For parking you would need to drive down the small road where Dunkin' Donuts is and there is a garage and is free. There is a small lot by the restaurant on Hammond drive but it always looks full. I ordered Pho with brisket and rice vermicelli with pork. Both extremely delicious and meat was marinated well and tender. I would say the pork bah Minh was not very impressive: not enough meat in it. Overall, a great experience and service was pretty fast. Pho 24 is consistent and that's why I will continue to visit them. They're located at the busy intersection of Roswell road and Hammond drive but that won't stop me from dropping in. They have a parking lot conveniently tucked behind them, and there's always several spots available so parking never is an issue (for me). I always visit them on my lunch break or after work and it definitely always hits, never misses. The reason I rate them 3 stars is due to it not being anything mind blowingly new or delicious. The serve your typical Vietnamese pho restaurant cuisines and dishes such as your rice plates with a side of meat, your pho, and your bun(vermicelli rice noodles). There's plentiful of seating in doors, and their outdoor seating doesn't appear to be opened for seating yet likely due to closure during the early days of the pandemic. With plentiful seating inside, social distancing is not an issue. If you're in the mood for Vietnamese and not wanting to be explorative or stray away from the staples, drop on in or do take out! Yes. This is conveniently located by my work. And it's probably the only Vietnamese restaurant in the area. But I would have gone anyway because it's delicious. It makes me nostalgic of my time in Orange County California. The bowls are huge. The x-large can feed a family of 3. Very authentic and super friendly. Also, the Vietnamese iced coffee is delicious. They do not answer the phone. I called them multiple times but no answer. On online order you can pick only XL for pho. $16.99. When I went pick up the place was not busy at all. I put "extra limes please" for instruction but I got only one lime. The soup was very greasy for some reason. It still tasted good though. 2 stars for not picking up phone, not reading special instruction, and the only XL option for pho. FYI- XL wasn't really big. It was more like medium. There is a deck but for restaurant parking - very minimal. You can park across the street (where Wholefoods is) and walk over if there are no more spots. Space- pretty massive. There are plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Highly doubt you have to wait for a table. Service - food comes out quickly. I think in their early days, people complained. But they fixed it. Food: I've only had the meatball pho. It's good! I like it. They also give decent portions. Again, I think in their early days-- people complained so they now give more noodles. I went on a whim because I pass by on occasions when going to Whole Foods Market across the street from Pho 24. And unfortunately Whole Foods Market is the only place for parking and probably a 5 minutes walk to Pho 24 restaurant if merely taking your time no problem. Walking in I did not feel the ambiance...seemed dull and not to appealing. Sat by the window and was kinda unamused with the condiments on the table I was at...my thoughts were I wonder how long these selection of sauces have been sitting in the window on a sunny day...looking dry unwiped and not cleaned daily...paper towel dispenser on table appearing to have months long neglected cleaning... Other than noticing that....I was surprised with the medium size bowl of beef noodle Pho soup with a side dish of bean sprouts, basil and sliced jalapeño peppers to add to the soup...was impressive, a lot to me for the price I did not think was over priced at all...less than $11. They had brisket, beef fat and some very tender beef in this bowl I had. Was good but broth was very light and brisket little bit tough. I came here for dinner on a Monday evening and it wasn't too busy. Parking can be a bit tricky as this location seems to share a building with an apartment complex. There are about 10-15 parking spots behind Pho 24 that are 2 hour retail/restaurant parking spots. There are a couple local fast food joints nearby if that particular lot is full. In regards to the pho, it was okay. I've definitely had better pho and this bowl was quite pricey. A medium bowl of pho and a medium black milk tea were almost $20. The Sandy Springs area does lack pho spots so I guess it's fine if you're really in the mood. I will be continuing to frequent some of the places along Buford Hwy. The service wasn't that great. Our waiter started off attentive and then we didn't see him for quite some time. We were unsure of how to pay as we saw some people paying at the table and some paying at the front. After some time, we ended up walking and finding our waiter so we could pay and leave. If you're willing to drive a little further, you can definitely find cheaper and better pho with better service. read more

Big fan of pho and banh mi and Pho 24 delivers. A little pricier than other pho restaurants around town, likely due to the higher rent in Sandy Springs. $12 for a medium sized pho, $13 for a rice dish. Unfortunately, similar to the pizza place that occupied the space before them, Pho 24 suffers from a challenging parking situation. You have to drive around to the 2nd level parking of the apartment building, then walk through the apartment courtyard or around the building to get to the restaurant. They used to offer valet parking (not sure if they got rid of it altogether or limit it to peak hours) but who wants to valet for pho. Phoget that!!! I've eaten here a few times for lunch and dinner and the restaurant has always been pretty empty (5-10% max table occupancy that I've witnessed). Despite its close proximity to me, Pho 24 isn't on my regular restaurant rotation. But when I don't feel like driving to BuHi but want a quick, semi-healthy meal, Pho 24 does the trick. read more

I am super thrilled there is now a Pho spot in Sandy Springs! I love this addition to the lunch options in the area. Parking for this particular restaurant is crappy. There is 'valet' parking behind the restaurant (entrance on Hammond) or a few '30 minute' self park spots. There are larger parking lots across the street (for Whole Foods etc, but park there at your own risk as it is not associated with this building). The Good: The menu is the usual Pho24 offerings (noodle soups in three different sizes with the usual options for ingredients and add-ons, vietnamese appetizers, bahn mi's) as well as fun drink options (vietnamese coffee with condensed milk, other vietnamese drinks, smoothies and milk teas with boba). The quality of the food is very good, and the food comes out fast (great because we're all on a lunch break time crunch). The Bad: Service does leave a lot to be desired. We had to flag someone down to take our order, and they took it down wrong (wrong drinks came out and they missed the appetizer we ordered despite our waiter repeating the order back to us). We then had to flag someone down to get our missing appetizer. At the end of the meal we had to flag two people down before we got our checks, and a third person was flagged down before we got our to go boxes. That being said, everyone was nice, it just seemed a bit disorganized. For now, I'm chalking it up to new restaurant kinks that will hopefully get flushed out. The prices at this location are more than Pho places on BuHi. That is to be expected given the location and neighborhood. That being said, the prices are commiserate with other restaurants in the area. All in all, I'm glad it's here and I hope it's here to stay. read more

The rating should be zero, unfortunately Yelp platform does not allow that. This afternoon We went to the Resturant with my wife for lunch. She ordered a dish that was supposed to be chicken breast. Once the dish arrived it was clear that it was thighs something my wife does not eat for health reasons. When we pointed out the problem they insisted it was Brest meat. My wife asked to return the dish and we eat our appetizer along with noodle soap. When we asked for the bill, I noticed we were charged for the chicken dish, after objecting, the waiter became defensive insisting the charge was correct, we asked to see either the owner or the manager the waiter said he could be the one. I told him any other Resturant would not have charged us and in this country the customer is right. The man laughed and said and no Resturant would do that and the customer is not right. We paid the full bill left in disgust and will never go back. read more

I wanted to like this place. Like some of the other reviewers, I was excited to see a pho place open up in Sandy Springs but I think I'm gonna stick to the Buford Highway trek. I had very similar experiences to some of the other reviews so I will just reiterate that the service was very slow. Even after we ordered, it seemed to take way longer than usual for the soup to come out. My husband and I have a couple go to dishes when we try a new pho place and the broth just didn't cut it. Something was missing, but I will say, the meat they used was a very good. I don't usually have to add a lot of extra stuff but this broth needed it all and some. The egg rolls were better than some of the others I've had, but priced a little higher. The soup was a bit pricier than other places as well ($10 for a small). The water they bring you comes in a small glass and not once did a server come up to see if we needed a refill. It took us 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge us and get the check so we could pay. I did like the little devices they have so you can pay right at your table. Overall, there were pros and cons but definitely not enough to bring me back. I hope for the sake of Sandy Springs that they can improve their operation. In the mean time, I'll stick to my regular spot. read more

I was really excited for this place, I have wanted a closer pho place for so long. Mind you, they've only been open a week but service is NON-EXISTENT. We were sat immediately but weren't greeted for a long time. We ordered 2 pho tai's pretty basic and simple and it took over 30 minutes to get our order. Pho is usually served really quickly but I believe they forgot our order even though they use little hand held systems. We then went on to sit for over 5 minutes without spoons and couldn't get anyone's attention. The WORST part of the entire experience was ordering Boba Tea. I ordered a regular milk black tea smoothie with tapioca pearls. We waited 20 MINUTES and he brought out not 1, but 2 incorrect orders. So I pulled out the menu and showed him exactly what I wanted to order. Another 20 minutes goes by and they don't even so much as give us an update, but the kid was drinking the wrong boba tea and chatting with friends. The 3rd time they brought out ANOTHER wrong order. I didn't ask for anything special, just a regular boba tea. They brought it with crystal pearls and said "it's better than tapioca you'll like it" and I specifically asked for tapioca. We leave disgruntled and with an avocado smoothie with crystal pearls, a kid runs after us and gives us ANOTHER tea, taps on our car window and gave us the correct flavor finally but still no tapioca. It seriously cannot be that hard. 4 boba teas later and we were home after paying way to much for subpar pho and non existent service. I may give then one more shot since they are new, but otherwise I only foresee them staying open 6 months or less if things don't change. read more

He agreed. The first thing to arrive was the lemongrass chicken, with zero flavor or aroma of lemongrass. Then the rice noodles (bun) arrived. The nuoc cham ("fish sauce") had no lime to balance out the sweetness. Next came the shaken beef. This would have been tasty if the filet mignon hadn't been cooked into tough little nuggets. It would have been nice to have the traditional lime juice, salt and pepper to dip it in. Finally, our appetizer arrived, with no lettuce or herbs for wrapping.
