We moved to Castle Rock about a year ago from Highlands Ranch. Moving south had its PROS/CONS, one of the cons were; I was moving away from my favorite dish, PHO! I was relieved when I found that there was a pho restaurant in the area, Pho 777. To my dismay, its the only one in CR! It's really hit or miss when we eat here. I can literally live off pho so I have to eat this at least once a month if not more. Within the last year, we have been here a handful of times to satisfy my cravings. There are times when the food is awesome, to mediocre, to the broth being bland, to receiving a total different order. In fact, when my husband received a seafood Pho order over his regular combination, we let the waiter know, he apologized and offered to get the correct order but my husband had already started eating and didn't want to make a big deal. This was a big disappointment, if there were other Pho restaurants in the area, that would have been my last visit. We are so happy to have Pho 777 here in Castle Rock. Those flavors and freshness is a wonderful treat every time we eat there or take it home. The last time we were there the meat looked weird, it was not the right color and it had many veins in it -we love pho, but are hesitant to go to this place again. I suggest the owner use a better quality of meat -whatever we had last time -it wasn't right. Thumbs down. read more

I've eaten here several times since they have opened. Their portions has gotten smaller and their service has gotten really poor. The servers are rude and don't really care for the business. They even get visibly irritated if not tipped to their liking. After getting ticked off about them. I've been here with my family multiple times as it's close to my parents house. When this place first opened delicious food and great service. Now the service is border line non existent. Rude is an understatement of what you'll experience here. The price needs to change on Yelp, this place isn't cheap, it's expensive and they raised prices and lowered quality. read more

I had a really hard time eating here. The place is just plain DIRTY!!! My plastic glass had seen better days and I wasn't sure if it was old or dirty. Every thing on the table was dirty including the napkin dispenser. When I went up to pay even the calculator they use was covered in grime. Our waiter smelled so bad of cigarettes it made me gag! My husband and I love this place!! The staff is always so friendly and smiling. Not to mention the food is delicious! We get the same thing almost every time but when we branch out and get a new dish we are always pleasingly surprised at how good it is. I take all my friends and family here for Pho and always recommend this place to everyone. With out a doubt one of our go-to's. BTW... the wonton's here are the best! TLDR: Incredibly fast, affordable, good show of Pho. And in Castle Rock to boot! This is perhaps the only place in Castle Rock to get Pho, but man is it a good one. I've eaten a lot of Pho all over the country, and I gotta say theirs is a pretty good show of the style. One thing I like, but others may not, is the "soup-nazi" vibe these guys have going. What you need to understand before going, is that these guys are fast as heck. As you walk through the door, they will probably loudly tell you to sit in a general area, and point. If you immediately tell them which Pho you want, it will be on your table in less than 5 minutes. This has been my experience on 3 or 4 occasions now. If you instead take your time browsing the menu or ask a lot of questions, they may not be the most helpful servers you've ever encountered. It's more like 2-3 guys team up to run all aspects of front-of-house here, rather than servers with sections. If you don't know what you want, just order Pho-Tai. Be aware that the large is massive, and I can't eat the whole thing at 200 lbs. Regular or small size is plenty of food. If you do want to branch out, they actually have better sesame chicken than most of the Chinese restaurants in the area. The spring rolls are generous as well. Just know that they like to work fast, and that is true of the take-out as well. Be on the way or ready to roll when you place your order, so that the broth doesn't cool while waiting on you. read more

Good pho and very friendly staff. The only downside is that they are no longer doing delivery. I'm not sure if it's temporary or permanent, but their current delivery guy quit because he wasn't making enough money. I'm not sure if they're working on a replacement, but I hope so. With winter coming, it would be nice to have hot pho delivered directly to our home. read more

Overall,very impressed with pho 777.the food served here holds up to some of the best that you can go to Castle rock. The broth itself is perfectly seasoned and it has a full robust flavor.they are also very generous with the sides like bean sprouts and they are always plenty of beef and stripe.i've tried Boba ,they make really awesome,the best Boba ever.you can choose many from many flavors exotic ones like taro or coconut (the taro is my favorite).
