Preordered a bucket and a rivet of pretzel bites. The rivet box had 4 fresh, soft edible pretzels lying on top and beneath it all the other pretzels were rock hard - dry and old. What's not to love? Other than they run out early - so get there early for fresh pretzels. The ones in the afternoon are too hard in my opinion - fresh and hot is best in the morning. Can't let them get cold or soggy. School gets these for the kids for half days- they're great for the kids (though they don't know how much they miss out by not using the mustard!) read more

Been going here on and off for years and today was super disappointing. All they had on a Saturday was two buckets of plain and one small box of cinnamon rivets. Took one of each and not only weee they only 2/3 full they weren't hot at all. Also it wasn't even rivets. It was the longer pieces probably left over from some platters. If you don't want to offer fresh product for walk ins then require us to call ahead. read more

Excellent experience. I ordered 100 pretzels for a school event and arrived a little early because parking in Morristown is tough. The order was not ready and that's fine because I was given pretzels so fresh out of the oven the steam from them fogged all the windows in my car! This location does have more of a "well-done" pretzel (harder on the outside) than other locations I've been to - I personally prefer a softer version, but it was still tasty. I'm a fan of PPF. I order a party tray when I am hosting or even when I am going to a party. I usually go with the mini rivets, spicy mustard and cheese as a dipping sauce. They are a crowd pleaser! Freshly baked and hot. Prices, to me, are inexpensive. They also have individual pretzels and stuffed ones too. This spot has friendly staff. They have 3 spots in front. I have been there 2x and haven't had a chance but I'm sure when it's busy, they fill up. If you have leftover, put them in the oven for a couple of minutes and enjoy! read more

Very disappointed in what I purchased for a Super Bowl party my wife and I attended. I ordered a large rivet tray (I called ahead and was told that I had to order on line and that I could only order a large tray). To me, the Super Bowl is an opportunity for restaurants and specialities to capitalize on events like this. Rivets were different sizes, stuck together, some hard, some doughy and overall not appetizing. I was hoping for a wow factor. It seemed as though they were not prepared for such an event. read more

Solid, cheap snack. Pretty new in town and stopped by as it's a newer addition. I got three pretzels and nacho cheese sauce for under $5. Can't beat that price for a snack. Pretzels theme selves were well salted, fresh and warm. I know it can be hit or miss on freshness. Walked in before closing and asked for a few small pretzels pieces. A worker told me she would give me all the small pretzels in the case since they were closing and going to throw them out anyway. She filled up a whole box of pretzels (who knows how long they were sitting there all day) and then charged me full price. So misleading. They never told us until we got there that they had no cheese or any dips except for brown mustard and yellow mustard which everybody has in their refrigerator.never going again. I ordered 2 party trays online the day before I needed to pick them up. I called on the pick up day to confirm the time. I send my husband and he calls me and tells me they only have one tray for us. We had to prove to Kevin that we paid for 2 trays so we showed him the online recipe. My husband had to wait for the tray of mini hot dogs to be made. After it was done, Kevin gave my husband attitude bc he changed his mind on the dipping sauce. Customer service was lacking. There was no apologize for the mixup. The staff is very welcoming and helpful both on the phone and in person, there online order process is so easy, and quick for pick up! Place is always clean and you can tell employees love their job by their positive attitude. Never disappointed here. Always a hit. Wow! How hard is it to sell pretzels?! I love philly pretzel factory and routinely go to others in the area. I was eager when I saw they were moving in. Then they took months to finally open. They have no available parking nearby - just 2 metered spots on the street. So I park a block away in a business' lot, get there at 1:20pm ( not near closing / opening). Can I get 3 pretzels? Oh we have to put them in the oven... it'll be about 6 minutes. I've never been to a philly pretzel factory and had to wait unless I wanted unsalted. I told them this was the first.... and last time I'd be in there! Not going to risk a parking ticket cause they don't have pretzels. They couldn't care. Amazingly disinterested. So hard to have some waiting? I guess cause they are in such a bad location they get minimal activity / the pretzels will get cold before someone buys them. I've been eating Philly pretzel factory pretzels for years and years. Always in the Philadelphia area....and they are delicious! Yesterday, we stopped by the one I. My home town of morristown nj and what a complete disappointment! The pretzels were cold, Old and over cooked. It was as though they had been laying around for hours. And the weren't soft- they were hard and cracked. What a shame. I've been waiting months for them to open, only to be disappointed. Walk in Super Bowl Sunday to pick up a few pretzels. Not a platter or a larger order. 10 pretzels. Was told no we can't help you. We are only doing pick up orders for platters. The red headed cashier tried to help but got shut down by her counterpart. We asked "we can't even get 2 pretzels?" and was told no. Ridiculous. Put up a sign or something on your website stating Super Bowl Sunday pickups only. Bad look for a business just opened in town less then a year ago. Went to this location for the first time. Had seen some of the awesome posts from FB and decided to try them instead our our usual spot in Livingston. I'm on the fence about trying this location again. I called Thursday for a pick up Saturday at 1pm, the guy put me on hold for 1 minute, fine I know it's busy. Comes back and takes my order, kept saying the wrong day when confirming and I repeated myself twice. Saturday comes and I go in to pick up and they don't have my order and apparently I wasn't the only one that had happened too. They apologized and had worked quickly to get me a tray. I want in a complete hurry but did need to be somewhere by 1:30. Well after getting back to my car I looked at the try closely and it wasn't full, maybe about half full and they used way too much salt. I'm all for second chances, they were accommodating however the quality shouldn't suffer. I'm not sure if I'll go back bc if the tray itself. Don't bother!! This place is a mess. I ordered a rivet party tray 48 hours in advance. When I arrived at the agreed upon pick up time, they were shocked and dismayed to see I was there. My name was on the dry erase board of orders but they were so disorganized it was comical. There were 3 other people waiting for party trays and one man said it had been 90 minutes since his pick up time and they still didn't have his ready!! The place was run by 4 teenagers, no one in charge, no organization. They all ran around in circles and nothing got accomplished. Don't even get me started on sanitary practices! The one boy was touching the garbage cans and then the cooked pretzels. Another girl was rubbing her nose constantly and then touching everything! Gross. Needless to say, I did not get my pretzel tray after I waited 30 minutes and the staff just shrugged at me when I asked how much longer. I would not recommend this place to anyone! read more

i was so excited when i saw the signs going up that this was coming to our town..... and i was so hoping that i was not going to like them since i pass them on my walk to town. well they are worth the calories and carbs. the pretzels are so soft and warm and just salty enough to make you want to come back for more. but be careful with the cinnamon sugar pretzels..... don't eat them in the car. all that wonderful cinnamon sugar get all over the place and they are like potato chips, you can't eat just one. we have tried several of the dips, chocolate, cheese, nacho and butter cream and they add a wonderful flavor note to the pretzel. read more

For pretzel places, one may think you just need good, hot, soft pretzels. That is not the case, you also need efficient workers, courteous employees and expedited delivery. We received pretzels as a group for our work. The delivery was prompt, the delivery person was polite and genuinely interested if we enjoyed the snacks.
