It's great for chilling with old friends, it's location is really convenient for valley ranch people who don't wanna drive all the way to Richardson for hookah. Super chill spot...Hookah was Smooth. Just a lil tacky on the inside but not a deal breaker

Decided to check this place out since I saw it on yelp and it was nearby. Usually I have to drive 20-30 minutes out to get to a decent hookah lounge, so I was pretty excited to see there was one only 5 minutes from me. My friends and I were the only ones there (granted we went an hour before closing on a sunday) so it gave me a chance to really look around. First impression was that it was abit small but nicely decorated and very clean. The owner and staff are SUPER friendly and accommodating. Even though we went super late, he was more than happy to serve us. He also asked if we were korean and then turned on korean music for us (it was hilarious) The hookah itself was good, I would've liked it to hit better but overall it was nice and tasted great. I would definitely recommend this spot! Can't wait to check it out again during their peak hours (Saturdays between 9p-midnight is what the owner told me) read more

If I could leave a 0 review I would. The unprofessionalism, lack of transparency and accommodation, and deception made my experience here less than enjoyable. They did not honor our original agreement and terms and applied policies at their discretion without proper communication. They offer you ice with your byob but fail to mention that each cup is an extra $1, miscalculated the total bill by not even counting the correct amount of ice hoses, they did not keep track of orders yet we're applying fees per head for those who did not even request services, were hostile when we asked for bill breakdown and clarification, and applied an additional $5 per person for entry on top of the $3 per person for byob when not everyone even had drinks. This resulted in an over $50 charge to the bill (poor management) Management and owner need to be transparent about parties of over 10 people. Please DO NOT come here for any group events you plan. Scenery could also be more up to date as some cushions on the couches had holes and the menus are falling a part. read more

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it can get really smoky inside sometimes and sometimes the music is a little loud. The 1-star rating has to do with the fact that 1) they are on Groupon but do not honor Groupons; and 2) the place reeks of pets.
