Ordered online this time and it was my first time getting pho here. I didn't know they had recommendations for various meat/broth combinations since I was ordering online, so I did chicken base pho with double chicken protein and a beef base with double steak protein. The topping counter had moved, but it was plenty full, so I was able to stock up while my order was being prepared. It took about 15-20 mins since ordering to actually obtain my food - which was during dinner rush, so major props to the spee of service! Both broths were amazing! I think the beef was a little more salty to me, but it was still amazing with some hoisin mixed in! I don't usually write reviews after a single meal at a restaurant, but I felt compelled to do so in this case because it left an impression. I want to note that this location was clean and the staff was friendly, so the star I did give above one star was because it seemed reasonably well run. The pho I was served was not fit for a restaurant. I understand that pho varies in quality by restaurant, and the Vietnamese restaurants that specialize in pho or have it as the emphasis on their menu have, by far, the best pho in my experience. The pho I was served was about the saltiest pho I have ever been served in my life, and it tasted only vaguely of beef stock. The preparation of the soup base was deficient and it should not have been served to customers. In addition, the beef round was already fully cooked when served in the pho, meaning it turned well done, making it tough. This was the worst pho I have had in at least two decades. I am not exaggerating when I say I have had instant "pho" from convenience stores and Costco that was less salty than this one. It was Maruchan Instant Lunch packet level salty. I suppose it was oddly nostalgic, even, because I had the gross feeling I'd have after gorging on instant ramen in college. I don't know the best practices for pho in Vietnam. I've mostly been eating pho in California and Oregon, including with some frequency at Pho Hoa, a well-known pho chain. But this pho is $16 a bowl and it is not up to a minimal restaurant standard. I came by because I didn't want to drive all the way to East Colonial Drive or Mills Ave to my favorite joints during rush hour. I should've just endured the traffic instead. I have not tried the chicken pho, so I don't know if it has the same issues. But I don't think I'll be returning, as in all honesty, the beef pho was ghoulish and that first impression will be hard to erase. read more

Can't go wrong with Vietnamese food! Great food, great coffee, a whole new nation of flavor! My go to is the chicken rice bowl with pickled vegetables and a fried egg. It's so flavorful and savory! I usually take it to go because the searing is limited. They have a small dining area, but it only has a few tables and a bar area to sit. The staff are always kind, and helped a lot when I was going through a vegetarian phase. Excellent experienced the couple of times I've been here. A smaller location located near UCF with a medium sized parking lot. It's easy to get in and out of from University. Once you're inside you'll order at the cash register from the menu that's above the cash area on the display screens or you can grab a menu if that's easier. Once you order they'll bring your meal out based on a number given to you at the cash register. Food is all made fresh to order, and there are a few ways you can modify your order if desired. I usually do the ramen bowl with beef broth, a protein, and some veggies. I like to get extra noodles so I can share with my daughter and it's more than enough for both of us. Easy parking right out front. Let's start with the tofu summer rolls - great crispy tofu, noodles, and iceberg lettuce... but that was it! Was expecting some more fill ins like veggies, mint etc so it was a bit underwhelming. Came w a peanut sauce. Next - the tofu bites. These were delicious and seasoned, 10/10. The pork bahn mi - decent, more fusion/ americanized (words of my viet bf). Lastly, the tofu entre bowl. It was good, but I wish it had an adequate amount of pickled veg. This is hands down the best pho place I've found in the last 4 years I've lived in Orlando. We always love getting the double eye round steak pho; recently we've always added an order of Banh Mi as well. Service was quick and food came out hot and delicious. The shop itself to sit in and eat in was a little on the smaller side and it always seems like it's full every time we go. However surprisingly enough we always find a table for two and it actually makes it even homier when it's a little on the smaller side. Today my friend Matt and I decided to go to the Winter Park location of Vietnam's. It was a little bit busy when we arrived around 1:30; we waited outside for a bit for people to leave and then we grabbed a spot inside. For lunch today I had a $16 bowl of pho with tofu, and brisket and a chicken broth. I absolutely love the portion size here it was enough for me to eat as well as to take some home. They have to go containers for your pho as well as what meal you get and Styrofoam containers. My friend Matt had the crispy tofu with the green scallions on top and a Coca-Cola. It's meal was around eight dollars. If you haven't been to this location it is the same as their Alafaya Trail location however I think it's a bit smaller they don't have any boots they have a lot of tables and chairs but they do have two sets of outdoor seating! 10/10 Definitely recommend read more

I LOVE Viet Nomz for the tofu pho. I always get tofu on the side to keep it crispy. I used to come here all the time for your cliche morning after pho hangover cure, but the whole Viet Nomz experience really did the job. Their music is always good and the energy in house is always up so it helps when you need a pick me up! Today 2/15/25, I ordered take out to meet some friends for lunch. 3 banh mis and a pork rice plate with eggs. Side of tofu. Tofu was on pointtt flavor wise even though it was soggy. It was packaged in the plastic cylinder container so all the moisture is trapped and made it soggy by the time I picked up and got it home (might've been in there 15-25 min to be fair). But I would suggest maybe storing it in the small square styrofoam container to retain the crispy texture. Whatever flavors they toss it in are 10/10. Everything should taste like that! All the banh mi people were satisfied. Two pork and one chicken. One of the pork banh mi got an egg too and they said the saltiness of the meat complemented the salt less egg and bread well. Meanwhile.....my pork and rice was WILDLY salty. I don't say this lightly because I can handle my salt, I promise you. I think this batch was over marinated or in general over salted. I would eat one tiny bite with rice and some of the egg to even it out. I don't hold this against them because like I said, I've been to this exact location multiple times so I think this time was a fluke. Matcha lemonade just tasted like lemonade, not very matcha at all. But the lemonade was really good! Not too sweet or too tart. 4.6 stars how??? Ive passed by the Lake Mary location countless times and on this day I wanted a banh mi so I was thinking why not try the location in Winter Park since it's closer to me. I initially wanted a classic banh mi but that wasnt an option so I opted for pork. My wife got the same in a taco. We got tofu bites and fresh spring rolls (not picture) for apps. Out of everything the tofu bites were probably the best and they were average. They were at least hot but the seasoning could be improved. The fresh spring rolls were 90% rice noodles. Yes I know fresh spring rolls are mostly rice noodles but not this much rice noodle. The flavor of the peanut sauce was even basic. At least put fresh peanuts on top for crunch. Now to mains. Although the banh mi itself was ok, the pork was WAY too salty. My wife who had the same pork in her taco agreed. I couldn't finish the sandwich. The entire time I sat there to eat I noticed the majority of the business was togo. Doordash? Uber Eats? Idk, but maybe thats where the positive reviews are coming from. Im baffled. I came here six years ago and loved the food. It was actually one of my first real experiences with Vietnamese cuisine, as I had very recently moved to this real city of Orlando. Now that my statute of limitation had passed, I was able to go back and try it again! We got a few things take-out and enjoyed it with our cats watching some TV. First came the Banh Mi (Vietnamese sub, served pork, topped with pickled carrots & daikon, shredded cucumber, cilantro, and smeared with aioli butter on a French hoagie). This was excellent. Just like a po' boy, the entire sandwich hinges on the bread. This French hoagie roll was nice and soft, but also did a great job of containing all of the ingredients. Juicy, succulent pork and tons of fresh veg made this a really good banh mi. Then came the Summer Rolls (2) Vietnamese fresh-wrapped rolls, with steamed shrimp, vermicelli noodles, basil leaf, and shredded lettuce. Served with our homemade Peanut Sauce) and Spring Rolls (2) Vietnamese fried spring rolls, wrapped with pork, noodles, and shredded vegetables. Served with our Nuoc-Nom Fish Sauce). Very delicious. The summer rolls could have used one more shrimp in there, but the existing shrimp were large and plump. Love the noodles and the freshness of all the veg. Dip it in that thick, creamy peanut sauce, and boom, amazing. Spring rolls were very crispy, not too oily, and perfectly soaked up that fish sauce. Yummy. We finished off with a big bowl of Pho Noodle Soup (Vietnamese noodle soup served with Eye Round Steak and Beef Balls, white onions, scallions, cilantro and your choice of herbs from our Herb Bar). Deliciousss. A nice, deeply flavored broth, meats were wonderfully tender, and when you get it to-go, they give you the broth separately so you can pour it in separately. I've read the reviews; I've seen the awards. So I jumped at the chance to stop here while in the area. The location leans toward the older with limited but enough seating the evening I visited. The menu board made ordering pretty straight-forward to choose between Pho Soup, Rice/Noodle Bowls, Tacos, Bahn Mi, and Baos. I chose the Entre bowl with rice and chicken, and agreed to include the fried egg. My wife chose an Entre Bowl as well but asked for modifications. The young woman taking the order was very friendly, helpful and tailored the bowl. She made sure to inform us about the free herb and sauce bars. Our dishes arrived in a reasonable amount of time and we enjoyed the bowls. The freshness and taste sealed my taste buds enjoyment, and I only added additional Spicy Nom Sauce because I love sauces. Prior to eating the bowl, I added more sprouts from the herb bar and I add this fact because somehow I missed the obvious labeling on the sneeze guard. As a result, I missed out on Thai Basil among other things! Do check out the herb bar!! This spot has been on my must-try list for a while, and I finally ordered via Uber Eats. I got the pork summer roll, spring roll, and beef pho. The pho is fantastic -- generous, good-quality meat, and they included all the proper fixings (bean sprouts, jalapeño, basil, hoisin, and sriracha) so you get the full experience. Loved it! The summer roll, though, missed the mark. It had just one thin sliver of pork, and the rest was mostly shredded iceberg lettuce. The peanut sauce, however? 10/10. The spring roll was underwhelming and reminded me of the kind you'd find at Costco or a local grocery store -- not bad, but nothing special. That said, I really appreciate their cute, thoughtful packaging and the fact that each dish came with its own sauce -- a big plus in my book. I have a feeling their banh mi, baos, or bowls might be where they really shine, so I'd definitely be willing to give them another try -- maybe in person next time. I'll update when I do! read more

Yum! I ordered the PHO Noodle Soup with Beef, Brisket. I received it (delivered to my door) within 20 minutes, which is pretty quickly. I additionally received it very hot which was pleasant since it definitely did not require any microwave intervention. The meal was perfect in size, protein addition, and broth addition. There was a side packet of jalapenos, mien type noodles (sorry, not sure what they are called), and seasonings. They also included chopsticks, a large plastic soup spoon, and a fork to appease all types of utensil users.
