Stopped here for a quick lunch the other day. I got a bahn mi traditional pork sandwhich. I asked them to hold the jalapeños but seems like one still ended up in there (and it was spicy!) but overall my sandwhich tasted pretty fresh and delicious. Although it's not huge, at under $10 hard to complain. Pho Soups start in the $12 range and go up depending on size. Service was prompt and I'd recommend others giving these guys another chance given the lower average star rating here (and as compared to google). read more

Around the corner so I decide to stop in. I have seen this spot here for years but never went in. I felt like since I was walking past it, there was no time like the present. You'll come in and immediately sit down. Well at least I did. There was no wait when I got there and I was greeted immediately and it was a very friendly greeting. I'm not sure what the parking looks like because I was walking so I don't even know that. I know there's plenty of free parking around and I'm pretty sure that you can park in the back but don't quote me on that. At least it's not paid parking so that's the important part. I tried a couple of things and I have my review of those below. It wasn't a bad experience, pretty decent overall, but I've had better. Grilled chicken rolls - the rolls were good. They came at a nice size and had a peanut sauce with them. There was not a whole lot of flavor though, so the sauce carried the rolls. Grilled pork rolls - the pork rolls were okay as well. Similar to the chicken,the sauce carried them. But there was more flavor with the pork. Grilled shrimp sandwich - the sandwich was decent. It didn't have much on it as far as shrimp goes though. But the little shrimp that was present was very good. It had a nice kick to it given the fact they there was a jalapeno on it as well. If I wanted something that was a little quicker and easier and lighter in the calories, I would probably select this because they have some really good and healthier options overall. Ordered to go. Haven't been here in years and made a stop for convenience location. Still has the same come and get it vibe. Pleasant and spacious the aroma wakes you up as soon as the door open. May the lord bless the hands of the cook that makes my soup. Pho was absolutely delicious and held stable in the plastic containers. The bowls were quite sturdy and can store what is left overnight. Parking is pretty simple ( which is always appreciated) The inside was much bigger than expected, even though it may seem little, i love that they offer booth seating... The food was decent and filling. I ordered a beef pho, which was solid for a first visit. The broth, however, felt a bit off - flavorless - from what I expected. Service started off a little rough; the staff came across somewhat rushed and slightly impatient, as if I should've already known the menu and ordering process. That said, they warmed up over time and became more approachable. The overall atmosphere leans toward a typical commercial chain vibe, nothing particularly unique or memorable. Stopped by on my lunch today, I ordered the P1 with shrimp eggrolls. The pho was delicious. It taste very similar to my favorite place in Buford. I'm so glad I could find one close to my job because I'll probably be coming back at least twice a week! The service was fast once you get to your table, you can scan a code and order the food from your cell phone without ever having to talk to somebody unfortunately, I didn't realize this until I had already spoken to the server and she took my order, but I will definitely use their self ordering Service next time! The only thing I would say is that I didn't like their peanut sauce, it was too chunky and tasted a bit too fake/processed, my soup could have used a bit more meat as well, since it's sliced very thin I feel like they should put more meat. I can't speak on the dine-in service at this location, but for delivery it was very good. I believe I have tried this chain before, but it might have been the Buford Highway or Duluth location. I recently ordered from this location for the first time for lunch. I got the grilled sliced pork plate with rice, fried veggie spring rolls, and the fresh shrimp rolls. I have been on a Vietnamese food kick lately, and everything was in line with what I have been having from other places. I don't think I have found a bad Vietnamese take-out lunch in the Atlanta area yet. If you like Chinese-style char siu pork, then you will like the grilled pork plate here as the preparation tasted very similar. All the items I had tasted fresh and were cooked well. I was staying at a hotel nearby so decided to place a dinner order for pickup. I had the grilled pork and fried egg over white rice. The portion size is good. The pork was not flavorful as some other Vietnamese restaurants but it's decent. I would prefer a bit more char on the pork. My fried egg was well cooked and I prefer it to be over medium but overall, it's a decent meal. Would I order this dish again? No. Would I come back to try something else? Sure. Love the food here! I usually get the pork rolls (bbq pork taste) w peanut sauce & either a P2 or P15 pho bowl. The pho bowls come with lots of meat & noodles for the price (xtra large bowl for $17). Comes with spices, mint, & bean sprouts. Def gives you all the feels for a very flavorful bowl. Now what i will say is the service has declined heavily. I've been coming to Pho24 for the past 4 years and within the past year the staff are so rude now. They want to get you in quick and get you out quick, waiters are rude (cut you off while ordering & one word you, badgering to order when you just sat down, won't allow outside seating when they have. 5 tables outside). It is so odd because the place is never full, mostly empty with maybe 2 other tables every time I go... so why is there a rush?! For this, i barely leave them tips anymore so be wary of this. After a long morning of hiking at East Palisades we were in the mood for some Pho and Pho 24 was the only Pho restaurant near us that was open at 10am. The broth was a little bit on the oilier side, but still extremely flavorful and good. I appreciate the 3 different sizes for the pho. There was a very short wait for our food which was great. The service was average, we didn't get checked up on after our food was delivered and we had to go up to our waiter to pay, but thankfully we didn't have any issues. Our experience at Pho 24 was OK. We came here on Tuesday for an early dinner at about 4:30 pm, finding parking in the small parking lot behind Pho 24. If we couldn't find parking in that lot, we would've left, not knowing exactly where else to park. I guess one option would be to park in the huge parking lot in the shopping center across the street. Pho 24 is on the northwest corner of Hammond Drive and Roswell Road, with its entrance facing Roswell Road. Once inside the restaurant, customers wait at the host station to be seated, when they will be given menus. Our first server, who seated us and took our orders, was all business with no time for anything else; he didn't even smile. We both ordered a medium bowl of pho. I got the (P7) House Special Combination Pho (with Tender Beef, Flank, Fat Brisket, Tendon and Tripe), and R got the (P1) Tender Beef Pho. There are actually three bowl sizes for pho: Small, medium, and large. I don't even think I'd attempt eating a large unless I planned on having leftovers. While we sat, waiting for our food, I noticed that the restaurant didn't look as well maintained as it did before the pandemic started. Around the kitchen area, it looked like they were still in take out-only mode, as take out supplies and other items were being stored out in the open. Apparently, they like this space to be functional rather than being presentable in appearance. The server brought a plate of the pho toppings for us to share: mostly fresh raw bean sprouts, it also had fresh sprigs of basil, lime wedges, culantro leaves (not cilantro) and slices of jalapeño. Later he brought the bowls of pho to our table, and medium is certainly a big portion. My bowl was just about packed with a lot of meat, tendon and tripe, and I still added the veggie toppings into the bowl, along with squirts of sriracha and hoisin sauces. R's bowl didn't have as much meat, possibly because he didn't order a variety of meats, but I thought he should have more of that one type of meat since his bowl cost the same price as mine, right? Or maybe that was just me thinking logically. The flavor of the broth was very good. I would suggest not getting the fatty brisket because the meat was tough and sliced into pieces that were too big. Vietnamese restaurants' customers don't usually have a need for knives, but I could've used one instead of gnawing on the meat like I did. Yep, overall an OK experience. read more

This was actually my first time coming to one of the Pho 24 locations, I visited the Roswell Rd Location on 4/16 (this past weekend) with four additional people, right before a high school dance. My lemongrass chicken with the fried egg and vegetables (C7) that I ordered was phenomenal as well as my mango Oolong tea, as far as service, it was decent obviously that day being a Saturday night the staff we're busy due to being short on people I guess Which I can relate as somebody Who works in a restaurant myself, but they were still able to provide a good experience for me and my friends in a satisfactory time frame I believe. This puts the FU in Pho. I ordered pickup from Uber Eats. I never talk parking but I have to. They mention parking behind the building, but good luck actually using it. There's maybe a dozen spots, 3 are for handicapped. It's two ways to enter but only one way to exit. There is barely room for two small sedans to pass each other on either side in the middle. It's the dog worst. I wound up parking in the Burger King nearby. Uber Eats told me 20-30 minutes. By the time I pulled into Burger King, I was notified that it was ready. When I got there, there were 3 orders. None were mine. The runner looked at me like there was something wrong with me for expecting the order to be ready. He told me that Uber Eats updates things without the knowledge of the restaurant and has no idea why they thought it would be ready. He said it would take three minutes. Twenty seconds later a second guy asks why I am there. I tell him that I am here to pick up my order that was supposed to be there. He also tells me it would be three minutes. I sit down. After a minute, I get up and look in towards the kitchen. The first guy comes back and asks me what I'm doing. I tell him I'm waiting for my order that was supposed to be ready already. I note that it's been roughly three minutes, and I still had not received my order. He tells me I need to take up this problem with Uber Eats, because it's not their fault. He says it would be three minutes. I told him he said that three minutes ago, and yet no food. He eventually leaves and a few minutes later, hands me my order without so much as a thank you. I guess I'm the bad guy here for expecting my food to be provided when it says it's supposed to be provided. I ordered wings, garden rolls, fried vietnamese spring rolls, and Pork/Shrimp Vermicelli Noodles. This came out to 34 dollars. The wings were small, breaded a bit, and served with a rice wine vinegar sauce... for the record, this same sauce was what they provided for the noodles, fried rolls, and wings. It was pretty boring. The spring rolls smelled foul. They tasted fine, but when I dipped it, the vinegar and the roll combined to smell like feces. I did inspect it because after the experience I had I genuinely would not have been shocked if they had tainted my food. I could not find any evidence of this, but I'll update if I contract Hepatitis A or food poisoning. The garden rolls though, other than the rice paper being incredibly sticky, were nice! Not enough Peanut Sauce, but there's never enough Peanut Sauce. The Vermicelli Noodles were... luke warm and became cold as i ate them. I am unsure if that is the temperature they're supposed to be served at. There was a decent amount of pork, but 3 shrimp. Overall, I thought these were okay but I would much rather try something else next time. On food alone, I'd probably give this a 3.5, but when the food is mediocre and everything else is worse, I'd rather swing by McDonalds than go back here. read more

A great go-to for a chilly day, after a late night out, or if you are craving some pho in the Sandy Springs area. Pho24 has a very chill and calm atmosphere for a casual brunch, lunch, or dinner. The music is usually not playing too loud and great place to have conversation with friends without yelling or talking over others. The servers here are kind and usually great about grabbing your order. The food also comes out rather quickly and always fresh, so that's a plus. They have the hoisin sauce, siracha, and chili paste on the table and also bring out a plate of bean sprouts and herbs for the pho. I usually order the P6 - beef meatballs noodle soup and add on tender beef or the P3 - tender beef & fat brisket pho. Both equally delicious. I just love meatballs, so that's why I go for the P6, but I enjoy the tender beef so I will get either added. The pho broth is wonderful. It is always good, stays consistent and I have no qualms about it. They provide spoons on the table along with the chopsticks. I usually ask for a little bowl to mix my hoisin and siracha sauce in. My method of eating is to mix my sauce in my small bowl, not adding any to my broth, then add the sauce to each bite of noodles I grab with my chopsticks. This way, my broth stays the same taste and keeps the authenticity of the broth--in its purest form. They always have a good amount of noodles when I order a small ($11.50) or a medium ($13.50). I've not ordered any larger than medium, but I'm sure the large or XL would satisfy a super hungry or hangry individual. read more

The Chicken Pho is pretty good, my significant other always gets the beef tendon mix and loves it. I like the egg rolls here but the spring rolls are way too chewy. Have not tried the sandwiches here but I did get the Shrimp Com and was not a fan. The service here is awful, very slow and oblivious to the diners needs after they serve you. Always have to flag someone down to get to go containers, drink refills and the bill. This is for the Sandy Springs location. read more

This Pho24 location is not 24-hours, but a good spot for pho in the Sandy Springs area. The restaurant seating area is casual and the service is usually attentive. My go-to is a small P3, which is the tender beef & fat brisket pho. It's usually a good portion amount for me-- my boyfriend will usually get a medium. read more

I ordered online but it has no estimate of when it will be ready so I came about 15 min after ordering and it was ready for me. Thus, Pho 24 sits there. With very fresh ingredients and friendly staff, this is an excellent little spot. The design inside is a very odd mix of chairs and oddly wrapped tables, but that's not what people come here for. The pho was tasty and fresh, with a great noodles to meat ratio. The broth is very light, light to the point where it's largely flavorless and slightly over salted. The people were very kind and helpful. The reason for 3 stars? It wasn't a bad place, it wasn't amazing either. Taste is subjective, but I can't say I'd return here for the Pho unless it was middle of the night and other spots were closed. This is probably the only time I've ever walked into a restaurant, looked at the menu and left. The only option of their vietnamese style egg roll included seafood in it. Not everyone likes seafood and some may be allergic. Ive had them other places with meat and no seafood.The only other option was a vegetable eggroll. They have definitely redeemed themselves. Just to be sure, I've come back to this place for 3 times and each time, they have stayed consistently great not only with the food, but the with the service as well. The pho has definitely received that bump they didn't have the first time. The broth was flavorful and very well seasoned. The ingredients and veggies were fresh and of good quality. Lots of meat on the soup as well. A small bowl should be fine for your average eater at 10 bucks. Also had the fried rice with filet mignon at 15 bucks and that was also tasty. The steak was very tender and the rice was cooked very well. The steak's seasoning is more on the sweet side, but it's delicious nonetheless. The service was also very friendly, thoughtful, and quick. We were greeted, orders were taken, checked upon, and had closed out our tickets all with a smile and swiftness. Parking is right behind the building or you can park across the street at Whole Foods or by Burger King. All in all, I can definitely see the improvements and I am now a fan of this place. Been coming here for years now and would actually drive 30 min because the pho is good but service is usually terrible and the servers always seem unpleased to serve me. Was recently denied being able to sit in and eat 40 minutes before close after coming here for years and I always come the last hour after getting off of work. Won't be coming back unfortunately. Authentic Vietnamese Pho-Sho !! The food was delicious and came super fast. Flavor was all there. Had the summer rolls and House Pho. The server was very attentive and he even packed up the food. It was my first time trying this place and I will definitely return and recommend it. They have a very spacious building so social distancing was not a problem. Since I was craving Pho last week and because most restaurants' dining rooms are closed due to the mandate, My wonderful husband decided that he would order pho to go for us. I gave them 5 stars due to the following: 1. Ease of ordering: we just picked up the phone and called. The staff on the line was both nice and knowledgeable. The order was also quick, only 15 mins til pick up. 2. Packaging: I was afraid of this because my husband drives like a maniac, but they were smart enough to put the soup broth in a plastic bag by itself, then tied that plastic bag to the bag containing everything else. Double bagging it! 3. Food: the food tasted the same as I remembered it. Maybe a bit better because I can customized it at home to my preference. I'm a picky eater. Overall, I would definitely order togo from them again even after the mandate is lifted. read more

This place is located on the corner of Roswell Rd and Hammond drive. Literally across from the Macdonalds and in walking distance from the Whole Foods plaza. I am a Pho fanatic and was very excited once this location was up and running as it's very convenient from one of the office locations I work at and my residence. I've been here now about 4 times and each visit is hit or miss. I've not had any issues with the food per say but the customer service needs some work. The bowl I usually get is P9 - shrimp bowl however I add beef/ size medium for $11.99. BEWARE the medium bowl is huge. I don't think I'll ever be able to get through a large but some how I do get through the medium. It takes some pushing and effort, but I survive (whew)! My last visit a couple weeks ago was a slight disappointment as it took almost 35 mins to receive our order and it has never taken that long before. I understand things happen but it makes things much more at ease when your waiter acknowledges you and lets you know what's going on and he never did. I had to bring this to their attention which I should not have had to do. Moving on...Eventually our food arrived. Despite the hold up it was delicious as always. I ate ever last bite! The location is not too big but not too small. They can get packed depending on the day of the week and time of day. I usually come during lunch hour if I'm working in Dunwoody and mostly on Friday's. This past visit was a Friday they were packed but appeared very short staffed. That could use work some work so that customers do not have to encounter longer than normal wait times hence my 3 out of 5 stars. As I've read other reviews, I can agree the pricing is a bit higher than most Pho restaurants but the location definitely plays apart in that. However, I don't mind it at all especially when my palates are satisfied every time. Parking is not very convenient. I did leave comments in the "Tip" section regarding this so check it out for more details. Despite it, I will continue to visit this location when I'm having a craving and are in the area.
