Pho with rare steak Uber Eats. No flavor at all

Coming from a Vietnamese person who knows pho, the broth was merely water , slightly bone broth, and fish sauce. It didn't have any aroma whatsoever and the heat was sliced twice the size. I read that there's no ownership and that the quality has gone down the drain. Since I ordered this through Uber eats it was the only option that was open at night. I'm currently traveling so I don't have bowls or utensils and the order came in a container and not the usually plastic bowl containers so it was really difficult to eat and I had to warn it up really hot in plastic just so the noodles would separate. The meat definitely couldn't be cooked in the broth because I didn't have a bowl to get the broth super hot. In addition I haven't really seen meat cut that thick. I think it's laziness. They need to cut it half as thin so that it can cook in the broth. If you aren't ordering from Uber eats I suggest getting pho at a more authentic viet restaurant like Bastilla Vietnamese in Lauderdale by the Sea.

The pho was really good! Noodles were cooked just right, but my favorite part was the broth! I wish they gave me more than two slices Jalapeno peppers. Check it out if you're close by because the food came out fast and hot!!!

I dined here last week and really enjoyed the food here!! It's very authentic Vietnamese food. No fake sauce the way other places make the pho in the United States. The restaurant is decorated so cute that although a hole in the wall in a shopping center, the place looks super cute in the inside We ordered the soup that brings multiple protein and shared between us (a large). It was seasoned so well but fresh. Not heavy. Did not make my stomach hurt after like many heavy soups. Also the portion was HUGE!!! We shared and took some home for lunch the next day. We also ordered an appetizer which was delicious as well. I really liked this place and will be coming back!!!

Tell me why a "rice platter" costs over $20 for me to get white rice?? Years we have been coming here, and the rice platter always comes standard with fried rice. Today, I received my rice platter, and it has white rice. When I asked to clarify the mistake, they were wanting to charge me $2 more for fried rice. On top of the $20 over high price. How ridiculous. I will NEVER return. You just officially lost a couple of customers that had been loyal for years. I am so disappointed and disgusted at the way my husband and I were just treated. Horribly overpriced food. NEVER AGAIN.

I came here last night with my wife because she was feeling a little under the weather and wanted something light to eat. I surprised her here and she loved it!! The restaurant is very cute - decorated very nicely. Although not in the best shopping center, you really cannot tell you are in an okay neighborhood because the restaurant is like it's own oasis. The food was amzzing!!! So authentic. We ordered the pork and shrimp rice paper appetizer and it was delicious. It came with a peanut sesame oil sauce which was very very good. We then ordered the #1 soup which was a combo of everything. We ordered the large to share and let me tell you that I didn't know they could make soups this large. We even had leftover to take home with us. The soup was refreshing but filling. The protein was delicious and so was the actual soup. We loved it. We will be coming back. So happy to live close by!

TLDR: Better as takeout than going to the place. Flavor hits. Real nice. Would I go again: Yes Food: the banh mi's are on point, pho and bun Bo hue have great flavors, and the egg rolls real scrumptious. Service: If you want someone super attentive this is not the place. They leave the food and go take care of other things. That being said, if you don't like having someone on top of you the whole meal then it's great. Ambiance: The shop has been remodeled and looks nicer. However, the plaza can be a bit sketch which gives the location kind of a spooky vibe.

Staff not at all inviting and didn't pay much attention to me. It seemed as if he wanted me order takeout instead of dining in. I watched him greet several other patrons warmly, with smiles, and briefly chat with them. Interesting..I was only asked if I was ready after his conversation was interrupted by the patrons requesting more water at the table next to me. I looked over at him several times prior to that waiting for him to come take my order. He then advised there was no milk tea at all and said I can take a look at the drinks in the cooler. None of these drinks are in English so it would have been nice if he let me know what was what. But, I just took my chances. Hopefully I like whatever this is. Looks like brisk. Food came out quickly! The front doors need to be fixed or something. I was sat at table 2 near the front door and a guy started smoking outside. I could smell it with the door closed. Gross. The spring rolls were okay. The pork inside was dry and over cooked. Loved the peanut sauce though. I was prepared to say I would never come back to this place, but then I tried the pho. It was absolutely delightful!!! I loved it. I would for sure order here again, but for takeout only. The food gets five stars. But, the customer service gets two stars from me. Really 1.5 for customer service.

Only Pho spot open late. So good! I ordered the P06 pho and it was nice and filling. I had to ask for cilantro since they didn't bring it out with my toppings. I added chili oil to mine and it was so potent! I was coughing (everyone was, but like in a good way) it was so good. The shrimp wraps were perfectly crispy and the shrimp was juicy it was really delicious. Not to mention the restaurant was really chill. It wasn't too busy when I went, but it was like 10 pm. I loved the plants at the entrance! And the table was nice and clean. Will definitely be going back.

Excellent hole in the wall within a shopping plaza with ample parking. Simple menu which I like being that their specialty is Phở. The House Special Beef Phở was outstanding- treat yourself go for the large portion. Loaded with different cuts of beef. The broth was heavenly! A side dish (basil, veggies ) consisting of soup add ins accompanied the Phở. Tip: add a bit of the hot chili sauce located on the table if you like a tad more spice. The owner was very welcoming and clearly took pride in his amazing food served. The inside of the restaurant was clean.

I haven't had Vietnamese food in a while. I saw Pho 75 and decided to try it. My favorite dish is anything with Vermicelli rice noodles. Thin rice noodles with your choice of grilled meats together with beansprouts, cucumber, lettuce, pickled carrots. Topped off with peanuts, scallions and fried onions. Chili garlic sauce as a dressing. Bún Ðac Biet (Special Vermicelli Bowl: Grilled Shrimp, chicken, pork strips, and fried egg roll) is the one I ordered. It was very delicious but needed more "sauce" and peanuts. I will ordered from Pho 75 again!! I am a Pho Phan!!

Absolutely wonderful ! We ordered fresh spring rolls and they came within minutes. Perfectly rolled and the sauce was very flavorful. My dish was the "Bun Bo Hue". I ordered it based on the waiter's recommendation of a spicier dish. It was excellent. Filled with slices of flank, brisket, pork sausage and pork blood cakes ! WOW ! I added some extra hot chili sauce that was on the table. Was the perfect meal. I ordered the medium and could barely finish it. Everything was super fresh. Great prices too. Before we left I got a Boba (bubble) tea, lychee flavored. It needed just a little more ice but it was delicious. I wanted to try the durian shake but they were out. I cannot wait to come back an try other dishes. read more

The place is nothing to look at, but it's inexpensive, and the food is satisfying. We had the shrimp spring rolls, which was alright, the sauce is good, but the beef soup was the star of the show. My wife and I shared it, and we both walked out happy and satisfied! It's got a great flavor, strong, without being overboard! I threw some bean sprouts in to the soup, for some crunch (they serve some appetizer thing while your waiting for your food, bean sprouts and something with green leaves). Anyhow, totally will stop in again next time I'm in plantation! :) 5 stars!! read more

more like 3.5 stars. more expensive than what i'm used to back home. I like the meat and broth at pho 75 back in VA more. i always order either pho chin nam ve don or bun bo hue. both are pretty good. I will edit this once I try one of the sandwiches. This place is unassuming but don't be put off by the location. I went there for the first time and I was literally the only customer, which did make me a little nervous. But I got a traditional pho tai and the summer rolls. It was filling, fresh, and delicious. I will be back! read more

3.5 stars. As a former Pho addict (impossible not to be in Northern Virginia unless your taste buds were destroyed in a hunting accident) it had been awhile since I had my "fix." At this writing, I have a bit more than a bit of a cold. Sorry ma, chicken soup just won't do. Cue: Enter Bun Bo Hue aka spicy lemongrass beef broth with flank, shank, brisket, pork sausage, pork blood cakes, and pork shank. Quite good indeed with friendly service and the surnames "Campbell" or "Lipton" the furthest from my mind. Honorable suggestion: order the largest bowl and takeaway (gosh I miss the UK) the rest. Blood cakes for breakfast tomorrow! No griddle needed. read more

Not clean. Staff was handling both food and money. Going from front to back. I voiced my concern and complained which didn't phase the staff at all. Manger was msfe aware but he didn't seem to really care. I will not be eating here again read more

I absolutely LOVE this place! I am from California, and currently living in Miami for an internship. I was missing and craving good ol' Bay Area pho, so I googled this place and hoped for the best. I was NOT dissapointed! I only give it a 4 star rating because the boba drinks were OK, not amazing but still satisfied my craving. The soup was delicious though, service was great, and the soup was served quick and it was very hot. Take it from this California, San Francisco girl, this place is pretty good! read more

My family goes here almost weekly! The soup comes very quickly- usually at most 5 minutes. We love the flavor of their pho- the broth is the best we've ever tried of all the pho restaurants we've eaten at. Now, whenever we go to any other restaurant, the broth always tastes bland compared to the soup here. The workers are very kind and patient. For someone who prefers clean locations, restaurant is well kept and neat. Many people are not used to the meats regularly eaten in this soup and are very judgmental about it because they're unaccustomed to it. But for the way pho is meant to be made, they have done a very good job. For those who go to judge true Vietnamese culture in food, this may not be the place for you. read more

Was in the area and saw that this place got good Yelp reviews - so thought I'd check it out. Lived up to the good reviews - no question. Thanks Yelpers. Pulled up to the place and it's a little austere. It's in a not very appealing strip mall. The inside isn't much of a looker either but they make up for all that with the food...and quick service. Had the red bean milk tea - flippin delicious. And quite honestly, it's pretty fun to drink with the big straw and the jelly like substance contained within (of which I have no idea what it is...but I definitely like it - quite tasty). Started with the shrimp and pork spring rolls - spot on with the flavor, texture and the dipping sauces. Then had the combination noodle bowl and it was a homerun. Would definitely recommend this place. Don't let the lack of curb appeal turn you off. It's really good. read more

If you have a taste for Pho this is the place for you my wife and I found this place 5 years ago and we have been looking for a good Pho place for a while. We been to a lot of other Pho places and so far no one can touch this place. Wish it was closer we live all the way across town but it's worth the drive. Now if they only could just keep there Jake fruit bubble tea in stock this place would be the best ever. read more

This place has very yummy pho and it comes out hot and fast! I highly recommend the pork & shrimp spring rolls with peanut sauce as an appetizer and boba tea is a great treat! I don't like their iced tea or hot teas here, they are loose leaf teas and the tea leaves are not strained out. I think that is just Vietnamese style though? I also once tried on of the Banh mi sandwiches and maybe I chose the wrong one, but it wasn't very good. I recommend to stick with the pho, it's always good here. read more

Best pho broth in South Florida.....and I come from the West Coast, we know pho! And and....the meat was so tender that it didn't over cook in the piping hot broth. Plus having the broth that hot allows for a transcending experience even to the last bite.....amazing. read more

Three words to describe my experience at the restaurant: best Pho place !!! For the amount you pay for, the portion you get is ridiculously huge!! I insisted on getting a "Large" because for all the previous ones I have been to a "Large" just didn't cut it . But this place was different. I couldn't even finish half of the bowl because there was so much noodle and meat ! For 9.90 the portion is definitely overly generous!! The tastes of the broth and meats are both very fresh and delicious !! The owner was very nice and friendly and the food came out very very fast !You won't regret coming to the place (for Pho at least ) !! read more

Very good pho! Seemed bland after all of the screaming ginger offerings from other places the two days prior to eating here. Once I had a few bites, the low depth of flavor came out (by this I mean the very deep flavor, not lack of). The person who waited on us was very kind and answered all of our questions. They were willing to modify any dish to our liking... I never got the chance to come back and try the dishes that we talked about! Also had the bahn mi with chicken, pork and egg to go. The bread was not the best, but overall it was really tasty. On the bad side... they had some issues with the toilets but it was during a tropical storm and flooding... unsure if that was a factor. If I lived in FL I would go here often. read more

Great place! I don't really know of many places in Broward where you can get Vietnamese food or many people who actually know what pho is! The beef short rib appetizer is a must because it is tender and very flavorful. Then, get whatever combonation of pho you like. You can get a small, medium or large bowl, depending on how hungry you are. My favorite is #8, Pho Chin Bo Vien = soup with rice noodles + very thin cooked brisket and Vietnamese meatballs. Yum! Great on a cold, rainy night or if you're sick. I've been here four times and the place is never busy. Step out of your comfort zone and try this place! read more

This is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Broward. Their pork strip Banh Mi its delicious! Their fresh crusty bread, pickled veggies and yummy sauce are to die for. Spring rolls are great as well as the rear eye pho. I love going to this place when I'm short in time as they are always fast and consistent with the flavor of their food. Great for quick lunch or just take your time and enjoy a wonderful meal. The staff is friendly and if this is your first time trying Vietnamese food they will explain to you what the dish consist of. read more

One of my coworkers joked that another newbie to the place ended up being customer of the month after his first bite at this place..well I may beat him for that title now since their S5 sub/sandwich (fried egg, steak) is greater than any $5 sub you'll ever get at a subways. read more

Tried this for lunch to see how it compared to pho Brandon (just up the street). Place was empty (not a good sign). But we stuck it out. Summer roll was ok. He had beef pho and I had chicken. Not bad. Not great. Just so-so. Pho Brandon a Ton more flavorful. And. We eat a lot of pho. We are from NY and have tried dozens of places so I think my review is spot on read more

We know what to expect when we order certain food, we've been eating Vietnamese food everywhere but this is the only place that does not give the vegetables that suppose to come with "Bun Bo Hue (spicy beef noodle) " so i asked the waiter , and his smart mouth respond was this is not California" ..... we were speechless after all. The pork buns are a must try, it tastes like they are smoking the pork belly which really elevated the flavor. The cucumber salad is a refreshing bite between the buns and the ramen. Take out or dine in the food is always top tier. I will say the service can be hit or miss depending on how busy they get, but that comes with a small mom and pop shop feel. Would recommend trying if you're a ramen fan. You won't regret it.
