Avalon Park~I took one star off for the very tiny portions, considering the high price tag ($42 for two small portions) and charging 3 % for using my debit card. A debit card is the same as cash. It is NOT a credit card. Most people don't carry a ton of cash anymore and to penalize them for using a debit card is not good for anyone's small business. For those two reasons, we probably will not be back. Let's get to the food! I was in the mood for pho and close by. Looked at the reviews here on YELP and decided to give them a try. We had the N2 Wagyu Lover pho. First off, I'm not exactly sure that this is actually Wagyu. Normally, it's very buttery and melts in your mouth. This Wagyu was a bit chewy. The brisket was Ok. Not quite as chewy as the Wagyu slices. Broth, which I am usually very picky about, was good. I felt like it had so much potential but just felt a little bit short. The portion size was much tinier than I am used to getting in other pho restaurants. I usually have enough for two large bowls. This one was just one small bowl. Our other dish was the R5, Wagyu sliced rice dish. The flavor was absolutely delicious. The marinade really made the entire dish. This one is worth ordering again, although the portion was very tiny. I was hoping I could share my food (pho & rice dish) with the hubs, but unfortunately this was a one person meal. Overall, service was great and the restaurant is really cute. Portion size and charging to use a cash card is not acceptable. I think this is a one and done for us considering how there are so many options in Avalon Park.

Everything about Pho Akaushi is amazing! The food quality, the presentation, the staff, the ambiance. This restaurant is a definite must if you are in the Avalon Park area. No wonder they won an award for best Vietnamese food! They deserve it and more!

Had an appt near by and decided to stop here to pick up some food to go! It's very cute inside and the people are so friendly! I got the Vietnamese ice coffee and it was delicious. Ordered the grilled pork sandwich and the shrimp spring rolls. Wow the sandwich was so good, the bread was crispy and the pork was juicy and had such good flavors. Spring rolls were fine too. I can't wait to return and try other items on the menu!

Macarons with the evidence of delish cremes in the back lol

Just tried this spot for the first time last night and I'm officially obsessed. The pho broth was incredible - super flavorful with a deep, layered spice profile that honestly beats a lot of the well-known spots in the Mills area. I had the meatball pho and it was perfection. Service was friendly and fast, and you can tell the owners genuinely care about their customers. The menu is really cool too with a fun Viet-French twist. For dessert, I got the crème brûlée and Set A macarons and WOW. The macarons were amaaaazing - the ube one alone is worth the drive, and the yuzu chocolate flavor was such a fun, unique combo. Portions were generous for both the food and desserts. Definitely adding this to my regular rotation and already planning my next visit.

A gem of a place! The hubs and I ventured into Avalon park for an Art fair and wanted to eat. We went to the another place that was not it and we went back to Pho bc it was packed when we walked by. The service is quick and friendly. The food was delicious for both of us. They have a very cute quiet ambience going with outside covered seating and a great pink picture wall! My hubs drink had just been added to the menu we were the first to order it and it was a hit! Don't miss out and go, this place is going to satisfy all the senses

Still love this place. They treat you like family. I live out of state and haven't been to eat here in three months and they still remembered me and asked me about my Mom. It meant a lot to me. They also won a huge award in July for the best Vietnamese place in the greater Orlando area, which is well deserved.

A wonderful spot in Avalon to grab some Asian fusion. Their menu features pho, banh mi sandwiches, rice dishes, noodle dishes, appetizers, as well as a French section. We tried the eggrolls as an appetizer and the grilled chicken rice dish and noodle dish. The eggrolls were so fresh and perfectly crispy, they were delicious! The rice and noodle dishes were also super tasty. The sauce on the chicken was flavorful without being overpowering. Everything seemed very fresh and on the healthier side which I appreciated. Service was great and we also spoke with the owner who was very friendly and welcoming. I loved sitting on the cute patio. Definitely worth a stop!

AKAUSHI PHO Banh Mi Sandwich was like a Hanoi Arby's or a Saigon Portillos with delicious pho broth for dipping

Pho? Queue me up for some. I think this is the place you want to go if you want delicious Pho. To be phair, I'm not an expert in pho, but I will say as someone who has eaten a lot of phood in general, the broth alone is satisfying A-PH. We went here when it phirst opened (2022?) and got a phew miscellaneous things (salad, crab rangoon, phried stuff, etc.) which was all good, but we didn't go back for another visit in a long time. We tried it again and I ordered the special Bahn mi which was a beef brisket filling with all of the other stuph EXCEPT the pickled veggies, and it came with a cup of pho for dipping. WOW! That combination was a pho king winner! It was like eating a Chicago Italian Beeph with au jus or an Arby's French Dip but a lot more rephined. The Noodle dish was a bit bland. The Bun Cha Gio was a noodle dish served with fried egg rolls and some other toppings. The noodles were really bland though and could have used a sauce or something. We added some pho broth to give them some phlavor. Bottom line, DRESS THOSE NOODS! The Bahn Mi was unique and I would say not 100% authentic, but I did like their take on it. The bread is all baked in house and was crispy, which took to the dipping very well. Ok, the 5 star dish of the show was the pho broth. Wow, it was silky smooth, rich in flavor with strong spice notes of cinnamon/clove/anise or something. I couldn't quite figure it out, but oh man, I slurped up every phatty drop of that nectar. Service was lacking as the woman working the front of the house was on the phone and phixing up the lighted tree while we were waiting to order. She was also busy doing many other things instead of checking the two tables that had people dining. She was nice, but just pre-occupied. I'd probably go back and order a full-on pho dish next time as that was the clear winner. The Pho Bahn Mi was a great way to try it if you're new to Pho. But I'd steer clear of the noodles dishes.

We have driven by this place 100 times and finally made the smart choice and stopped by for a quick weekday lunch. Immediately upon walking in it felt like entering someone's home rather than a restaurant- which I knew meant the flavors would be on point. We started with the cheese wontons. Flavorful, fresh, and not at all oily from the fryer. My husband got the grilled pork noodles with all the accompaniments. The pork was crispy and charred and delicious. However, I definitely chose the better meal. This was Bahn Mi meets French Dip sandwich with Pho as the Jus. Absolutely amazing and several days later I am craving the crunch of the pickled veg, the crispy charred meat and delicious fresh baked bread. This sandwich is baked fresh to order and takes some extra time but it's worth every second.

This is by far my new favorite Pho spot!!! The tofu egg rolls shocked me because I'm not a tofu fan! We went as part of a group food run event and EVERYONE loved EVERYTHING we ate!! The service was wonderful. The owner and her brother made us feel welcomed and they made awesome suggestions! They take food seriously! I'm going for a date night to try something new!

Driven passes place numerous times, but decided to finally stop in and try their pho. Customer service is some of the best I have ever had, everyone is extremely friendly, and went over the entire menu in depth on what exactly to expect. Had a few different appetizers, french fries, as well as the truffle edamame. I think next time we're gonna get the truffle french fries. I got the Wagyu lovers pho and I couldn't have been more pleased. Some of the most tender beef and brisket wrapped up into a warm bowl of heavenly goodness. Keep in mind I'm not a big Pho guy but this place warmed my soul. 100% will be back to try other items. Highly recommend them

    Grilled Chicken Vermicelli
    Shaji L.

The hosts were very welcoming and patient. Food came out in 5-10mins. The Grilled Chicken Vermicelli is savory, light and addictive. The ambience is a mixture of a boba shop and a small Italian restaurant. Food coming out quick, hosts are charismatic, you hear the food being cooked in the kitchen and see various speakers, plushies and various decor sprinkled throughout the space.

    Waiting for our bobas!

This is a newer addition to the Avalon Park area in Orlando. My mom and I stopped by during the big neighborhood Easter celebration for some boba teas. As usual, we opted for the Ube flavored boba and the owner recommended the Coconut flavored boba. The Coconut flavored one was just OK. Probably wouldn't order it again. Didn't have much flavor. Let me start by saying that the service was great and the restaurant was very pretty inside, but they definitely need to step up their game with the bobas. I love that they have handy carriers on the cups for to-go orders, but I was really disappointed with the depth of flavor. Both bobas were definitely lacking in sweetness and richness. Definitely needed more of whatever Ube or Coconut base they use for their milk tea. They were NOT sweet enough. I've been drinking delicious ones for over 20 years, so there is room for improvement regarding the milk teas here. The actual chewiness and consistency of the tapioca pearls were perfect. We purchased some marinated grilled pork and grilled chicken on sticks as well as their spring rolls, grilled pork balls and fried cream cheese wontons they were selling à la carte. It's never acceptable to serve food that's suppose to be hot COLD. I know this was a neighborhood event, but simple Sterno fuel with chafing dishes to keep the food warm is a no brainer. First impressions. It could have been better...

From the moment I walked in, the welcoming atmosphere and incredible aromas set the stage for a fantastic dining experience. I ordered a traditional beef pho with added oxtails, and it exceeded all expectations. The broth was rich, deeply flavorful, and clearly simmered with care for hours. Every spoonful delivered a perfect balance of savory spices and comforting warmth. The beef was tender ano plentiful, while the fresh herbs, bean sprouts, lime, and jalapeños allowed me to customize each bite exactly to my taste. I also added tendon which was so delicious and melted in your mouth! The portion size was generous, making it an excellent value, and everything tasted exceptionally fresh. I also tried a Vietnamese iced coffee, which provided the perfect sweet and bold complement to the meal. Whether you're a longtime pho enthusiast or trying Vietnamese cuisine for the first time, this restaurant is well worth a visit. First, the staff deserves credit--their energy and kindness were 10/10. The person I interacted with was friendly and welcoming. The food itself was good, but I was disappointed that my order was made incorrectly. I specifically asked for only tomatoes and pickles on my burger, but it came with cheese and a sauce. Luckily, I was planning to eat just the patty, so I was able to rinse it off, but if I had intended to eat it as a regular burger, it would have completely ruined the meal as the bun was covered in the sauce. My sub was excellent, and I appreciated the staff's sauce recommendations. However, I was surprised that the homemade sauce came with a $1.10 charge for each side of sauce--that feels pretty excessive. To make matters worse, I didn't even receive one of the sauces I paid for. I understand they are homemade but it is a 1.5 oz container... My biggest disappointment, though, was the chips. It may sound minor, but when a meal is priced and advertised as a complete meal, you'd expect a reasonable portion. The "side" of chips was literally about seven whole chips' worth, mostly crushed into pieces. It was especially disappointing when compared to the portion of fries. Overall, the food has a lot of potential, and the staff was fantastic, but the incorrect order, extra sauce charges, missing sauce, and tiny chip portion really took away from the experience. My advice: upgrade the chips so you actually get a side, double-check your order before you leave (even if there's no one else in there) , and be aware that the sauces cost extra.
