Tom picked up listened to my issue and told me he would call me back between 7 to 7:30 Monday. Fast forward to Monday he called me 7:30 on the dot. Said he would be there 9-11. 9:40 he calls and they are on their way. They came over and changed the belt. After that it had to cycle through because it's the new fangled kind that has a bunch of electronic crap. So they left for another customer and told me to give them a call after it cycled through. Calling an appliance service and having them at your house within 20 minutes, and the problem fixed only a little over an hour after your call is just unheard of, so they need to be commended for it.
