Came out here with the kiddos to enjoy the haunted nights! It cost about $33 a person for us to get in. We purchased our tickets online and scanned them at the gate. It was busy when we arrived but they have plenty of parking and plenty of people guiding. There were four haunted attractions and the lines seemed long as heck. After getting in line we realized they moved pretty fast! Couldn't take photos inside the attractions. The staff were all friendly and stayed in character the whole night! Stopped by Phillips Farms recently with the fam, and we had a good time! The parking lot was pretty busy, but they had people guiding the cars to open spots, so that was helpful. Man, there were so many bees flying around! No one got stung, but it was pretty annoying. We grabbed some mini donuts on our way in, and they were OK - nice and soft but not a ton of flavor. The tickets required for entry to the Fun Park were a tiny bit pricey, and you have to pay extra for certain activities (for example, riding the horse is an extra 8 dollars). Kind of frustrating, but my kid had a great time so I can't complain too much :) They had a corn maze, various slides and bouncy areas, and there was a live band playing some standard classic rock and pop songs. They did a pretty good job! I was also impressed that they had a couple of bars open to entertain the parents :) Overall, we may come back once a year, but I'm not sure it was entertaining enough to warrant more than that. Visited the haunted farm and I wasn't disappointed you definitely should check it out the costumes were great the actors had great personalities and was into their roles. The lines for the haunted barns were long so prepare for long waits. read more

I visited Phillips Farm in Cary with my family and, overall, we had a great time enjoying the activities--until we got on the cow train. Our group of 12, all African American, rode together, and the experience took a turn. The driver took us on a noticeably faster and rougher ride than any other group. We stayed to observe the rides that followed and confirmed that no other group was treated the same. At one point, the driver even looked back and laughed, which made us feel singled out and disrespected. The ride felt unsafe and ruined what had otherwise been a fun day. Unfortunately, the experience left us feeling targeted, and for that reason, I will not be returning--and I will be sharing this experience with others. read more

Well, I have yet to go in the spring, but my trip in early fall has gotten be egg-cited for the Easter eggs and strawberries. I got to experience the last of the sunflowers, so I am sure summer time at the farm is also poppin. What's poppin now? Corn. Lots and lots of corn. Phillips Farms is a neat spot for some Fall fun! However I can't really recommend it during COVID times. While it's all outside, it got really crowded fairly early and had so many activities where people were touching everything. I will say the employees were on top of spraying everything down as best they could in between people. We were able to go on the cow train which was a lot of fun. We also hit up the hayride and luckily they have two going so we were able to get on without many people. They had a few food items for sale, but no cold water. It ended up being a hot day so that would have been a great thing to buy since they don't allow outside food or drink. The cold beer tent did have quite the line, no surprise there! We didn't stay very long since it got crowded, but I'd certainly head back in non covid times. read more

Came here with a group this weekend and I thought this place was just ok! I have a young toddler and there's very limited things they can enjoy. I think it's a much better place for 5-7 year olds. The highlight of the day was the hayride. For toddlers, they have a very small petting zoo area, and "toddler town" which needed some serious attention lol - a general store, stable, and chapel with basically nothing in them except a few stuffed horses and grocery items in disarray. There are baby cornhole sets which were cute in theory but didn't have cornhole bags. The toddler swings were a very nice amenity! There was plenty of swings, rides, bouncy things, etc for older kids. Some food trucks and beer for purchase for adults! read more

i went during the haunted event during halloween. lowkey biggest scam of my life. $32 for five seconds of entertainment...be fr. but, im giving five stars, because the scare actor in the butcher house was the most beautiful man ive ever seen in my life. i didnt even want to run away. even though he was covered in blood holding a freaky huge knife, all i could notice was his miniscule waist and his beautiful stunning face. did not want to leave. he kept chasing after us saying "you guys look like you'd make some great meat.." ik he's the real piece of meat though. anyway. got ripped off but he made it worth it. 10/10 so handsome. read more

Phillips has a lot of potential for a farm that isn't a farm. We spent our Sunday Funday here today basking in the 85 degree Fall weather. I took my 10 yr old and a 8 Yr old to the Family Fun Park to enjoy the fun park activities, corn maize adventure and sunflower experience. The $15 general Admission includes access to the corn maize and sunflower experience. My daughter really loved launching a apple from a sling shot into the lake as well as the pumpkin cannon. These activities were $2 per try. BRING CASH MONEY !!!!!! We enjoyed the different challenges for the corn maize and the girls decided on the adult team building corn maize challenge. We were out of there in 30 minutes. Good times ! The girls loved the corn kernel sandbox. Adults as well ! Kind of relaxing. They offer a cow train ride as well as a tractor ride. We had lunch at the Hot Chix food truck and ice cream and a snow cone at the ice cream stand. Prices were typical. The ice cream was very fresh and delicious. Worth the $6 cup. The snow cones were plentiful with different flavors. I enjoyed a nice cup of white sangria from the Wine bar. I was so tipsy after that. It really snuck up on me. There were bikes and trikes, a slide, giant swing. Plenty of beautiful photo ops. Vendors stopped by near the entrance selling different goods. Kettle corn, candied apples and donuts were for sale. There weren't any animals here except a few goats. For seasonal fun this is a cute place for active children and maybe even a cute "dayte". read more

Phillip's Farm.haunter attractions.... ....... what can I say........its amazing and totally worth it . Been to tons of haunted attractions and I can definitely say it's one of the better ones.... I just went to Eastern State Penn last week and this place blew it out of the freaking water .. Number of dedicated actors here was outstanding! Only thing I wish they did was have free roaming actors to walk around and scare people while they wait .. or chase you in the open area or sneak up on you while you're in line ... but other than that???? 10/10 recommend. Admission was $15/pp (if you're a first responder bring your badge and they will give you a discount), majority of the activities were included in the admission price. For a couple extra dollars you could shoot a pumpkin out of a cannon, launch an apple into a boat and more! I have two kids, ages 3-5 they were entertained for hours! Only downfall was that you couldn't bring in your own food/drinks, BUT you could leave and come back in as long as you had your wrist band on so you could pack a cooler and leave it in the car I guess. We came in the middle of a Sunday afternoon when capacity was about reached; there was a bit of a wait (20 min car line) to get in which was fine. We don't have kids, so we didn't partake in many of the activities set aside for theM. Half the attractions were closed. There were no concessions. Kids got the tiniest pumpkin. Bathrooms were gross. The site was not secure as the construction workers from the other side of the railroad tracks were creeping into the park. The cow ride was being driven by a pedal happy kid who was going recklessly fast. And to top it off, their employees were so rude to adults and children alike. Specially Drew. We took our granddaughters here. In the midst of Covid , we were not sure what to expect. Most people wore a face covering and the farm attendants sanitized in between people on the attractions. Hand sanitizer was abundant in supply in many different areas of the farm. We purchased our tickets on line, that will save you a few bucks if you have a big party. Entering the Farm, they looked up our name and verified the tickets. We received a wrist band . Many things to do and spread out over acres upon acres of space. The ride attractions were closed due to Covid. Haunted house and clown. But many more open to satisfy our granddaughters interests. We had a blast and a half. Bring cash with you , concessions ( food , etc ) only take cash. Although the beer tent took credit cards. We had an afternoon of great fun here at Phillips Farm. The Corn Maze was cool, we took the children's maze walk. They do offer other Maze routs and give you a tall stick with a flag on it. Just in case you get lost. Oh yes , parking is no problem. We were Phillips Farms regulars. We recently attended the Father's Day BBQ and were surprised by the cost of admission for the "Family Fun Zone". They had a couple farm animals, corn hole, a cow train and a few other games in the family zone but required both kids and adults to pay for admission. Not only did I have to pay ~$12 for my children, but I had to pay the same to supervise my kids playing corn hole. With the rest of the event free to adults, it honestly felt like a punishment / tax for families with kids. Imagine going to a brewery or Moore Square park and having to pay $50 to play corn hole. Pretty odd for a Father's Day event in my opinion and certainly not worth the price given what you get. $50 for a few minutes of fun for a family of 4... plus extra for any drinks, lunch, snacks, etc. you decide to purchase. No thanks! All of the marketing of the event didn't mention this and in fact advertised the event as "free". Now that we know, we'll be taking our kids elsewhere next Father's Day. Raleigh has much better options to entertain the whole family. read more

This place is located by my house and I have heard rave reviews from some Moms. I was somewhat disppointed. Do not come here to find a nice pumpkin. It is overpriced. You can find a nicer pumpkin for half the price at Whole Foods down the road. We paid $ 12 a person to come here and did not feel the fee supports the atttraction. There are a few slides, bounce house activities, water pump game, poor pumpkin patch, corn maize, pumpkin sling shot, goats, and sports toss activities. There is also a short tractor ride. We hated our time at this park. Honestly the only fun part was the corn maze but other than that it's not fun at all. To many people are allowed inside and with covid they should restrict it. They only had One food truck that left at 3 and entrance was at 2:00 all other stuff is sweets. Hartley any shade no trees all flat land. The wagon ride was okay but mehhh. Take horses for example, they are the glue of society! I have stage four cancer probably be the last time I got to go to the sunflowers. I found Phillips website very confusing finally my sister got four tickets the other evening. We were picking up a friend in Cary she is 85 years old probably be the last time she gets to see them as well. We got almost to Cary yesterday when it came up on Instagram they were closed due to the rain since that time they are ignoring my emails they blocked me on Instagram they will not tell me if they're going to be open tomorrow Saturday the last day. I have no way of getting in touch with them they were very quick to take my sisters $25 but now we have no way of knowing if they will b there so we can go tomorrow the last day. At first glance- this place is ginormous... and maybe even a bit overwhelming... but its adorable and completely worth the 12 dollars per person. It had everything for the age range we needed. I would say its appropriate for ages 2-10 and then after that kids may be a bit bored... but my almost 4 year old LOVED it. Plenty of things to do. They do have a great selection of items and most stuff is built in to the 12$ price point... they also had a beer tent which was great for the parents... we didnt eat there but the food looked good too. We had a blast last weekend (10/1/16) at Phillips Farms!!! They have a corn maze, pumpkin patch, hay ride, cow train, giant bounce pillow, corn box (like a sand box, but corn), fun house, goat petting zoo, pumpkin blasters, roller tubes, slides, various throwing games, and more! We love the giant bounce pillow, it is so much fun. It's kind of like a big trampoline but then the sides slope down so it's not just flat. The cow train is a series of single-person wide carts pulled behind an ATV through its own section of corn maze. That thing was really cruising fast and it was fun! Admission is $10 for adults and $8 for kids over 2. They take credit cards at the entry for admission. Once you are in, most of the features are free with admission. There are a few things like the big hammer with bell tower that will cost you a dollar or so if you choose to partake. If you ring the bell you get a free pumpkin. I hit that thing as hard as I could and I was about 6" shy of ringing the bell. Lets see if you can do it?! Inside everything is cash only, including concessions. They have hotdogs, hamburgers, French fries and other snacks. It was a hot day so we were loving the fifty cent Otter Pops. The corn maze was fun. You can choose which category of questions you want and we choose a Halloween theme. As you go through the corn maze there are little numbered sign markers. At each sign, you read the corresponding question and each answer will have a direction to turn such as left or right. So if you can answer the question it will help you find your way through the corn maze easier. My favorite things were the giant bounce pillow and the cow train. I brought my parents, husband and son here during the fall, and their festival was so much fun! They had activities for children of all ages, as well as food vendors, and opportunities to shop from local vendors. They had bouncing houses for older and younger children, a mini hay maze, multiple photo boards, a moo cow train, a large corn maze, opportunity to pick your own pumpkins, practice milking a (pretend) cow, race against a friend to stuff a scare crow, a hay ride, a pumpkin launcher, opportunity to feed some goats and so so so much more. While there was so much to do, it was not overwhelming or overly crowded, we didn't feel rushed, and really enjoyed checking out all the sights. This opportunity is something that my family from Boston definitely doesn't see every day, and it was so nice to introduce them to Phillips Farm. The other thing I really appreciated (working in a hospital) is the bounce house for the younger kids. Toddlers could enjoy themselves without having to rough house with older kids. And even though our son was 18mo at the time, there was PLENTY for him and us to do together. We'll definitely make Phillips Farm part of our Fall Festivities going forward! read more
