Elizabeth who is super nice and knowledgable fit me in; Vasch and his crew fixed me up and had me on my way in a short couple hours. In the course of fixing me up they noticed something else I needed repaired, and I also knew I needed my suspension done, so I gave them the work. I am so pleased with the results and pricing. J&Z didn't rip me off like most places are doing and I didn't have to bring the car back for any unfixed issues. I can say Vasch put me back on the rode safely. If it wasn't for the A/C going out I think I would have just continued to drive past this gem.

We dropped off my car early in the morning and picked up afternoon once they called and ready to go. Time was done sufficiently well, staff was friendly. The only con experiencing from ETD Discount Tire Center was a hidden fee. When my husband got home, I was informed about a hidden fee with including a tire insurance. This was not discussed prior to us during scheduling or drop off. Once my husband realized it, they removed the tire insurance. Please check for hidden fees. So I went to the shop within half an hour of making the call. I was so impressed with their office space. The nicest and professional office space I have seen for an auto body shop. They had lots of recognition and certificates of achievements hanging on the walls. They are also certified Geico repair location. For my inspection, one of the mechanics came over within few minutes. He completed the inspection steps in his phone and gave me a receipt at the end. I also received an email confirmation from Carco. All of this was at no cost. I was done in 15 minutes. That was really a smooth convenient service by the shop.

Jimmy is a Greek man; but that's not to say anything except, you will hear him speaking in native tongue a lot of the time, and that wont mean he's trying to rip you off. But my guess is, when you bring your car here, you know what kind of condition you are bringing it to him. He wants to get paid, but I never felt like he was ripping me off, or taking advantage of me because I'm a woman. He's a cool guy, and he always wants to help. From the very first phone call (where I was basically crying about my car being hit by a truck) to the very second I drove my totally repaired car off their lot they made everything so easy and stress-free. I've never been in an accident before, so I had no idea what to expect -- but they walked me through every single step, handled all the back-and-forth with the insurance company, and kept me updated the whole time. Jay was absolutely incredible to deal with -- professional, patient, and just genuinely kind. He answered every question I had (and I had a lot!) and really went out of his way to make sure I understood the process and kept telling me not to worry. My car was promised to be ready in 24 hours, and he definitely delivered on that promise. If you're looking for an auto shop, I definitely recommend this one.I got two quotes from other places before arriving here, and they were quite expensive with job estimates of 48 to 72 hours.I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Jay and his team for the incredible work they've accomplished.
