I wanted to give a huge, heartfelt shoutout to the team at Pho 88 on Kiehl in Sherwood, AR for absolutely outstanding customer service!! Pho is a comfort food of mine. I had a really rough day today and my fiancé kindly bought us both some pho from Pho 88. We placed delivery online through DoorDash and about 30 minutes later, got a call from the dasher "Lasana" saying she couldn't find the address. I gave her specific, guided instructions on where we were. She then said "ok" and hung up. A few minutes later we got a message saying "your order has been left in a safe place" with no photos or further information. We searched the whole apartment complex and couldn't find out order. We were unsuccessful in our attempts to contact the driver, and our order wasn't showing up under my DoorDash account receipts or history, leading us to believe it was possibly a scam. My fiancé was livid, as this was the one small act of kindness he wanted to do in order to make my rough day a little bit better. We contacted Pho 88 regarding the misplacement (theft?) of our order. They were equally upset and not only fully remade our order free of charge, but offered to help in either receiving a refund from DoorDash or tracking down the scammer. What a pleasant surprise to find that Ms. Anne had bought this place. I visited last week with a co-worker assuming it was still owned by the previous person. The environment alone was a breath of fresh air. The menu has changed to a Chinese/Vietnamese mix so I had Chinese because I sat near the soup bar area and it looked and smelled so good- tasted even better... my co-worker ordered a bowl of pho, at first glance the broth was a little darker than we were accustomed but don't let that deceive you-it was AMAZING. Overall, I can't wait to go back with my family- it has a little bit of everything for even the pickiest of eaters. Anne was so sweet and everyone was so attentive to our needs. So me and my husband went to pho 88 normally I would get pho with sliced beef and meatballs. Good can never go wrong!! , but instead, I had the bright idea to try something different, which was. Bun bó huè why the hell I ate all of it and threw it all up so I'm gonna take That as a lesson to not get that again, but I'm not gonna lie. It was good as fuck. read more

The window was tinted so I was hesitant to go in or if it was even open but I am very glad that I did so! The place is clean and the staff is friendly. The food had huge portion and very delicious. I have tried the C10- the grilled pork and rice with eggs. I also have tried the X3-calamari with spicy seasoning. I recommend both of the items. read more

Pho 88 is our favorite restaurant for asian cuisine. I'm a big fan of their teriyaki chicken sticks. We also regularly get their fried rice with either beef or chicken. They seem to use better quality meats than other places that we have been. They really are great! read more

Best Pho I have had in Arkansas! I am from Northwest Arkansas and have been to all the pho spots around up there. First time to Pho 88 and it definitely gets my vote and most flavorful bowl of Pho in this state! Will be back every time I'm in town. read more
