They have seating outside as well and it has a simple vibe to it. The service was amazing Katelyn answered all our questions C was super helpful and sweet. Everyone was friendly and the food came out in food timing. We got their brisket pho and it was pretty good. The broth was delicious and me and my wife enjoyed it. We have had pho that had more depth of flavor but this was still pretty good. However.... The beef belly fries were something else!!! Honestly I've been wanting asada fries but I don't get them because they're just really heavy... these beef belly fries ... I'd eat them all day and the best part is they were light. Yikes this place left me confused. I was in the area and wanted to grab a drink and a snack before driving 50 minutes to my next location. I stopped by here because they have some coffee and milk tea options. They no longer had the egg banh mi so I just got their plain fries and the egg coffee. I think there were only 2 people working that day and restaurant was half full with people having to sign into a waitlist just to order takeout. When I arrived I was the first of 3 people to sign in for takeout and then we were all asked to wait in the patio several times. I watched the workers and they were really struggling getting the food out to people who were dining in, pickup orders, and the people like me who haven't ordered their takeout items. No matter how you were eating that day, everyone had to wait really long. I came in around 1:00 but did not get to leave with my drink and fries until about 1:45. That's horrible. After I ordered i asked how long it would take and the male worker said 10 minutes but the female worker told me 30 minutes and it indeed took closer to 30 minutes. Poor time management. Not sure why they didn't have a third person working. One person in the front and one person cooking in the back made it a not so great experience for all their customers that day. Came here for lunch with my family. The pho was pretty good but a little more oily than I prefer. Portion was decent. Prices were quite up there for a bowl of pho. Service was friendly and fast. It was clean inside and outside. The family sitting behind us started watching videos full volume which kind of ruined our experience but I know that is not their fault. This establishment has only been opened for about 2 months. I'm not entirely sure if there's been enough time for the Pho experience to soak for a proper review yet, but let's give them some benefit of the doubt given it's a Pho Noodle shop. With only 10 booths seating between 4-8, the shop is not that big of a place. However, reduced footprint provides for quite a unique charm for a quick eat and roll. The "Bar" in the name of the shop probably emphasized the typical notion of a big restaurant. The server/register person greeted us and welcomed us to their overhead menu and drinks. Easily visible and can be seen so if there were questions you could ask them there. Before you seat, you'll need to order first. After lunch time is usually best. We ordered just the house special and chicken soup noodles. Both came in so much and generous portions of protein/meat. This serving would be great if you're really hungry coming in here. They do not hold back. We also ordered Thai Ice Tea and Vietnamese Coffee. While the Thai Tea was awesome, the Vietnamese Coffee was just pure amazing. The House Special is served in a large bowl which I thought was a regular. There's only one size bowl and it's BIG!! THE BROTH WAS EXTREMELY TASTY AND VER DELICIOUS!! Without adding anything at all, the broth has you tasting the flavors of the bone, bone marrow and all the fixings that goes into a great well brewed Pho broth!! NOODLES TOO MUSHY AND OVERCOOKED!!! When I entered the restaurant the place looked messy even though it was only 3pm since most of the tables were not cleaned. I ordered the #1 Beef Rare Steak Pho. The broth smelled great, but once I started to eat the noodles I noticed that something was off. The noodles were way too soft...they tasted way too mushy. I complained to the person by the register and he said that this is how their noodles are made because they make their own noodles. That's all he said and didn't offer to remake my pho or to get a different batch of noodles. So I am stuck with this bowl. Had I known about this, then I wouldn't have left them a tip because you have to prepay for your meal before eating. I've had hundreds of bowls of pho including places in Little Saigon and actual Saigon in Vietnam. Never once were the noodles soft nor mushy. Not coming back here...what a waste of money. read more

This spot has taken over the Crab & Crawfish place and is located in a plaza with a good amount of parking spots. Inside, they have a comfortable setup with about 5-6 tables for seating. Wifey and I stopped by for dinner around 6pm and were seated right away. You order up at the front and then you grab a table wherever you like. For their menu, they have a couple starters involving fries and then different pho bowls to choose from. Wifey opted for the House Special Pho and I got the Beef Belly Pho. Both bowls passed the broth test right away and the rest of the meal was on point from there. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience here. Saturday afternoon the place is packed. Everyone's trying to order food. As you walk in the sign says please wait, Look for the host to be seated, however, we were guided to go straight to the cashier and order and seat ourselves. While we waited, We were able to get free water from the water station. Our banana coffees $6.79 each, came out first and those were delicious. The coffee is on point and the touch of banana on top is sweet. My daughter ordered the eye round steak pho $18.89, which was very tough. Unfortunately that won't be the soup that we would order next time. The beef shank pho $21.79 was second best coming in at number two. The meat was a little better than the other but still tough. And the winner for today's meal was the filet mignon pho, $20.89, which had about five pieces of tender, juicy pieces of filet mignon, and then at the bottom of the soup with some tough pieces you could totally tell that they had skipped out of the filet mignon and threw in the eye round steak. The kids, however, did enjoy the drinks. Parked right next to the Stater Brothers, and near the subway, The kids will definitely want to come in and return for a banana coffee latte in the future. The music is really loud and there are several fans moving at high speed. The only unfortunate part of this restaurant is that with all the lights, it's warm in here, and when the fans are on, the fans make your hair fly everywhere. It would be a better option to just run the AC like every other restaurant in town. Personally not my favorite. I really want to leave a better review because the service is friendly, but it's just a little underwhelming in terms of food. The portions dont make sense and it throws off the balance of the soup. It's not how pho traditionally is. The noodles also weren't drained well and it really diluted the broth. I can see how people might enjoy having a generous portion of protein, but the flavor profile is thrown off when the ratios are not right. So, this is a very new place, and you can tell a little by their staff. They were young kids and doing their best and very polite, but you could tell this was probably a first job. I appreciate that about the business though and giving kids opportunities. The Pho soup was very good, and the meat was high quality. I didn't love the noodles they used, however. I am not sure what they used but didn't taste like the normal rice noodles to me. I don't know if we would go back because we can get a much cheaper bowl of pho down the street from us that tastes pretty similar.
