Been coming to Phó 7 Simmering Soup for many years. Love this place! I try other physical and nothing compares.

Just wow! I am a creature of habit when it comes to what I usually order. They were closing and I couldn't order my regular meal so I went w the pho w short ribs, and ordered an extra short rib...this meal did not disappoint not only was it huge...but it was delicious and ridiculously affordable. I will be back!

We haven't been at Pho 7 Simmering Soup for a bit but decided to stop by here as the other pho restaurant we have been going to has raised their prices like crazy. We saw that they still do punch cards for 9 phos ordered, then you get your 10th one free! We were greeted and seated close to the register by our waiter who then brought out drinks and took our order. He was prompt and professional, as well as doing routine checks to fill our waters and the other dining customers. We ordered a Dac Biet pho and Bun Bo Hue (5 stars spice level). We didn't have to wait too long which was awesome cause we were pretty hungry. This is my first time ordering Bun Bo Hue and my third or fourth time having it but this location has pros and cons with their version. The pro is that you get a huge beef rib and plenty of meat as well as a choice in how spicy you want. The cons are that they did not have all of the components that make Bun Bo Hue as others have mentioned, the soup was bland and the spicy level was not really what I considered 5 stars (I ended up dumping a bunch of chili oil to make it spicier). However I was grateful for the portion size as it was very filling and just the right kind of hearty meal that I was craving. My boyfriend enjoyed his pho and even had leftovers which is not very common. Not sure how others have complained about the portion sizes as we had plenty of meat and noodles in our orders. The inside is clean and has pleasant music playing in the background, though there was one song that was out of place. The waiter did his best on his own to make sure the restaurant was clean as when diners left, he immediately would clean the table and would balance it with taking orders, delivering orders, and taking care of take out orders. Definitely our pho go to location again!

Ordered grilled pork with egg roll vermicelli. It was so delicious. Clean. Great service. Definitely come back. Highly recommend this place.

The great reviews brought me here. Overall experience was very underwhelming. To start, the tap water served was warm to the touch. Deep fried egg rolls were very greasy. Pho broth was not rich in flavor and tasted similar to instant pho broth. Broth was not clear, as you can see in the picture it is brown. Broth lacked depth. I found myself needing to add quite a bit of hoisin/sriracha. Lastly, we came at 6pm on a Friday and the restaurant was empty. Although it was empty, service was very slow.

The deep fried Egg roll we ordered was quite good, crisp and crunchy with dipping sauce, it was delicious. My lady had the Vietnamese Crepe for her entree which was nicely prepared with veggie herbs and sauce to complement the dish, very light and refreshing, a healthy item. My order of regular size combination pho was of good portion vermicelli noodles with assortments of beef, tripe, tendon and brisket. Broth was tasty and the meal was filling. The down side was that afterwards, we were very thirsty and a aftertaste of MSG lingered in our mouth. Also the ingredients with food were cut very thin and very minimal with the crepe. Maybe this signals that inflation is in fact affecting some food business.

Great authentic viet food. I ordered to-go and everything was pack and secured well. The Com Dac Biet had great charred flavors. The Goi Cuon was not as stuffed and packed as other places, but has the same great taste of a summer roll.

It was crunchy and not too salty or bland. The ratio of scallion, seafood, and batter was perfect. They did not skimp out on the squid. The size of the squid was about one phalange. When I bit into the squid it was chewy, springy, and meaty. It's amazing to me how they managed to make the pancake crunchy despite filling it with so many ingredients. The kimchi and radish were super flavorful and not too spicy! Kimchi was sooo good. Even though the side dishes were limited, I enjoyed the freshness and taste. I also tried the samgyetang (Korean chicken soup) and bibim naengmyeon (spicy cold noodles) for the first time. The samgyetang was light and hearty. The broth could have been a bit sweeter. I probably wouldn't order this again though because I like more flavor. Though the bibim naengmyeon was too spicy for me, it was refreshing. The noodles were chewy and the cucumbers added a nice crunch.

We walked into a simple and welcoming space that matches the type of food it serves, the kind of place that feels especially fitting on a colder day when you want something warm, filling, and comforting rather than a complicated meal. The atmosphere is unpretentious and functional, letting the food take center stage. The main reason to visit is the seolleongtang, a traditional Korean beef bone soup known for its clean yet deeply satisfying flavor. The broth has a smooth richness that comes from the long cooking process, while the beef adds heartiness to the bowl. One thing that makes the dish stand out is that it arrives relatively simple, allowing you to adjust the seasoning yourself with salt and other condiments to your preference. We appreciated the flexibility, since it lets you dial in the flavor exactly how you like it. The radish kimchi and kimchi served alongside are especially important because they add brightness and balance to the mild broth, cutting through the richness and keeping each bite fresh. The menu also has other solid options if you want to build a larger meal. The handmade dumplings are a good addition, and the seafood pancake is a popular choice for sharing. The portions are generous enough to make it a satisfying meal, and the combination of soup, banchan, and side dishes creates a traditional Korean dining experience that feels complete. The banchan add variety and texture, rounding out the meal without overwhelming the main dish. Service adds to the overall experience, with staff being attentive and helpful when explaining dishes. Whether you are already familiar with Korean food or trying seolleongtang for the first time, the restaurant makes it approachable. The team guided us through the self-seasoning process and checked in at the right moments without hovering, making the meal feel both comfortable and well paced. Yi's Traditional Korean Beef Soup is a great choice for anyone looking for authentic Korean comfort food, especially when you are craving a warm bowl of soup that feels both simple and satisfying. The focus on quality broth, generous portions, and a welcoming atmosphere makes it a reliable stop for a meal that warms you from the inside out.

Pricey but delicious !!!…read more The location and the vibe around is just perfect for gathering with your group of friends and family . Not to mentioned, our server was amazing and patient with us since it was my first time. Although, she kinda knew us from the church she still treated us with respect like any other customer without any favoritism or whatesoever. She told me full details of the menu to which is usually ordered or popular at the moment, since I couldn't decide myself. I loved everything she recommended and can't wait to go back again. I specially loved the kalbi and pork tofu combo . We did get the stone bibimpap as well which was amazing !! And the seafood pancake . I think we ended up getting so much food that we ended up just sharing whole just enjoying each others company. My order: ( in the photo) Pork Tofu Soup 돼지고기 순두부 with kalbi combo! And Seafood Pancake 해물파전 The others ordered the half and half chicken and hot Hot-Stone Bi-Bim-Bap 나물돌솥비빔밥 . The side dishes was the best too and I love the kimchi specially. Both times I've been here, it's always been very busy, but I've never had to wait for a table because they have a ton of seating. Even though it's pretty packed here, it's easy to have a conversation. The staff here are also pretty friendly and the food comes out quickly (though I wish the banchan would come out sooner). The food here is probably some of the best Korean food I've had in the greater Seattle area. I can think of maybe one other place that I would put on the same level as here. While I would argue that this is on the pricier end, I think the food quality really makes up for it. The kimchi made in-house is fantastic, and I've actually purchased some outside of the meal to take home to snack on later. I like the kimchi pancake and my go-to bibimbap is fresh and filling. Overall, Seoul Tofu House is a great spot, I wish they had another location somewhere up north. But for now, whenever I'm in the area this is my spot.

We were also misled in the fact that we thought we could get fried chicken here only to find out they don't have it on their menu anymore. This was during a Friday evening around 6pm, and my friend and I got seated immediately since the restaurant was empty. You've got a lot of tables inside that are relatively clean and seat mostly groups of 4 or so. News in Korean is playing on a TV nearby, and the interior just feels calming with the uniform wooden floors and tables. Menu is limited here though most of it is for their traditional hangover soups. My friend and I wanted some meat dishes so we got both their spicy pork and beef bulgogi on sizzling grills. Both meats came sizzling when brought to our table, though they weren't piping hot from what I remember. Spicy pork was hard to chew at times, and my friend had to spit out one piece because it was too hard. It wasn't too spicy though I think it would have benefited from more spice since the flavor wasn't too strong. The beef bulgogi was both of our favorites, though the color wasn't too appealing and I felt there was a ton of liquid, as if the beef was plated before all the water evaporated from the pan. Service was top-notch for both of us, though. Staff were attentive in answering our questions, grabbing our utensils and getting us water when we asked. I felt this was a one-off visit because we didn't get the dishes this place is more well-known for, so I'll come back again to have their hangover soups instead.

I had too much chicken and side dishes (which they regularly replenished!) to really have much of it, but what I had was clear and tasty. I'm not really in this area much, but I'd recommend it to others! The location is a little odd and tucked away in a closed plaza, but plenty of parking and the food is good and the staff is quick.

I always consider trying somewhere new, but I keep coming back here whenever I want that perfect mix of side dishes, grilled fish, and meat. I highly recommend the Family Combo.
