A really great cookie spot, they had a ton of variety to choose from (a lot of cereal inspired ones if you're in that). Ordering was super easy and was nice to actually have an option to leave a tip or not(rare these days) The cookies were warm and soft with just enough topping for a great cookie. Adorable cookie shop set on the corner of a cute little shopping/dining area of Morristown. Parking can be tricky but if you're in the area, I'd definitely recommend stopping in for a sweet treat. The lighting could be better inside as I thought they were closed when I walked up to the door. Once inside, it was still a little dark, with no one behind the counter but 2 patrons seated inside so I knew they had to be open. I noticed tablets to the right side & realized that must be where to place my order. As I was using the tablets, staff members came from the back to greet me: they were very pleasant. I got the Oatmeal Cream Pie (Cookie of the Month) and Raspberry Lemonade (Cookie of the Week). I'm not an oatmeal cookie person but surprisingly, this one was delicious! The cookies were served warm & tasted great. I also got 2 shakes which were delicious as well. Love the creativity of incorporating cereal favorites into cookie & ice cream options AND having it taste good. My only complaint is the straws - they only had small, thin, paper straws which made it IMPOSSIBLE to drink the shakes. We had to eat them with a spoon, which is a personal pet peeve of mine, if I wanted to eat it, I would've gotten a cookie cup or regular ol' soft serve ice cream, not a shake. read more

They have kiosks for you to place your order and make payment. We placed our order, then we were told they were out of the cookie we ordered. I asked for a refund, and the lady working there said she wasn't able to give me a refund - only her boss could, and he was not at the shop. She offered that I could leave my name and number and her boss would get back to me. We did get another cookie. It was just okay. read more

We stopped here after a comedy show at the MAYO on a Saturday night which ended around 11pm. This spot is literally the next street over and open till midnight! We walked into and there is a very small seating area (about 3 tables with some stools) and a table with 3 tablets where you put in your order. There is no front desk with a person to order from. The cookies run about $4-6 each and come in various flavors. We ordered the Birthday Sugar Cookie, Molten Lava Cake and 2 of the Fluffatella Smores. There was a 15-20 min wait but they come out warm and in a cute box. You can eat there or take them to go. The Fluffatella were incredible and came with a roasted marshmellow on top. Located at the corner, the shop was empty when we first walked in. They have a number of terminals to use to order or you can order online if you have the gift card to use because they can't take it in the store. Cookies are 4.50 and up each, and they have a number of different selections. Using Square gets you the cheapest prices online ordering, but they don't have all cookies in the individual photos/selections, you have to pick from the 4-pack or 8-pack. If you have an allergy, then make a note and they can pack it separately. Warm and fresh, a delicious sweet snack that's slightly crispy at the edge and a tasty treat. I was in the mood for dessert after dinner and came to The Cookie Connect. Upon entering, I was warmly greeted and proceeded to place my order through the kiosk. There was a good selection of options, and everything sounded great. We settled on the cookies and cream (which was stuffed with an oreo) and a smores. The wait while the cookies were freshly prepared wasn't more than 10 minutes and were worth the wait. The cookies and cream cookie was awesome! It was soft and warm, and both were decent size. I thoroughly enjoyed the cookie and look forward to trying more flavors soon. read more

I'm not a huge fan of this style cookie (large, chewy, soft), but I've always wanted to know how this place compares to Crumbl. I got a plain chocolate chip to see what I was working with. Very similar taste to a Crumbl chocolate chip cookie, but more gooey and "undercooked" in the center. The taste isn't bad, but it just isn't making me want to take another bite. The inside is vey cold feeling. No one is at the counter when you walk in - which makes you feel disconnected (contradictory to the name of this place). They seem to have some storage out in the front by the counter, so it looks a bit messy. They also had a gallon on milk sitting out - hopefully that wasn't sitting there all day. They have an allergy statement about cross contamination. My chocolate chip cookie had fruity pebbles on it, which I assume was picked up when the cookie went into the heater. Nut allergy pals beware. I'm not sure how this place is surviving in Morristown - maybe they get a lot of people who come at night. I will not be returning. read more

First time going to cookie connect and i ordered a pumpkin spiced cheesecake- limited edition cookie it definitely tastes like pumpkin but, for me it was too sweet. There are three tablets where you can place your order after that we waited a bit for the one cookie. We waited inside, but the temperature inside felt hot and a bit uncomfortable . My fiance kids and I ordered a box of 8 - different cookies.. one was worse than the next, they were all soft but undercooked soft and they all literally tasted exactly the same - although they were all SUPER different. My fiance said, "do I have COVID or do these genuinely taste like nothing?" ... For the price, they're not worth it. At all. This place is very bizarre... and depressing looking. Walked in a beautiful sunny day and it's dark inside. No light on at all. Nobody is there to greet you either and the women who was working there wasn't welcoming at all. The place looks messy and dirty. You order at a kiosk and the person working gets the order and just prepares it. Brings the food, calls your name and returns to the back. We had a question and stood there for a few minutes but she never came back. There's no bell to ring and I also said hello a few times. She was watching something in the back. Wouldn't ever return or recommend anyone go here. Weird establishment. The ice cream was the usual but nothing special. I can get the same at DQ or rather support a small business instead. read more

Why on earth have a business at arguably one of the most high-traffic locations in Morristown, and take off one of if not your best selling products because your either too cheap, or too lazy? Nice job to whomever the owner is. Be prepared for an underwhelming experience when you go in here, it's nice from the outside but short-fall when you walk in. I'd recommend going to Stacked Creamery right down the road, their employees are kind and they have to die for ice cream cookie sandwiches (quite easily made and churned without effort). read more

I was thrilled to see a cookie specific place to to morristown! The cookies themself look absolutely amazing and the service is very unique. After tasting them, they are fairly sweet and are made well and very fresh. They have some interesting features about them like the gooey insides and delicious toppings. They aren't too big, but they are very hardy since they are so sweet. The pricing is a little high, but I assume its because you are paying for the premium cookie. The best and most unique feature of Cookie Connect is that it is contactless ordering, you walk in and customize your cookie selection through an iPad. Once you create, order and pay they give you a wait time, now's the time for the photo opp against the cute wall. After a short amount of time a heavenly being emerges from the back to deliver your warm, specialty cookies. The cookies were so sweet and good and most importantly, looked great for pics. The only thing that could make this a better experience is if we could see some cookies in a bakery case on display. I would return though. read more

Gotta step UP Your Cookie Game People.   Morristown is an excellent place for foodies like Me who rely on impulse purchases. When I want to try something I run into the place, buy it, and try it. I don't want to stand around and mingle in long lines especially during these times. Listen I appreciate all new businesses that come to town and I especially appreciate one-of-a-kind type places like this one but they definitely have to deal with their wait time issues. Our order took almost five hours (really) to arrive, I guess cos waaay busy. Cookies looked absolutely great, excellent decorating. All were quite soft. Some were extra soft in the middle, like not at all baked thru, especially the peanut butter and s'more cookies. Not a fan of raw dough, can I order them well done?? Where to begin. I would leave 0 stars if I could... have been trying to go to cookie connect for months and have always had long wait times when we showed up. Finally we planned ahead and placed an order for delivery. This was at 820 pm stating delivery for 9:28. At 9:40 we called asking where our order was. We were told "it's sitting here, no one came to get it". Keep in mind we paid $6 for delivery for cookies. We were told "if you want to come get it we will make you a new one." So after an hour and a half we were on our way to get our cookie cups (cereal ice cream with a cookie) and the cookie we ordered. We walk into the store and informed them we were the ones that called. After another 30 minutes, still no cookie cups... we asked again and they handed us the ones that had been sitting there in the freezer.. "warm" cookie and "soft serve" rock hard... Finally we got the order and went home.. Both orders were incorrect, no cereal to be found. Shocker they screwed up !! Had such high potential.. (I mean for $36 for 2 icecreams and a cookie, we'd hope it would be good). so disappointing. read more

Customer service was absolutely horrible. I placed my order and was told it would be ready at 8pm. I arrived and there was no worker in sight. A family was in front of me waiting. A girl poked her head out from the back, but never came out to greet us. After I waited for 5 minutes, a guy brought out cookies to the family ahead of me and ran to the back without acknowledging me. A few minutes later another guy came out and asked I was waiting for an order. I told him I was waiting for an online order and he said they would be ready in a couple of minutes. About 5 minutes later the girl who originally poked her head out brought out cookies to 2 women who ordered at the kiosk in the store who arrived several minutes after I got there. The girl finally asked if I was waiting for an order. I gave her my name and she pulled them out if the cabinet where the completed orders were sitting. So I asked her if they had been ready the 15 minutes I was waiting and she just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. The cookies are not on display and there is no photos in the shop so you can't get a visual of what you are ordering. If you are looking for artisan cookies, this is the place. I ordered them online so I could just go inside and grab them. However, their website is not that user friendly. I wanted to see pictures of the cookies, and couldn't couldn't see all of them. Also, you had to order some of the special cookies separately, you couldn't get them in a pack. The store itself it somewhat oddly set up. It is just a large empty space with a couple of kiosks to order from and an empty counter. Behind the counter there are some steps where I guess leads to the kitchen area. You either order online or through the kiosk, and then someone just comes from the back and puts the cookies on the counter and then disappears. Just has a weird eery feel about it. Overall though, the cookies themselves are great! I think we got almost one of each. The birthday cake and fruity pebbz almost tasted the same though, and I do love a good sugar cookie, but they were the most bland. The apple pie actually tasted like apple pie. The cheesecake cookie was so stuffed with cheesecake, it was amazing. Probably my favorite. The mounds of coconut was also probably my second favorite. Would definitely go back. read more

Offering a rotating menu of 16 customized cookies ($4 apiece; 4 for $14; and 8 for $24) and made-to-order soft-serve ice cream parfaits with combinations of traditional sundae toppings, flavored syrups, and breakfast cereals -- the menu is definitely kid-friendly and carb-heavy. I had read a few positive reviews of Cookie Connect on a local Facebook group, so I suggested to my family that we should stop in for dessert after dinner elsewhere in Morristown on a recent weekend evening. When we walked in, there was a small queue of people waiting in line. Occasionally, someone on the staff would pop out from the kitchen with a box of cookies and shout out a name. In some cases, a customer recognized their name and stepped forward to receive their magic box of cookies and, in other cases, no one claimed the order and the unclaimed box was left on the counter. There was no one at the counter taking customers' orders and no clear explanation to customers how to place an order. Eventually, one of the other customers standing in line silently pointed us towards the row of iPads along the wall. On the evening in question, two of the three iPads for on-site ordering were not functional. We used the lone functioning tablet to place an order for four cookies, then joined the line of sullen customers waiting on tasty baked goods. We received our four cookies within 10-15 minutes in the one of the aforementioned white boxes. There's no place in the store to sit down to enjoy the cookies, so the six of us hovered in the front of the store to partake in the highly-anticipated baked goodness. With all of the inconvenience associated with placing a walk-in order, it seems to me that Cookie Connect is trying to actively discourage the practice. If that's the case -- then they should do a better job communicating that to their customers. After all that, expectations were high. Unfortunately.. All four of us who indulged remarked that their cookies were underwhelming (and seemed undercooked). Two of the group literally put their cookies back in the box after taking a bite, saying the experience wasn't worth the calories. How bad does a cookie have to be for someone to take a bite and throw it away? As others have said, Cookie Connect is definitely experiencing some start-up issues. Hopefully, they're able to turn the corner and improve their processes and their products. read more

I saw that this place was open until "2am" on Google. I went to the store at around 1:30am and the guy working there said that they were "closed" and "stopped taking orders at 11:30am" although they closed at 2am. When asking the guy for clarification, he asked for my friend and I to step out of the store and intimated for us to leave. The worker was unable to provide clarification on the store's operating hours and clearly did not want to be bothered. Cookie Connect can service a lucrative late-night market yet does not actually operate late-night. Please fix your hours on Google if you are not operating until 2am. read more

I understand that they are brand new and I hope in the future I can come back and have a better experience. This review is solely on their current experience. We went into the location which was the biggest mistake. Yes I saw they were open for pickup and delivery on Instagram but I did not realize that takeout was not the same. We got there and were told we had to order on their website but couldn't use the three tablets that were lined up. At this point the worker should have mentioned the incredibly long wait time. We went to order on our phones and selected the asap option and when we went to check out it said an hour until we would get our order. I asked the worker and they said yep that was right because there were 30 peoples orders ahead of mine. I didn't complete my order and left. I feel like there should be a different queue if you are actually ordering in store. Reason I give it two stars is because I did see communication ahead of time and I guess I just didn't understand that they could not fulfill takeout orders. I was thinking this was a Covid reason (capacity/seating/etc) not a staffing issue but I do think at some point the employee could have mentioned it to us as we clearly had no idea. Who is managing this place? Let me start by saying I don't mind ordering online, or waiting an hour for my order to be ready for pick up. I do mind mismanaged establishments and inaccurate wait times. I walk in 5 minutes before my order was supposed to be ready. There are people all over and no clear system of check-in. It seemed anyone with a delivery order was being prepared but pick up orders weren't. There was another "Sarah" there besides me who was waiting over an hour AFTER HER PICK UP TIME! All young kids working, which again I don't mind, but who is managing them? Why isn't someone there directing them to form a line, prepare orders for people that were waiting, stop fooling around with one another? It was just a bad experience all around.
