The only con experiencing from ETD Discount Tire Center was a hidden fee. When my husband got home, I was informed about a hidden fee with including a tire insurance. This was not discussed prior to us during scheduling or drop off. Once my husband realized it, they removed the tire insurance. Please check for hidden fees. So I went to the shop within half an hour of making the call. I was so impressed with their office space. The nicest and professional office space I have seen for an auto body shop. They had lots of recognition and certificates of achievements hanging on the walls. They are also certified Geico repair location. For my inspection, one of the mechanics came over within few minutes. He completed the inspection steps in his phone and gave me a receipt at the end. I also received an email confirmation from Carco. All of this was at no cost. I was done in 15 minutes. That was really a smooth convenient service by the shop.

From the very first phone call (where I was basically crying about my car being hit by a truck) to the very second I drove my totally repaired car off their lot they made everything so easy and stress-free. The parts they were claiming to replace "never" solved a single issue. I find now that a valve in the (three component) air flow system was never replaced allowing the problem to periodically return. Then they charge me (a loyal customer) $73.00 to switch a tire from one rim to another. That's nearly half of what the replacement tire cost. I didn't expect anything free but certainly not to be raked. Shame on me cause I saw a few poor reviews about the shop but I gave them a chance and ended up out thousands of dollars and "nothing" accomplished.
