Good cheesesteak, good fries, they also offered some sub options I didnt try. The place looked like a typical cheesesteak shop, and the food was quick. Didnt see any of the "dirty" concerns a previous reviewer mentioned. The is a six prong plug right by the door at eye level which seems to be an odd place, but other than that nothing wierd. read more

I ordered the 10" Cheesesteak Sub combo. $13. So I expected a big sandwich. There was not enough meat for the price. Light on the cheese too. I've had much better cheesesteaks for less cost. Even in Philadelphia, where the cost of living is much higher, you can get a monster sandwich for less $. Jim's Steaks, Tony Luke's, Pat's and Geno's all know how to do it. On the good side, the tomatoes were nice and fresh. Lettuce not so much. Overall flavor: nothing special. Fries were very good. Turned cold quickly though. Fountain Birch Beer was excellent! The Mushroom Philly was really good. I sat in my car and ate my fresh, hot sandwich and fries. I must have really been enjoying it because I didn't even realize that I had left my phone inside. I sat in my car and ate until I was done because the food was hot and fresh. Once I got into Tennessee I realized that I didn't have my phone. I called them and it was there, behind the counter. The staff was ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!! I paid for a shipping label and someone went to FedEx and shipped my phone to me. I can't believe that!! Walking in it's a very welcoming environment and you get a clean well kept energy from the seating lounge. Very organized and the condiments and soda machine are placed for convenience. The staff is completely amazing Chris and Amy are the best and always brighten my day and keep me entertained while I'm waiting for my food. first time i ate at a philly connection. was skeptical at first... thinking its just a chain... but was in for a very pleasant surprise... got a cheese steak sand... double meat, cheese, onions and mushrooms. the cook was very attentive and obviously got off working the grill. I like that... when a cook .... likes to cook. The sandwich was most impressive..... alot better than most other places i've been to. will give them a full four stars..... saw lots of people eating the chicken phillys... have never tried that... but will next time. keep up the good work. read more

Ordered 6 lemon pepper wings for $8. After they were fried, the man asked what kind of wings I had gotten again. I reminded him they were lemon pepper. I walk over to see him dump grocery store, lemon pepper powder atop my wings. After seeing that, the wings tasted like a piece of chalk was dredged in fat and flour and deep fried. It had the consistency of a glazed donut. Also, I was given only celery stalks. I also paid $10 for "The Works", which tasted like unseasoned spaghetti in between a cold, but somehow burnt, hoagie. Seemed unsanitary. Had a 91 health rating, but that did not accurately describe the current condition of the restaurant. I saw the cook coughing multiple times behind the counter without covering her mouth, and the restaurant itself was filthy. I love philly connection, but the quality of their cheesesteaks seems to be lower than it was in the past.

Being from the Philly area, I thought there was no way this place would come close to making a cheesesteak like I am used to, but I was pleasantly surprised. Not a bad sandwich. The bread is pretty good, the only thing I'm not a fan of is that they automatically add onions to the steak. Not a big deal to ask for it without, but I didn't know that going in the first time. The rest of the menu seems decent enough, the fries are OK, not great but OK. Service is usually extremely quick though. read more

Eaten at this location a few times because it is closer, but they are not on par with their other store in Woodstock. Having eaten at the Woodstock one multiple times, makes the KSU store taste disgusting. They also give you one less mozzarella stick than the store in Woodstock. Take the drive to the Woodstock shop, you'll be much happier. I'm not sure if it's an ingredient thing, or just the person cooking. This place was horrible. When we walked inside there was a pile of dirt on the floor. We decided to go here because we had coupons for free fries and drinks, from the taste of Marietta. When we received our food, it was horrible. The only thing I enjoyed was our fries and considering for 2 sandwiches it was over $20 was crazy. The steak had no flavor and was extremely chewy. The bread..it was the size of a breadstick. All the filling was falling out due to its size. My husband got the sandwich with the pizza sauce and his was dripping in cheese. Mine was as dry and dirt. The is my absolute favorite place to get Philly Cheesesteak! The food is outstanding and prepared fresh right in front of you! Definitely a must if you're looking for a great sandwich paired with curly fries and cheese and to finish your meal they serve ice cream, milk shakes and funnel cake fries that are to die for! read more

We ordered delivery online from this place. The estimated delivery time was 45-60 minutes. 8 minutes before the 60 minute mark I received a call from the restaurant explaining the delivery driver left 5 minutes prior to the call and to inform me that we should have used a different delivery service. Our office is about 10 minutes from the restaurant. So after 15 minutes (and still no food) I called the restaurant back and was told that they didn't have control over how long it takes once the drivers leave and that they would try and call the driver and call me back in 5 minutes with an update. 10 minutes later the restaurant called and said the driver was supposed to call me and that he was another 12 minutes away. I express my concern about how long it was taking and our food being cold to which he assured me it would not be because they use insulated bags to keep the food nice and warm. A minute later the driver did call and told me he would be there shortly and said he had been stuck in some sort of traffic. After another almost 15 minutes I called the driver back to ask if he was lost or had the wrong address and he told me he got stuck at a train and shouldn't be much longer. Our food finally got delivered a few minutes later and the driver then said he was running behind because of the previous delivery he had. The food was not well packaged (hot wing sauce ended up all over the philly cheesesteak wrappers and french fries and straws for the drinks were not provided) and everyone's food was indeed cold and needed to be microwaved. In total it took more than an hour and a half for our food to get delivered. read more

I LOVE their wings honestly and truly i do, but every time i go in there ( which is ALOT! ) i get poor customer service from a short redhead girl with glasses my fiancé and i always ask to put our number in so we can get points she tells us our number is already in the system and today we finally got tired of it so informed the manager and he said "i'm sorry but i can't go back and had us write our phone number on a receipt and says he will go in later and add a point" which is cool yes but how do we know if that happens and the girl standing right there played stupid and said and looked me straight in the face saying "oh i'm sorry i didn't put your number in?" like that's a straight lie she knows we asked to put it in we do every time and her response is always the same and today i got tired of it, because when i say i come in a lot i seriously mean it, wings are my favorite thing and theirs are the best around in my opinion really thick and juicy wings perfectly made, but not having good service really makes me upset! read more

Hubs walked in to see a mound of beef already cooked, waiting for the customers. When he asked why, the staff told him they were preparing for a busy night. Granted, this is July 4th and a rainy day/night at that, but seriously????? Why would they think it was a good idea to pre-cook the meat for the sandwiches?
