Okay...so mixed reviews seen on this place however here is how I see it... if I open a menu and there is a bunch of dishes I either be wonder if it's Legit or 2 this maybe fluke place trying too much. Upon waking in you see a cyclo a typical form of transportation in Vietnam a few wooden baskets frames a mural behind . The ambiance is l similar to upscale ish Vietnamese place versus a casual pho joint . Although lighting was a bit dark. Upon looking at menu everything has a Vietnamese listed first and English translation after. Kudos. 2 things I'm skeptical of ordering. Bo Luc Loc and Muc Rang Muoi. aka shaky beef and salt and pepper squid.... Why cause it's so easy to screw up. So I had to do Yelp photo research to make sure it wasn't thickly battered served with. Chili sauce. And it came with a side of "lime juice/salt/pepper ". Same with shaky beef. Now I know it's legit Deets parents of course wanted Viet food and were not normally out in Woodbridge cause we're so close by other Viet places. Service well..I don't eat service and Viet people you're lucky they don't throw your food and leave. They are efficient and food did come out pretty quickly and was nice and hot. A few food details.. the cellphane noodles with crab or mien của xạo ít was a bit salty for me.but nice chunks of lump crab meat. Muc Rang Muoi nice bite on squid a bit of chew but still tender thought to bite threw. Nicely salted only grip was the peppers and onions would've love to be a little less done but still good. Bo luc lac was overall flavor was good and the beef a few pieces were tender and the others were a bit tough. Go Du Du was a nice texture thick enough to give texture versus normally when it's shaved thinner and is softer of a bite...amount of shrimp wasn't huge but it was fine for what is. Sup Mung Của.. overall was pretty good mouthfeel think egg drops soup minus the yoke however there was a sight citrus that I am not used to when eating this soup mostly cause mom makes it home so it's not like I go order it at restaurants. Cha Giờ Tom.. was crispy but didn't wow me..also I have a slight fists in for chili sauce. I probably could've asked for nước mắm but... dad doesn't love the stuff so it was fine. Overall it's good for being here in Woodbridge and it's a decent price point for the amount of food you're getting most that are complaining haven't had to pay for bad Viet food and lower quality. You can taste the flavors that are normally in these Vietnamese dishes. However I probably won't be ordering pho why? Cause it's all the way in the back of the menu for a reason.

First of all when you walk into this place you quickly forget that you're in a strip mall. The ambiance is quiet, dark, and comfortable. The crew of servers are friendly and knowledgeable of their board of fare. Now for the food. Absolutely delicious! Beautifully plated and very nice portions. You're treated to a plate of sprouts and jalapeño pepper slices with lime and Thai ba. Their Pho can be order in 2 sizes each well stocked with seafood, or whatever protein you prefer. Their Salt and Pepper Squid melts in your mouth and comes sitting on a bed of peppers and greens which are a meal by themselves. A fully stocked bar rounds out the offerings and their Thai iced tea is a sweet treat to accompany your meal or just order to go. Very affordable prices and we were filled for less than $40 dollars. Can't wait to try the rest of their menu which is loaded with great looking dishes. Re-visit. The seafood Pho is loaded with delicious shrimp, squid, and seafood balls. The crabmeat fried rice is unbelievable and easily feeds 2.

Perfect place to go for soup on a cold night like today. I've always enjoyed coming here. Service is always nice and pleasant. And the restaurant is always clean.

Right next door to probably one of my favorite Bubble Tea shops in the DMV, Viet Chopsticks is a pretty good place to eat Vietnamese food if you're in the area. I ordered Com Ga Nuong ( Grilled Chicken with Rice and Veggies ) and it was good. Vietnamese Rice Dishes are my go to whenever I eat out at any Vietnamese place ( besides Bun Bo Hue or Pho ) and it's just quick and filling. You really can't go wrong with the Spring Rolls which are fried well and paired with fish sauce makes a great pairing before the actual entrée. It was fairly quiet when we went in; not a bad thing but we were serenaded by the traditional music that was heard in the background. It's very soothing and poses a relaxed atmosphere. I can't really say much about the service other than the server was able to get our food out within a reasonable time and we were able to split checks.

First time at this place AND the first time ordering pho to go.... Possibly that was my mistake not dining in? Taste was off and honestly compared to other pho places in the DMV this wasn't what I expected unfortunately :( maybe if it's dine in the food quality might be different.

Ambiance: (5/5) Great decor and a lot of seating. Price: (4/5) Prices are average for the area. Food: (2/5) I got the pho and it was not flavorful at all. It was very bland and I had to add a lot of sauces to help it. I can't remember what the other dish was called, but it was a fried noodle dish with beef and the dish was very greasy with not a lot of flavor. Lastly, all dishes that came to the table were only slight warm. They were completely cold after 5 mins. Service: (5/5) Great service!

I figured it out... it the manager isn't there just don't prefer smoothies or expect good customer service. I have them another shot and ordered to go and they messed them all up again and forgot the boba and it was melted and not seller so I asked her to make it sweater and with boba and it was pretty hard to explain that for some reason....

    Do they offer boba?

Sorry no boba, but Kokee Tea is close in the Potomac Mills Mall grand courtyard area. Their location was formerly an Orange Julius.

Reviews should be taken with a grain of salt. Tastes and experiences are subjective and bad as well…read moreas good reviews should be shared and the common themes for others to learn and make their own decisions on whether to give a business their patronage. This review is to WARN any potential customers (but only groups of 6 or more) that you are about to be robbed by this restaurant to the tune of 15% should you eat here. My family and extended family of 15 people ate at this restaurant this weekend. Ordered food and the bill was paid. Then the issue of contention happened. Learning from my mother who paid the bill that she questioned the "15% additional service charge for parties of 6 or more" and told this was NOT the same as a tip and that a tip was still expected. I went to the server who closed out the bill and the server confirmed that what was explained to my mother was the position of the restaurant that this automatic service charge for parties of 6 or more was not the same as an automatic gratuity and that a tip still expected. The server said this was per the owner of the restaurant and when asked responded that this policy had been implemented in about the past 6 months. We respect hard work in the food service industry and have never tipped less than 15% to 25% and though this experience meant my family will never be coming back we also didn't want this experience to be the first where a restaurant--even one with shady business practices--felt we did. If you are a group of 6 or more and are considering this restaurant consider this review a warning that this is what you will experience. Watch your bill carefully and see if you have a similar experience because if your experience is the same as ours what you experienced was at a minimum discrimination against larger groups and at worst theft (should your food cost 15% more just because you're in a larger group?) if you're also told the service charge is not the same as a tip/gratuity. Write about your experience. I hope to see other reviews in the future that will either confirm or disprove our 1-star experience. How did the food taste? I've already forgotten. This restaurant has lost our future business though. On a different note we were here for a birthday celebration and afterwards had the best three-generations bowling experience to date!

I liked how at the get-go they gave me a full set of silverware and chopsticks swaddled in a napkin. The crispy 1. Chả Giò spring rolls with ground pork and crab were excellent. I especially liked that they provided two dipping sauce for the spring rolls. One sauce was sweet and the other was tart with fish sauce flavor. I liked both sauces equally. For my entrée, I ordered the 24. Cơm Sườn Chả pork chop. I was intrigued by the menu description which included egg custard and broken rice. Overall, the pork was very good and I liked that it was not over-marinated with lemongrass. The egg custard was a square of something gelatinous. It had a mild pleasant flavor. So the broken rice is interesting. It seems like a short-grain white rice, but has a very nice somewhat dense texture. Even though the menu advertised lettuce with tomato for my pork chop, the lettuce came with thinly sliced carrot and radish instead of tomato, which was fine. The only negative about my visit to Brothers Bistro was that the pork chop came out at the same time as the spring rolls appetizer.

Nothing exceptional but good quality, good food And a fair amount of steak in mine for $16. I wish I could say the same about the service or lack there of provided by the two young female servers. For starters, they have zero communication skills. They drop things at the table and just stand there without a word. I did not receive the Vietnamese coffee that I ordered until I asked for it nor was I asked whether or not I wanted it with whipped cream - there's was no description on the menu so I wasn't aware it came with whipped cream. When we placed our order we asked for extra cilantro and received no cilantro at all. Once the runner delivered our food no one came over to ask how everything had turned out, if we needed anything else etc. The lack of communication, lack of attention to detail and quite frankly complete lack of personality turned a pleasant afternoon meal into a disappointment. It's a shame because I saw several other things on the menu that I'd like to try but I'm not interested in being in that unpleasant atmosphere again
