All and all a terrible experience. They open at 10am and we arrived at 10 after and the door was locked. We should have turned around and left and took it as a sign. We ordered pretty basic stuff and our food took over 30 minutes to get to the table. The food was not fresh, the service was bad and for a brand new restaurant it was not clean. Honestly, used to like this place. But recently I have experienced rude management and lousy customer service.

I called to order the pho to go and was told it would be ready in 15 min. However, I arrived about 20 min after the call but they did not even know the status of my order. I waited for another 20 min at the restaurant to get my order. Not sure what happened but it seems that they did not care about it if you are just order something to go! We were very disappointed with our food. Most dishes were basically tasteless. The pork chop looked like the sole of a shoe with fat. This place is far from good. I had the Pho dac biet. It had a funny taste and aroma. Also tried the bahn mi. It was ALL bread and veggies, absolutely zero meat. Lee's Bakery is still the king. They won't be open long. Don't waste your money. read more

Limited shared parking,I parked at Whole Foods. Walking into the restaurant the food smelled delightful! The rest of the experience was underwhelming. To my suprise only 4 tables were occupied,not sure where all the people were taking up the parking? The pho broth was so salty, I drank my cup of water quickly and had to go find someone to refill my tiny water glass. The food was unappealing and definitely not worth the inconvenient parking and SLOW & inattentive service, so many other better options. read more

I understand that rent is higher here than Buford highway so expect to pay several dollars more for the same stuff. I don't think their former pizza layout kitchen works well for them and the inefficiency shows in the wait time for the food. When you come into the open kitchen restaurant you will see what I mean. Food is solid 4 star. Got the medium house combo (pho dac biet). The broth was good. Portion size was somewhat small. Noodle was over cooked. What really drops the score is their non-existing service. First of all, the host didn't acknowledge my party as we walked in. Eventually sat us down but I guess she forgot to assign us a waiter. We sat, waiting to order for like 15 minutes at a dwindling down hour. When the waiter finally came, he took forever taking our orders because he couldn't use the handheld ordering device. And he didn't know the menu AT ALL (somewhat forgivable since they just opened). Nevertheless, it was awkward waiting for him to figure out how to take our orders after we waited so long. During our meal, we didn't get any service other than the water refill from a different staff. What really ticked me off was when we had to pay, we paid on that handheld device and the waiter was LOOKING AT OUR TIP AMOUNT. I was ready to tip zero to maybe 10% but since he was staring at the screen, I had to tip 15% on a non existing service. That's bull****. Overall, it was a bad experience. I was so excited for a pho place in Sandy Springs but I rather drive 15 min more and go to better places in Buford. I'll give it another try several months down the road when they fix their problems. read more

I'm Vietnamese and I have tried a lot of Vietnamese restaurants include Vietnamese Pho restaurants in Atlanta, GA. According to the Vietnamese taste of Pho, I think the Pho in this restaurant is not good. Based on the soup of this Pho is not tasteful and it does not have the smell of Pho. Also, the Pho is not hot enough to eat I need to call the server to microwave it. The customer service is neither good or bad. Because the host of this restaurant when I call for their help they didn't answer and when I call to the 3rd time he answered in Vietnamese and he call me "nó" it means "it" in English. But another server treat me pretty well. The cost of this bowl of Pho is so expensive with the quality. read more

Check your receipt! I go all the time because I live in the area. I walked in to place an order at the counter (3 large orders of Pho) Swiped my card and waited for a receipt- but then assumed the gentleman would give it to me with my order. I thought $61 was steep for what I ordered... but maybe the prices went up? When I received my food (and wasn't offered the receipt) I asked for the copy. The gentleman began muttering to himself in a frustrated manner (which was odd but maybe he was overwhelmed... at this point there were no alarm bells in my head)? Well... the bill was for $52.41!!! I confirmed my bank account was charged $61 and asked for an explanation of the discrepancy. He then stated "the register sometimes overcharges" and he "could only give me back $5"... I just stared at him incredulously until he returned...$7. I did not say a word, just gave him the "your explanation is fooling no one" look and left. Their dishonesty has lost them a loyal customer. I was so excited for this place to open as it is close to where I live. There were about the same number of employees as guests (e.g. they weren't busy). As soon as we sat down, the server asked if we are ready to order (we didn't even get to look at the menu so no). He came back 5 minutes later and I had to ask for water. Then another guy came by several minutes later and asked if we got our water... we just stared at our empty table hoping he got the hint but he didn't so we said no.. then he proceeded to bring us water. We ordered spring rolls and two phos. The phos arrived first and because the soup temperature wasn't hot enough, the meat never properly cooked even after we finished eating. I love to come and get lunch here often! The people here are always nice and I'm always satisfied with my food.

The food was good but the service was terrible, sat at the table for 4-5 minutes before someone came over to take our order and get us drinks. Once the order was put in our waters were never re-filled and we were left thirsty for half of our meal. It was not busy and all of the servers were moving at a slow place. Also when my bowl of pho was brought out I asked for a side of limes (limes has come as a side with literally every single pho establishment I've ever eaten at). They brought me a side of lemons, when I said I wanted limes not lemons, they told me they did not carry limes, despite the fact that the table next to me had a lime and there were limes in our drinks. It is definitely NOT Buford highway BUT it is a great addition to Sandy Springs. Parking is free valet except for tip. Pho is B plus. Service was excellent. Rice paper rolls good but not great. Will definitely go back as I don't want to fight evening traffic to go to Buford Highway spots. Will try Ban Mi next time. read more

So we didn't know today was the grand opening of this restaurant. So we did show up in our matching pajamas. But anyway it was beautifully modern in the decoration and the pho broth was delicious. They gave us individual veggie plates which was nice but I did miss the basil. We both got the medium size and we are completely stuffed. I got some Thai iced tea which was standardly sweet and came with tapioca pearls. My boyfriend got some Vietnamese iced coffee which was delicious and super strong. read more

This Pho is okay. Although, they can add more meat versus filling the carry out orders with rice and all other carbs. The price is decent.

If I could give all locations 0 stars, I most definitely would - especially at this location. At every pho 24 location, I've always had an issue with either a bug or hair in my food. However, my friend and I decided to give this new location a shot for lunch. I ordered a small pho bowl. While eating, I had noticed a small hair in the noodles that were in my soup spoon. No one ever came back to refill our waters or check on us (awful service), so it was hard for us to find a server. My friend went to get the manager, and showed the manager the hair in my spoon. The manager proceeded to use his FINGERS to reach into my food and grab the piece of hair. He waved the piece of hair around and CASUALLY said "it's tiny, it's something that just got into the food" but clearly the piece of hair was long enough to where he could grab it and wave it around in the air. It is the restaurant's job to make sure that nothing (especially hair) gets into the customer's food. The manager then told me (with a disgusting, unprofessional attitude) that he was still gonna charge me for my lunch, and that there was absolutely nothing he could possibly do to get me a discount on it - even though other restaurants would have gladly taken it off the tab. Probably one of the WORST restaurant experiences I've had at any Pho 24 location. Will NOT be coming back, and highly do not recommend. The food isn't that flavorful anyways. Might as well spend your time, money, and dining experience on somewhere that is actually worth it. read more
