Well i decided to dine here before my flight because i seen crab soup which is a favorite of mines. I sat at the bar and received some of the worst service of my life. The African American bald guy behind the bar. I'm black so I'm not being racist just describing the man since i didn't catch his name . He didn't acknowledge me for about 10 mins but i was patient. After i caught his attention he finally ask me was i ready .. i said yes asked for the crab soup, Caesar salad with shrimp and a coke. He came back 5 mins later and said you asked for a coke didn't you? ... yes anticipating my soup is the only reason why i didn't book. So he brought the coke and the soup was way under seasoned which he brought out 5 mins later. I had to use hot sauce to enjoy it. My salad took well over 30 mins to come out and it was a vinaigrette over it. I'm a chef so i taste it so i could see if it still have a Caesar dressing taste nope regular vinaigrette. So when i asked about it he said that's how it's made he said tell me now if u don't want it. I said i don't want it and Gave the food back paid and left. Before i left this lady sat at the bar and he never acknowledged her and she sat there for 20 mins. Then another guest asked for a mango peach cosmo and he tried to talk her into something else and seem upset when she still wanted her drink . Which was in a small glass and i would have been disappointed. The bar alcohol bottles was swarmed with nets smh. Glad i dont drink. Fabulous place to eat snd drink before my flight out of D Concourse at ATL. Very efficient and friendly staff, especially our server, Yolanda. She was so good at her job-aware that we all had flights. I had the Mahi Mahi Fish Tacos -delicious. I loved the Waffle Fries, which we're flavorful and crispy. read more

This restaurant sits in a corner of Concourse D and I found it by luck. My review is based on my single lunch and the one dish I took: grilled tuna with steamed vegetables and mashed potatoes. Oh my, it was delicious. The tuna, beyond being very tasty, was cooked to perfection: well grilled on the outside and pink and melting in your mouth in the inside. The level of salt and pepper was right, strong but not overwhelming. Service was very good too so, if you have 20 min to spare, go there and try it! read more

I rarely leave Yelp reviews, but this place deserves praise. Most airport restaurants are lousy. The food at Phillips is quite good, the place isn't noisy and our service was excellent This might have been my best airport restaurant dinner ever. read more

The crab cakes and Phillips coleslaw were amazing!!!! Especially considering the fact that its in an airport. The shrimp was good as well.

I had the dim sum and then the yellowtail sandwich with hush puppies. I give this place 4 stars because the quality of the food is FAR beyond what you typically get in an airport. The yellowtail fillet was huge and seared rare. It was perfectly cooked and delicious. The hush puppies were really good. The dim sum was not the best I've had, not nearly as good as fung lum in SFO. But pretty damn good for an airport. All in all, quite good. I'm definitely coming back the next time I'm in ATL. read more

Wow there are a lot of haters of Philips in ATL! If I have time, I will go out of my way (meaning, flight in 'T' Concourse) to go to Phillips. I always order the crab cake sandwich, substituting the fries with hush puppies. Is it a "mom-and-pop" Baltimore restaurant quality Crab Cake? No, but it is better than 90% of the filler-filled crab cakes you will find elsewhere outside of Baltimore. I generally sit at the bar. Bartenders are always attentive, service is always quick and with a smile. Plus there's plenty of outlets just beneath the bar. Food is somewhat pricey, drinks are ATL-airport standard (although the 'doubles' are a good deal). read more

Wow,a nice find for a long layover in the Deep South.its interesting to have New England seafood served with southern hospitality; it just makes the food that much better. Check out the bar for Sunday football games. It's a great place to relax before rushing back on the next leg of travel. Clean place, good service, and a hot serving in terminal D. read more

Everyone here is so nice! I got the sampler because i didn't know what i wanted and was cranky from flying. Dont let the little basket fool you. It is jam packed with tasty bits. Everything came out fresh and hot and perfectly cooked and fast. What more could i possibly ask for? Oh electrical outlets. They have those in spades. Yes!!!! read more

Awesome seafood, it sits way back in the corner like a hidden treasure. The staff did a great job, I am in and out of airports and don't generally take the time to comment on the "grab and go" food. I had a late lunch on a Sunday. All of the staff were friendly and the service was quick. I had the blackened Mahi and it was very good. Just the right level of spice and properly blackened. Served with a steamed vegetable side of green beans and red peppers. The only really negative thing was that they charge $11 for a 12 oz draft beer. Phillips is one of our favorite sea food restaurants in the country and we are delighted when we find one in an Airport. This one in ATL served the usual Great Crab Cakes, excellent staff. The restaurant is located near Gate D22. (Not well advertised, and had to google to find it). read more

Fish Tacos were on point. Service was great for an airport. I was in and out in about 20-25 minutes. I was not rushed by the staff, they were just accommodating me so I could make my flight. Convenient location as you enter the terminal and very clean. Highly recommend. read more

Excellent food and fast service. Started this visit of with a mixed drink. A little small for a double but definitely has plenty of alcohol in it. Then the yellow fin tuna for an app was cooked to perfection and well seasoned. Came out fast and with a smile a sir and a thank you. Moments later my basic main course of lobster ravioli came out. A little al dente for my taste but quick perfect eating temperature. Manager stopped by to check on the meal but seemed only interested in a "the food was good.". This is pretty decent airport food. Beware the 10$ 20 oz beer that you get. I didn't want near that much beer but it was what was brought to me without mention of option. Probably the fault of my own. I had the grilled mahi sandwich which was good and a great departure from the various fried chicken joints that are everywhere in ATL. A pleasant surprise. My wife and I were on a layover and wanted some lunch. Wife fancied seafood. So she wanted to eat here. I was skeptic thinking another Airport over-priced, sub par restaurant/bar. While yes the food here is over-priced and expected to be so (for example a lobster roll sandwich was over $20.00), the food cook and quality was actually very good. We were seated immediately. Probably because we beat the lunch crowd by dining in before 11am. Waitress was very friendly and polite. My wife had the steamed mussels. They came out fresh, tasty and it was an ample serving. Considering it was an appetizer it was adequate for us both. I had the seafood sampler. Nothing great with the sampler, but I can't complain either. Pricy establishment - absolutely; it's in the Airport. But if you don't mind dropping a few extra bucks - it's a good choice for this type of food. CIAO! read more

The food was good. My Bloody Mary would have been good if not for the crappy service taking forever to make it. It was lukewarm when I got it. After I sat, I didn't get a menu for quite a while. After I ordered a drink, the bartender went over to put glasses away for another minute or two before making my drink. I had to ask for napkins. I ordered my food and of course the bartender didn't bring it out, someone else did and the bartender was clueless about who's it was. At the end of my crappy experience, I had to interrupt the bartender from flirting with a coworker with her back to me to finally get my bill and a shot of tequila. Terribly expensive and terribly disappointing. Ordered the crab bisque and didn't get one single thread of crab meat. More importantly it tasted as if it came out of a can (generic grocery store brand no less) - it had zero character. I've been to Phillips in MD and they had good food, not sure if today's experience is indicative of where the whole chain is going, but I'll think twice about visiting any of their locations again. read more

Two stars because the waffle fries were good. Do NOT get the crispy fish tacos!!! Two overdone, not too fresh "fish sticks" masqueraded as the "crispy fish." Inedible--and I'll eat almost anything! Can't speak to anything else on the menu because our party of three unfortunately all ordered the tacos. read more

Had Fried shrimp mediocre at best could've bought it in the frozen section at the supermarket. Service was good and great view
