A really great cookie spot, they had a ton of variety to choose from (a lot of cereal inspired ones if you're in that). Ordering was super easy and was nice to actually have an option to leave a tip or not(rare these days) The cookies were warm and soft with just enough topping for a great cookie. One thing I did notice was the tables were very wobbly. They might wanna check them out. Overall a great spot to grab a cookie near the center of town for dessert

The best post bar treat. Their cookies came out warm and are beautifully decorated and the were just as delish as they look. We had birthday cake, s'mores, chocolate chip and they were all amazing.

Adorable cookie shop set on the corner of a cute little shopping/dining area of Morristown. Parking can be tricky but if you're in the area, I'd definitely recommend stopping in for a sweet treat. The lighting could be better inside as I thought they were closed when I walked up to the door. Once inside, it was still a little dark, with no one behind the counter but 2 patrons seated inside so I knew they had to be open. I noticed tablets to the right side & realized that must be where to place my order. As I was using the tablets, staff members came from the back to greet me: they were very pleasant. I got the Oatmeal Cream Pie (Cookie of the Month) and Raspberry Lemonade (Cookie of the Week). I'm not an oatmeal cookie person but surprisingly, this one was delicious! The cookies were served warm & tasted great. I also got 2 shakes which were delicious as well. Love the creativity of incorporating cereal favorites into cookie & ice cream options AND having it taste good. My only complaint is the straws - they only had small, thin, paper straws which made it IMPOSSIBLE to drink the shakes. We had to eat them with a spoon, which is a personal pet peeve of mine, if I wanted to eat it, I would've gotten a cookie cup or regular ol' soft serve ice cream, not a shake.

One of my friends recommended this. rainy cloudy day and I was in the Morristown area for some work, decided to try their cookies. the store looks pretty but somehow it feels "empty". You can order online or at their kiosks. we ordered - Red Velvet Molten Lava Cake Nutella Stuffed Chocolate Chip Red Velvet Cheesecake NYC Cheesecake each cookie in the range of $3-5 it was too sugary but with the right mixture of flavor, delicious it was. the ambience was good but no table to eat.

Located at the corner, the shop was empty when we first walked in. They have a number of terminals to use to order or you can order online if you have the gift card to use because they can't take it in the store. Cookies are 4.50 and up each, and they have a number of different selections. Using Square gets you the cheapest prices online ordering, but they don't have all cookies in the individual photos/selections, you have to pick from the 4-pack or 8-pack. If you have an allergy, then make a note and they can pack it separately. Warm and fresh, a delicious sweet snack that's slightly crispy at the edge and a tasty treat. I'll be here to try other cookies again, soon, but will remember to order ahead of time as waiting around can take some time. - Nutella cookie was ok; nutella on the inside, and chocolate chip outside - S'mores was ok; very sticky to eat with marshmallow creme and chocolate drizzled all over the top - Birthday cake was devoured by the kid; easy love for them - New chocolate chip was a slightly bigger chocolate chip cookie - while warm it was ok, I still like the thinner ones from Wegmans better

We stopped here after a comedy show at the MAYO on a Saturday night which ended around 11pm. This spot is literally the next street over and open till midnight! We walked into and there is a very small seating area (about 3 tables with some stools) and a table with 3 tablets where you put in your order. There is no front desk with a person to order from. The cookies run about $4-6 each and come in various flavors. We ordered the Birthday Sugar Cookie, Molten Lava Cake and 2 of the Fluffatella Smores. There was a 15-20 min wait but they come out warm and in a cute box. You can eat there or take them to go. The Fluffatella were incredible and came with a roasted marshmellow on top. If only they also let you order a glass of milk!

I was in the mood for dessert after dinner and came to The Cookie Connect. Upon entering, I was warmly greeted and proceeded to place my order through the kiosk. There was a good selection of options, and everything sounded great. We settled on the cookies and cream (which was stuffed with an oreo) and a smores. The wait while the cookies were freshly prepared wasn't more than 10 minutes and were worth the wait. The cookies and cream cookie was awesome! It was soft and warm, and both were decent size. I thoroughly enjoyed the cookie and look forward to trying more flavors soon.

I'm not a huge fan of this style cookie (large, chewy, soft), but I've always wanted to know how this place compares to Crumbl. I got a plain chocolate chip to see what I was working with. Very similar taste to a Crumbl chocolate chip cookie, but more gooey and "undercooked" in the center. The taste isn't bad, but it just isn't making me want to take another bite. The inside is vey cold feeling. No one is at the counter when you walk in - which makes you feel disconnected (contradictory to the name of this place). They seem to have some storage out in the front by the counter, so it looks a bit messy. They also had a gallon on milk sitting out - hopefully that wasn't sitting there all day. They have an allergy statement about cross contamination. My chocolate chip cookie had fruity pebbles on it, which I assume was picked up when the cookie went into the heater. Nut allergy pals beware. I'm not sure how this place is surviving in Morristown - maybe they get a lot of people who come at night. I will not be returning.

First time going to cookie connect and i ordered a pumpkin spiced cheesecake- limited edition cookie it definitely tastes like pumpkin but, for me it was too sweet. There are three tablets where you can place your order after that we waited a bit for the one cookie. We waited inside, but the temperature inside felt hot and a bit uncomfortable . There are only three small tables to sit inside and there was no outdoor seating.

Ordered online! Took a little for them to find the order and had to a wait a bit but it was worth it! Fresh hot cookies! So many varieties and cool little ambiance inside!

The best and most unique feature of Cookie Connect is that it is contactless ordering, you walk in and customize your cookie selection through an iPad. Once you create, order and pay they give you a wait time, now's the time for the photo opp against the cute wall. After a short amount of time a heavenly being emerges from the back to deliver your warm, specialty cookies. The cookies were so sweet and good and most importantly, looked great for pics. The only thing that could make this a better experience is if we could see some cookies in a bakery case on display. I would return though.

The chocolate chip cookies were unbelievably soft and delicious. The ginger snaps were meh. They didn't really reek of ginger the way you would expect. That said.... When we got here yesterday U noticed a "Ginger Cappuccino" written up on their blackboard menu. I'm a sucker for a good espresso drink and I LOVE ginger, so I figured I'd give it a whirl, and Lord have mercy, it was absolutely spectacular. You can tell right off the first sip that they aren't using any of that fake, sugary pump-syrup you get at the big chains. This bad boy tastes like it has real, honest-to-goodness grated ginger steeped right into the milk. It gives you this wonderfully warm, spicy little kick that cuts right through the rich espresso and velvety foam perfectly. It is smooth, uniquely flavorful, and just downright delicious. This hidden gem on Cattano Avenue hits the nail right on the head. If you see the ginger cappuccino on the board when you walk in, do not hesitate--just order it!!! So sorry I learned about this as they are planning to close up shop. I've never heard of a Chocolate Chip Crumb Muffin before, but it was delicious! The pecan bar was good as well. Unfortunately, I didn't order a drink because I don't like coffee and the only non-coffee drink they had was Hot Chocolate and unsweetened iced tea. Too hot for hot chocolate and I don't like unsweetened iced tea. The ladies at the counter were very nice though and gave me some tap water! Overall a great experience. Sad I just found out about this place as they prepare to close their doors in September.

They ended up not enjoying it, so that's why there's some missing and none of us wanted to eat it anymore! Spoke to Suzi when picking up the cake and explained to her that the cake would not be eaten on the day of, but instead two days later. The cake was for September 1st and that happened to be Labor Day so I had to pick it up earlier! She said, "That's fine," and it can be stored in the fridge for up to a week and in the freezer for up to three months. So, not sure why there's a sense of judgement, cakes should be able to be stored for longer periods of time! And we wanted to order from a bakery specifically, since it was a special occasion. Not sure what your reference to a "squished" cake has to do with it food will accumulate residue in containers overtime! 9/12/25 From seeing professional pictures online of the beautiful cakes on Google Reviews of Suzi Cakes and good reviews on Yelp, I genuinely thought that the red velvet cake I ordered over the phone with Suzi would be amazing. Boy, was I wrong. I had to throw out the cake after 6 days because no one wanted to eat it anymore. We gave some part of the cake away to a relative, so we didn't consume much...not sure if they enjoyed it either. There were 'red' flags that I noticed when placing an order with Suzi. I chose to ignore them because I needed a nicely catered cake for my sister's birthday. Suzi sounded very direct over the phone and sometimes dismissive, so I felt that I needed to truly know and prepare for how I wanted my cake each time I called. I could not go in person to explain or show pictures due to the distance from her business in East Hanover. Suzi gave me the listed price of $90, and I personally thought it was overpriced for a 7-inch, single-tiered cake. I originally did not want to place with Suzi, but I could not find a place around me that would do a red velvet cake legitimately, besides Coco Luxe Cakes in Peapack and Gladstone. Coco Luxe discontinued their red velvet cakes, unfortunately, which is the cake I truly needed, hence why I ordered here. Next, trying to find the suite number and building for this place was a nightmare, another red flag. It's very tight behind some train tracks and very easy to miss. Thank goodness for advanced technology and Google Maps/Street View for helping me navigate. I called Suzi on the phone so she could service me at the front desk to get the cake. I picked up the cake and truly believed that I would make my sister's birthday special, and I planned everything perfectly. I stored the cake in the fridge for 2 days before eating and followed all of Suzi's storage directions. We tried the cake and it was awful. It had a fermented-like taste, and we could not eat it. I saw a similar review on Yelp of someone having Suzi make their cake for their wedding, and their wedding guests could not eat it; it was that bad. I was hoping that would not happen to me, but it did, surely. The icing was hard, dry, and chunky; the cake itself lacked flavor. I got a red velvet cake from ShopRite in July for $16.99, and it tasted way better; just the cake was a little dry. I called Suzi to give her some feedback so she knows. She informed me to come back so she could examine the taste, but at that point, we threw the cake out. $90 truly wasted. Can't really ask for a refund, I guess, because I never came back to her about it, because her location is almost an hour from my house...not sustainable for me. Despite the good reviews, I will never go to Suzi Cakes again. I will stick with another recommendation I got from a relative for Coco Luxe in Peapack if I want a professionally made cake from a bakery. My sister's birthday was ruined, and no one in my family liked the cake. The price for the cake was outrageous, and compared to other local bakeries in the area, the price does not justify the taste. The presentation of the cake is good, but the taste is abysmal. Save yourself, your palate, and your wallet by looking elsewhere!
