This is our go to Chinese restaurant. We rarely eat there, we usually grab it to go. They're always…read morereally fast with their service. Our go to dishes are - Salt and Pepper Squid - salty, a little bit of heat, batter is fried to the perfect crunch - Snow Pea Leaves - very tender, good flavor. Sometimes it consists of not so tender pieces which makes it hard to eat, but most of the time it's pretty good. - Peking Pork Chop - just the right amount of sweetness - Hot and Sour Soup - It's usually pretty good, but this time, it seems to have too much slurry and it wasn't as appetizing. The flavors are more closely to traditional flavors, especially in our favorite dishes. They do always give us a good amount of rice and sauces.

I was super disappointed! I used to really like this place. Granted that was many, many years ago…read moreand my sensitivity to salt was basically non existent but still. Idk. The chicken with vegetables has almost no vegetables. The rice noodles with pork-granted I prob should have ordered lo mein or beef chow fun as my noodle dish- was so salty my lips tingled with saltiness after. The Mr ordered edamame which infuriated me bc I hate eating stuff out that I can make at home but overall just not a good visit. The service was super rushed which honestly didn't bother me but if you are looking for great service keep it moving. The veggie dishes were as expensive as the meat which was weird and makes me further question our meat supply. Idk. I'm rarely on this side of town so I prob won't be back ever again. Sigh.

We decided to try this place based on the high ratings, but unfortunately, our experience didn't…read morequite live up to the expectations. We were a party of 5 and found both the food and the service to be inconsistent. The Food: Most dishes were mediocre or worse. The Three Cups Chicken (1/5) was the worst I've ever had. The Hong Kong Style Shrimp (1/5) was just bland, tasteless fried shrimp. The Lamb with Scallion (2/5) was far too salty. The only "average" dish was the Spicy Beef and Tendon (3/5), but one decent dish can't save a meal this poor. The Service & Billing: The service was quite slow during our visit. We waited a long time for the check and eventually ended up packing our own leftovers and heading to the front counter to pay so we could head out. I was also surprised to see an automatic 20% gratuity added to the bill, especially since it was calculated on the total after tax ($23.07 tip on a $106.80 subtotal). While I understand automatic tips for groups, it felt a bit high due to poor services. There are a lot of great dining spots in the area, but based on this disappointing visit, I'm sure I would not return to this one.

If you come just know that there is parking around. It may not look like it but there is. I came in and sat immediately but there were places at the bar. I could have sat as well so they have a lot of seating. If you don't see it just know that there is seating. They are super friendly. Well they were the last time I was there and very helpful. They have one of the little robots there so that definitely adds to the ambience of all of it but overall it's very nice and very clean inside. Honey butter wings - so the wings were okay. I didn't really get a lot of honey and butter with them so the name was a little misleading to me. Although they did have a hint of sweet to them, it wasn't what I would've called honey butter in the name. They were fried crispy and very well so that was something to their credit. They came with a musumine, cilantro, and lime sauce that was actually okay but a little on the sweeter side. Szeuchan steam wonton - the wontons were pretty good. They came at like eight wontons so it came with a lot. They had a pretty decent size and they weren't super tiny. The flavor was definitely there inside of the sauce and there was a lot of sauce on there. I actually used some of the sauce for another dish because there was so much so that was good. Grandma bbq pork (rice) - you could get the grandma barbecue in a couple of different ways and I decided to get mine with noodles. The dish will come basically looking like ramen, only without the broth, but it's very good presentation. It had an egg on top and it had three crispy wontons in there as well and two big hunks of bok choy, which I really didn't mess with. The pork itself was really good and tender and very flavorful. You could get this in a pasta dish or a rice dish or by itself and it would still be good and flavorful. Overall this is a pretty good spot to stop in if you want to try a myriad of different Asian cuisine types.
