The four of us ordered the Philly sandwich with tots, kids 2 tenders and tots, a blue raspberry lemonade and the gumbo collard greens. Got out just under $63 with the tip included and it was very worth it. Portion sizes are great and food quality was even better. The Philly was dressed with tomato, lettuce, onion, cheese and a sauce. Tasted like a gyro and a cheesesteak had a baby with good hair! That meat was tender juicy and flavorful! Not only was the toasted bread nice and soft, but it held up with all the meat that was stuffed into it. It was exactly how it should be, more meat than stuff. The kids tenders were cooked to perfection. Simple, crispy and juicy. Tots on both meals were crispy and seasoned well. We chose fry sauce for the tots and it did not disappoint. Very close in taste to the burger sauce at in-n-out. The star of the show was the gumbo collard greens! Babyyyyy!!! When I tell you she know how to make some soul food, believe me. The flavors coming out of that bowl had me tussling with my kids for the last bite. I've never tried adding greens to my gumbo before, but I might have to from now on. This experience, from start to finish, was one I want to have again and again. I recommend trying whatever soul food item she's offering on the menu when you visit. I ordered a steakflo potato, no onions or sour cream, add bacon. The steak and bacon were so fresh and tender. Literally pulled off the grill and placed on top of a tender, hot potato. The meats were cooked to a perfection. Not too crispy, not under seasoned, not over powering. My partner got an OverFlo Potato. The chicken was absolutely delicious. Juicy, not overpowering in flavor, soft. It definitely made me regret not getting the chicken added. Next time I'm going to order all meats because I trust this man knows what he's doing!

The burger is slightly better than fast food and the chicken sandwich was a terrible disappointment below fast food quality despite it taking nearly 20 minutes for my order. It was slightly better after I peeled the thick and salty batter off of it but the whole thing still looked stepped on with a wet cheap smashed bun and limp mayo lettuce with pretty much nothing else on it. I also suspect they raise their prices for visiting the town center so the food is completely not worth it and I don't think it was ever intended that their quickie crummy chicken sandwich or smashed up nothing burgers would be over $15 each as it's very much a lower tier food truck vibe and menu. Would I eat there again? No, I did it twice just to give them a chance and support a new business which id hoped was a passion project of a young person. The owner stopped by to check in on how much money they had made but should probably be a little more engaged with the actual product because the food is so mediocre and even with light traffic the employees were behind. Seems the menu changes a lot as well based on other reviews so make of that what you will. But I smell flash in the pan cash grab. I give it less than a year.

Our spice levels were different by choice; mine was mild and hers was medium. For a free sandwich, it was great. It was better than I expected. I liked that the chicken was decently sized. I loved that the buns of the sandwich were on the smaller side. I don't like when there is more bread than meat.
