Our Jacuzzi tub faucet started dripping water non-stop for days and even the Home Warranty Company couldn't get any plumbers to come out to fix it until another 4 days. I found Dustin on Yelp two months ago, and he gave me a quote through text messages and photos I sent. I decided to give a try with him, one reason is because of his price was quite reasonable compared to a few other companies. Another reason was he was willing to find a time according to our schedule. He helped fix a shower cartridge issue, changed leaky kitchen faucet, and replaced RO filters on two visits, both on Saturday afternoons, since we were most time not home except on weekends at that time. Oh he even helped changed a bad bib for free! I learned Dustin moved from California to here not too long ago, so there may not be too many reviews on yelp. But he has many years' experience. One of my rental properties had a kitchen faucet that needed replacing. The property management company charges an arm and leg for these simple things so I go outside their "network" and find someone on my own who can help for things like faucet replacement. After calling around to several plumbers and handy man services, Dustin was the most reasonably priced, didn't add extra fee's like dispatch fees and gave a flat rate quote (some were quoting a low and high range) I had ordered the faucet at a near by Lowe's and Dustin offered to pick it up, which saved me $ and time having to ship to my tenant. Our hot water heater went out on Sunday night. I found Phillips Plumbing Solutions under a Yelp review. Texted him picture of heater and stated my problem. I received detailed quote and phone call back within minutes. 'We set up a time for him to look at the heater the next morning at 7:30am, he showed up right on time, accessed the heater and discussed our options. By 10:30am I was taking a hot shower and the area was neater than before when he left with the old tank and debris from the install. Responsive, prompt and easy to work with!! Right after we moved, we decided last minute to change an old kitchen faucet, an RO tap and add a soap dispenser. I called several plumbers in the area and even out of the coverage area who tried to upsell immediately. It was such a relief to find Dustin! He stated that he frequently covered the area I live in and was familiar with the community. He gave me a free estimate, when other plumbers were charging $50.00-$70.00 just to come out. Dustin moved here from California, as did I, so it was also nice to meet a fellow Californian! He was friendly and punctual, which is extremely important to me as far as customer service is concerned. The water pressures were too high; Dustin fixed the problem promptly and efficiently and he installed a water pressure regulator. He discounted the service, and worked with us on payment options. He worked quickly and our water works great now. He even fixed the water pressures on our shower heads (for free) which were indeed a little low after the recent water pressure modifications. Not long after moving in to our home we realized 2 out of 3 of our toilets were leaking. After looking for options on yelp Dustin responded immediately and was able to come out that same day, and it was a Friday. He was able to provide us a free quote/estimate for 2 options. One that would cost us less but may have the problems persist in the future (keeping old toilets and just switching out parts) and the other that was a little more money but would eliminate any future trouble (replacing with new toilets). Within a few days (Monday) the leaking got worse so we purchased the new toilets and he was out here on Wednesday to swap them out. He even hauled away the old ones for us.
