I love the pho!!!! Banh cuon was cold when we received it. It was excellent but it made me wonder why it was cold.

Beef tallow that I like to dip my noodles in.

I try to eat here twice a month, even in summer. The service is quick. I get the large pho everytime. My only feedback is the cuts of beef aren't the highest quality compared to other places. The meat is well boiled and falling apart when they serve it. The dining room is big, and there are TVs showing weird street food being made.

My new favorite pho spot; recommended by a friend. I came here twice already this week. The food is soo good. The broth is super flavorful even without any sauces. Lots of meats with the noodle portion. Service was quick as well. It gets pretty busy at times in the restaurant.

    - Feeling under the weather and we FINALLY got to try this place. We've been told to go here from two peers and no regrets. Such a homey vibe with great service. The small or regular sizes was a big portion. Pricing wasn't too crazy. - The Bon Bo hue was actually pretty good, loved the amount of meat and the meat balls was my favorite. I don't usually get the pork blood but I didn't mind it this time. I'd say though, I wish it was more spicy. The flavor was amazing and could tell how authentic it was. The veggies were fresh although I wish they had water spinach. - Pho was amazing. The flavors were to die for with the amazing portion of soup, meat and noodles. Fresh veggies as well. We got the combo with the spring rolls and the spring rolls were okay. It was big but wish it had more filling. -My favorite was the savory crispy pancakes. I've always wanted to try this and it became a staple. The crispiness with the fresh veggies and the sauce. Chefs kiss. -we had a favorite near by and we just found our new favorite in federal way. It did not dissapoint.

Would recommend. My cousins were craving pho and this is their go-to place while in the area. The place is small but comfortable. The service is quick, and our food came out in a relatively fast fashion. I ordered the fatty brisket as not all places seem to have this, and it did not disappoint. The combination of getting the egg rolls is a nice touch as well

Fresh spring roll with pork patties (Nem Nuong) is a good appetizer. Pho and vermicelli are both decent, but I prefer the vermicelli at Pho Trang next door. Service is average for a Vietnamese restaurant, food comes out fast.

I live in Seattle and rarely eat pho in federal way. I happen to be in the area and tried this place out and instantly notice they don't use beef bones to make their soup but they use chicken. Lots of MSG too. It's called VIETNAMESE NOODLE SOUP. Use beef bones for the soup! I'm almost embarrassed to be Vietnamese when I see businesses doing shady things like this to trick Americans . Far from traditional pho. You can fool salt & pepper taste bud Americans but you can't fool a Vietnamese. Not surprised im the only Vietnamese in the whole restaurant. Service was terrible . Vietnamese ladies would talk shit about people in their language and they didn't expect me to understand. I asked for fish sauce and one of them told me to get up and get it myself.

Hands down from customer service to consistency of the quality of their dishes this place is one of our top three go to Vietnamese spots in Federal Way. We have literally been making our way through the menu and so far there has not been one dish that we did not like. If you have not tried this place you're sleeping. I typically get soup appetizers and a rice plate when we come but today we just stop by for a small bite.

This is one of the few Vietnamese restaurants my parents love eating at especially for their bun bo hue, so I took two of my friends to have some dinner here! We went on a Saturday night and got seated very quickly as there weren't a lot of people. There's ample parking just behind the restaurant though it isn't immediately obvious where to turn into. The inside consists of one room full of tables that sit anywhere from 2 to 8+ people. I ordered the tomahawk pho, which has several pieces of boned beef briskets among other things. Te bowl was HUGE as it should be since the briskets are already very big. Very rich quality and very rich soup for my pho, and the beef came off very easily from the bone while not being too chewy or too hard. I also ordered a side of egg rolls, which came out hot and fresh. I didn't try their bun bo hue here, but I might when I come back! Federal Way is more know for their Korean restaurants, but this is one Vietnamese restaurant I'd highly recommend in the same area if you want some great pho that's not only fast but also well-balanced in flavor!

Food and drinks were delicious. Service was quick and efficient. We went around lunch hour and it was busy but they still had a few tables open and they were on top of orders. Clean and cozy spot!

Food tasted good until I saw the cockroache. We sat right by the register and this guy was flying on the wall. Sadly I will never be going back

Pho is good even though the flavor is really mild. The portions are large. Wings were a bit dry. I would come here again for pho if I'm in the area.

We were served hot tea upon seating. They took our order quickly. We decided to get the Cold-Noodle with a Beef-Based Broth, Steamed Dumplings, and Seafood Soft Tofu Soup. The first dish that came out was the Cold-Noodle dish, and it was served with hot mustard and vinegar on the side. Our server taught us how to prepare the dish, which is really nice especially for first timers. Their banchan was also good - kimchi and radish kimchi - which are both made in-house. Then our steamed dumplings came, and they were my personal favorite dish of the night. You can tell that they are handmade, and the sauce that went with it was delicious. Finally, the seafood tofu soup was pretty good. My partner loved it, but I think the octopus inside was overcooked. But, I understand that can happen especially since it's served in a hot stone pot. It also came with some clams, an egg, and some zucchini! Just from the layout and design of the restaurant, I could tell that it's an authentic place. The workers take pride in their food, and you can tell with each bite. Would highly recommend for those craving some good Korean dishes.

I tagged along to have some bibimbap that everyone in our family was raving about. This place is in a big shopping center and there are plenty of parking spaces. The restaurant is very nice and clean. There are 2 older Korean ladies taking care of the whole restaurant from seating people to taking orders and delivering foods on a cart. It was so crowded, that the table next to us had to leave due to having to wait too long and their kids getting fussy. We had to wait to be seated and wait to order our food. We got to sit in the back room so I had to go out and reminded the ladies that we're in the back room LOL. I was hungry. The lady came and took order, she's very pleasant although tired of running the whole show. Our order was easy, 5 bibimbaps and 1 Korean famous fried chicken for appetizer. The lady was so happy, yes, it was an easy order. She brought all the traditional little pickles and veggies dishes out for us to nibble before the main course LOL. The family likes kimchi so much that she brought 4 extra dishes for us, which was very nice. The fried chicken was excellent, crispy and tasty and hot, I liked it as always. The prices here are reasonable, less than $30 and average $20. The bibimbap is a little light on the meat and a little light on salt. I need to add the red sauce to make it better.

We were also misled in the fact that we thought we could get fried chicken here only to find out they don't have it on their menu anymore. This was during a Friday evening around 6pm, and my friend and I got seated immediately since the restaurant was empty. You've got a lot of tables inside that are relatively clean and seat mostly groups of 4 or so. News in Korean is playing on a TV nearby, and the interior just feels calming with the uniform wooden floors and tables. Menu is limited here though most of it is for their traditional hangover soups. My friend and I wanted some meat dishes so we got both their spicy pork and beef bulgogi on sizzling grills. Both meats came sizzling when brought to our table, though they weren't piping hot from what I remember. Spicy pork was hard to chew at times, and my friend had to spit out one piece because it was too hard. It wasn't too spicy though I think it would have benefited from more spice since the flavor wasn't too strong. The beef bulgogi was both of our favorites, though the color wasn't too appealing and I felt there was a ton of liquid, as if the beef was plated before all the water evaporated from the pan. Service was top-notch for both of us, though. Staff were attentive in answering our questions, grabbing our utensils and getting us water when we asked. I felt this was a one-off visit because we didn't get the dishes this place is more well-known for, so I'll come back again to have their hangover soups instead.

The ramen tasted great but not impressive or memorable enough for me to drive all the way back to Federal Way. I dined in solo and actually didn't finish the ramen or even remember exactly what I ordered. I'm guessing it's the spicy negi. The broth was spicy and enjoyable but definitely didn't taste any different compared to other ramen places I've been to. I tend to eat slow to savor my food, but I felt like the staff was overattentive and frequently stopped by my table to ask if everything was okay. Gave me the vibe that they needed to keep themselves busy or I was taking up a table. Might be great for other customers but it affected my experience with dining in; I usually finish my meals at restaurants but I felt rushed so I just ended up bringing the ramen home for my son, after the second or third time of them asking me if I wanted a takeout box. I'm still giving 4 stars just because the ramen tasted better than mediocre, less than spectacular. I just have high expectations for ramen and prefer more broth/topping variety (I was raised in Cali with options i dearly miss). Plus, I do like that they added a full egg for the ramen (instead of half an egg, like other restaurants I've been to) and the chasu portions were fair. I haven't tried any other ramen places in Federal Way (if there are any), but I guess if this is one of the better options (according to Yelp), it might be worth a shot to try out?
