciated. Parking wasn't an issue. I immediately found one right in front of the restaurant. As for the restaurant itself, it's modern and clean. Beware that if you end up sitting facing the windows like I did, I was blinded by the sun shining off a car window, so I had to scoot all the way inside the booth. It's because the door is made of glass and unlike the other windows it doesn't have signs to block glare. When I was about to leave, I told them there was no more toilet paper in the restroom and they went out of their way to stop what they were doing to get more for me. Apparently, the cabinet inside the restroom was empty, so one of the employees had to call another employee for help and they found more in another cabinet outside the restroom. I quite enjoyed my experience here and just writing this I'm already craving more of the food I had ordered.

No problem, I can respect that. He was so friendly and made some helpful suggestions. I didn't get the pho but I heard him tell another customer how theirs is healthier than others because they skim the fat off the top. We got the grilled pork banh mi, the shrimp spring roll and a Thai ice tea. All so good, I'm going back. Surprised I hadn't found this place already. It's by the bridge but it's not hard to get to and there's lots of parking.

My friend was craving for Pho. We were going to meet around Costco and I picked this resto from my…read moreGoogle search coz it's got pretty good reviews. After eating here, idk how... maybe they changed the chef? smh First disappointment was it was a little hard to find. Second was I kinda didn't expect the place to be like that. I mean it's clean but it really needs an upgrade big time. It's obvious that the owners didn't care about the ambiance. I love the old chandeliers tho... but it def. didn't match the furniture. I was a little embarrassed that I picked this place but I thought, maybe the food is good. We ordered egg rolls, my friend ordered Pho ( #21 ) and I ordered the vermicelli salad ( #28) with egg rolls and pork... then I was debating about the drink and the guy recommended Vietnamese Coffee with Boba. I love Vietnamese coffee in general, esp. the one at Lee's Sandwiches. This one has a very strong bitter taste and it tasted like they added some spice. I didn't enjoy it at all. I just took a little sip and I was done. I love vermicelli salad in general, however, the one here had a very strong spice that I've never tasted in a vermicelli salad before. It reminded me of Star Anise. It was overpowering the taste and the fish sauce that one mixes tasted diluted. I usually finish my bowl but I couldn't this time. I was disappointed with the service. After the guy gave us our order, he never came back to check if everything was ok, if we wanted a refill of our drinks, or if we wanted to order anything else. I won't recommend and I'm not going back.
