Delicious!!! Husband wanted pho for lunch and I wanted something else... this was a perfect compromise and the food was good. Really good. The place had a good stream of customers and was clean and staff were nice and patient. We ordered the chicken pho: 10/10, shrimp and chicken combo rice: 10/10 and Cajun chicken wings: 8/10 (not spicy, but the Asian/cajun dipping sauce is. Nice surprise.

I've visited this location twice, once with my boyfriend and today with my mother. I also have ordered take out here several times too. So this review is a combination of my experiences in terms of consistency of the food, service and the differences between take out and dine in orders. The gumbo is definitely better in person, although they did forget my order and I think they gave me a larger portion for the inconvenience (going off of other pictures that reviewers submitted and from my previous take out experience). I definitely agree that there should be more spice to it and I added some of the fresh jalapeño from the plate my mom received from her pho which perfectly added the spice that I was looking for. The gumbo is pretty generous in terms of all the meats and vegetables included with it. However, if you order take out then the rice amount they give is very small compared to dining in. The pho here is pretty decent for the pricing as I believe it is the second cheapest place to get pho in Federal Way (Pho Trang being number one). I appreciate that they let you choose your meat and not take up more menu space with different combinations, which often don't include some preferences. My mom ordered tendon and brisket but they forgot the tendon, but brought it out with soup which was appreciated greatly. I have had the cajun pho and it was pretty good with generous portions of the toppings included. The boils here are pretty good, they have a great sauce that goes with it and the prices are pretty fair in comparison to other boils. I have tried their mild and medium so far and they hit each note perfectly, I have yet to try the spicy but I do want to in the future. I also have ordered their vermicelli noodles, springs rolls, and cajun fried rice which are all great as well! I love the crispy roll in the springs rolls and they do not skimp out on the shrimp. The service here can be a hit or miss. When I visited with my mother, the server even admitted that she was doing terrible and jokingly blamed her friend (which I don't mind if you're catching up) but she never came out to check in on us or other patrons and only got up when we walked up to the counter which is where you pay for you meal once you finish. She even confesses that her husband is a better worker. I have to agree with that as when I visited with my boyfriend, the gentleman who served us and was the cashier was friendly and efficient. The interior of the restaurant is nice, however I do think they should consider some remodeling as the booth seats are worn and had rips. I do think that power towels being offered at each booth is nice especially for those going for the boils. Overall, it is definitely a mixed review as the service can bit a hit or miss, the interior could definitely get some updates, and the food quantity is definitely better for dining in.

Last meal of our trip was at Crazy Pho Cajun, a family run Vietnamese spot that specializes in Viet-Cajun cuisine. They're located in a plaza next door to ATI Physical Therapy. We dropped in on a Sunday afternoon (2:00pm) with NFL streaming on the TV. The inside has plenty of seating and food comes out quickly. Menu consists of appetizers, pho, banh mi, teriyaki, fried rice, bun, rice plate, cajun and cajun boiled seafood (by the pound). - Herbs - bean sprouts, basil and lime wedges. - Cajun pho (P5) ($14.95 USD) - andouille sausage, crawfish and shrimp. We opted for medium spicyness. Broth had a subtle heat with a touch of sweetness. Mix of meats were tasty. - Gumbo ($13.95 USD) - delicious, comforting stew that wasn't heavy. Wanted more rice but tasty. Wish they had Viet-Cajun options back in Canada.

It's a casual dinning spot run by the owners. Don't expect them to read your mind. If you want something, ask for it. Be specific. The cuisine itself are two very distinct, unique flavors that complement each other very well. We had the cajun bombs, Cajun Bah Mi, Beef Bah Mi and the Cajun pho. The Cajun bombs are similar to a beloved fried wonton but its uniqueness of Cajun flavor is new and distinctive. Our Bah Mi's were perfection. The bread was soft on the inside, crunchy on the outside and their pickled vegetables had the ideal crunch. The Cajun Pho Little bit a Cajun, little bit of pho. You can def tell their traditional pho is prominent in the broth and when they add the Cajun spice you get the best of both worlds. A meal you won't Pho Get!

Do you like Pho? Do you like Cajun? If so, you either know or you need to know & GO! Dropped in on a Wednesday 6-7 Plenty of seats, place was very clean, service was quick and friendly. 2 Cajun Pho's & Cajun(crawfish) Bombs. crawfish + pork meat wrapped and deep friend in wonton form? Yes please. This wasn't my first go around here and I'm happy to see this place is still going strong with great food.

The best!! I live in Seattle and I'm always down to make the drive to federal way for their Cajun pho. I've heard good things about their seafood boil as well and can't wait to come back and try it. Me and my mom came to dine in and I wanted to try the Cajun pho, and being a pescatarian, it's hard to find a restaurant that serves vegetable broth. I was surprised I was able to get the Cajun pho with vegetable broth and now I'm hooked! The broth was good and spicy and there was a lot of shrimp and crawfish in it.

I tried the Cajun Fried Rice (3 stars)... It was soooo yummy! I also got the Thai ice tea , Cajun Wings and Fries.. I've come now 3 day in a row & ordered the same thing lol... The service was also top tier and the food came out pretty quick SN *I prefer my Cajun Fried Rice with no shrimp* (it's pictured but after the first time I got no shrimp).

Decent food for the area. My friend suggested this place and I was intrigued because I hadn't had much Cajun food before, let alone Cajun x Viet. I tried the Cajun vermicelli based on old Yelp reviews and it was okay. Medium spicy is a good level if you have decent tolerance. It was flavorful with the shrimp/crawfish/sausage and I appreciated the slivers of mango. However, nothing mind blowing. The server was quite friendly!

The gumbo here is delicious! However, the last time we ordered, they were very skimpy on the shrimp and crawfish. Hopefully just a fluke.

We ordered the Tonkotsu Miso Ramen, Spicy Negi Ramen (level 4 hot), an order of Gyoza, and an appetizer order of Karaage Chicken. Both of our Ramen bowls were absolutely delicious!! I'm used to eating very authentic Ramen when I lived in San Diego so this was a first for being in this area. It was a great portion size, beautiful presentation and everything tasted so good. I think the egg could've been cooked a little bit less so it would be not so well done so to speak, but it was delicious still. Also, the chicken appetizer was a good, but not as flavorful as some Karaage Chicken I have had. I probably wouldn't order that one again even though it was good, just lacked flavor and was a bit grisly. The service was outstanding. They are very kind and very attentive. The place is very clean. The bathrooms are nicely stocked and very clean as well. The lobby is beautiful and we will definitely be back!

The ramen tasted great but not impressive or memorable enough for me to drive all the way back to Federal Way. I dined in solo and actually didn't finish the ramen or even remember exactly what I ordered. I'm guessing it's the spicy negi. The broth was spicy and enjoyable but definitely didn't taste any different compared to other ramen places I've been to. I tend to eat slow to savor my food, but I felt like the staff was overattentive and frequently stopped by my table to ask if everything was okay. Gave me the vibe that they needed to keep themselves busy or I was taking up a table. Might be great for other customers but it affected my experience with dining in; I usually finish my meals at restaurants but I felt rushed so I just ended up bringing the ramen home for my son, after the second or third time of them asking me if I wanted a takeout box. I'm still giving 4 stars just because the ramen tasted better than mediocre, less than spectacular. I just have high expectations for ramen and prefer more broth/topping variety (I was raised in Cali with options i dearly miss). Plus, I do like that they added a full egg for the ramen (instead of half an egg, like other restaurants I've been to) and the chasu portions were fair. I haven't tried any other ramen places in Federal Way (if there are any), but I guess if this is one of the better options (according to Yelp), it might be worth a shot to try out?

My favorites are the Thai chili shrimp & pork bao and their spicy torched shrimp & pork rice. Their portions are generous and they do not skimp on the meat. The only criticism I have is that the bao bun does start to fall apart getting soaked with the juices from the meat and sauces. Food is usually ready within 5-10 minutes. A very casual spot to grab a meal with ample amount of seating if you choose to dine in. There is some parking directly in front of the store but there is more towards the back. I think they usually mostly cater to lunch customers because they closed at 6 PM. I asked the employee what the most popular sandwiches were and she told me it was definitely the crispy chicken bacon banh mi. We ordered that and a spicy pork shrimp banh mi. Both were excellent! I really liked the bacon one more and my partner really preferred the pork shrimp one more so it worked out. Both were a 10/10!!! Crispy fresh fluffy bread. Not stale at all. And about $35 for both sandwiches and a can of Coke. Beware that crispy chicken will cut up the roof of your mouth though. It was worth every bite!! And they were so big that I could only eat half. Saved the other half for the next day and it was just as delicious. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in town and it's not too late.

For the sushi, the tropical roll had a nice addition of mango, but the sweet chili sauce was a little too sweet for my preference, especially for a sushi roll. The Pacific Garden roll had fresh-tasting yellowtail, salmon, and tuna, and I enjoyed the crunch from the asparagus. However, one of my pet peeves is when menus list crab or crab salad in a roll, but it ends up being imitation crab/krab. I really wish restaurants were more straightforward about what they're using, especially because I enjoy real crab, but am not a big fan of imitation crab in sushi rolls. This restaurant used the words crab salad and I thought it meant that they still used real crab in it. The rainbow roll and edamame were just alright. The gyoza was also disappointing because it wasn't crispy and didn't have much flavor. Presentation was another thing that fell a little short for me. I wasn't impressed with the plating, especially with the random pieces of greens on the plate. Overall, the sushi and sashimi had some fresh components(the highlight), but there were a few things that missed the mark for me. Service was just okay and nothing particularly stood out.
