Made me want to leave out immediately without ordering food. I ordered the beef Pho and the meat was really tough and fatty. Went to try this pho place after randomly finding it in maps. I went in with no expectations and got the pho with the meat I usually get. The vegetable platter was enough and the soup base tasted on par. The only issue I had was with the meat. I gotten three types of meat to go in my pho: beef eye of round, tripe and brisket. The brisket was great, however the beef eye of round was very dry and thick. The tripe was plain not chewable and doesn't taste right. Other than those complaint the pho was not too bad. read more

Bun Rieu is one of my favorite Vietnamese dishes and this place has THE best Bun Rieu in all of Dallas, honestly the best bun rieu I've had in a restaurant at all tbh. The portion is huge for the price and lasts me at least 2 meals. I really like all the toppings (cha lua, fried tofu, cha ca) they include in it and the broth is so so so flavorful. I used to eat bun bo Hue at Pho Tay Do all the time. However after trying bun bo Hue here, I think this is it. Their bun bo Hue is very authentic. It tastes exactly like the one I ate growing up in Vietnam. Flavorful broth and lots of meat. The beef flank in the soup is so moist and soft. Make sure to put chili oil in your bun bo Hue (if you like spicy). The bowl size over here is much bigger than other places. I ordered a regular bowl and it felt like a large bowl. Their menu looks really good. I definitely will come back for their Bun Rieu. Also keep in mind that they close on Monday. read more

We have tried their spring rolls, egg rolls, bun bo hue, bun rieu, pho tai bo vien, and che ba mau. Everything is delicious. The pho broth was full of flavor, not watered down. Regular bowl is plenty. We couldn't finish the bowl and it felt like endless noodles and enough meat in bowl too. We normally order two meat in one bowl. My favorite appetizer is definitely their egg rolls more than spring rolls. My only complaint is I wish they provided more lettuce on the plate. It is one lettuce, some pickled veggies, two cucumbers and two egg rolls in one order. The egg rolls taste so freshly made and hot out of the fryer. Spring rolls were ok, they lacked the right proportions of meat to lettuce. I definitely prefer the bun rieu over the bun bo hue. They are two very different dishes. Both are great options if you're feeling a different noodle based dish other than pho. Disappointed in bun bo hue since it was missing porks blood, my husband says that is the best part. Hopefully it was maybe a miss just for the first time. It was also definitely spicy! Bun rieu is great if you want something crabby and flavorful. Lastly, che ba mau was great! So glad they have it at this restaurant. Most places we have been to have it listed on menus but actually never have it. I'm obsessed with their Bún bò Huế. It's literally to die for. It's got such a rich broth. It's sooo good. No other places can compare. Sitting down at the restaurant can be quite fine. I do enjoy their staff. They are really attentive and friendly most days. Overall very nice place to chill with a friend to have a Jasmine Tea Lemonade! They sure lived up to their reputation. Pho An had many tables and space for many customers. I only came here specifically for their Bun Bo and was satisfied. They served with lots of tasty, chewy yet perfect quality meat In my opinion. They even had actual peppers and offered to cut them for me. The people there were really nice. Nice little pho place in a side strip mall. I came here during a weekday for lunch and there were plenty of parking. The place is a traditional Vietnamese style joint down to the furniture and tiles. Love the vibe. Ordered a BBH large. 5 mins later the Food is here with a side of fresh veggies. The broth is good but lack complexity. Doesn't have the bold flavor I was hoping for. The portion is not too bad. It has all the essential ingredients of a BBH, pork feet, pork blood and fish cake. But they were cold inside which was a bit disappointing. The total was about $18+ including tips, not too bad but it wasn't too good. I am mild about this place. They close on Monday. read more

Meat portions smaller than Pho Bac. The Pho broth was ok but I prefer Pho Bac for their broth, good portions, and good service.

The bun bo hue here was extremely flavorful and they definitely do not skimp out on the portion size and ingredients. Loved the pig feet in my bun bo hue and I left here so stuffed from just one bowl of noodles. The fried egg rolls are enjoyable, but I would say I prefer pho bacs fried egg rolls more. Service was pretty quick and you pay at the counter. Looks like your traditional asian mom and pop shop, only complaint is that the floor was very sticky when we came. read more

Excellent joint for good authentic pho for a reasonable price. The flavor of the pho broth tastes homemade and full of flavor. The Vietnamese egg rolls here are good too. My only criticism is that 1 order of egg rolls should come with more than just two. It should be 3 or 4. But other than that I have no complaints about this place! I had the (pho dac biet) which is beef noodle soup with eye-round steak, brisket, beef ball, soft tendon, and flank. I had the medium bowl since those Pho bowls are huge! The deep fried rolls were really good. The orange duck sauce was good. The entire meal without tip was $12.12. Not bad. The place is clean and has lots of room if you wanted to have a large group gathering. Noted they also have multiple TV's located throughout the restaurant. I was the only customer in here so not sure how the process of payment works. Do I wait for a bill or just pay at the register? It was slightly awkward. I went to the register and they had a receipt for me. My table was already bussed when I turned around. You would have never known I was just sitting at a table just seconds ago! Spooky! There was a crawling german coach roach at the entrance to restroom, the other side of the wall separated the kitchen area, also a dead coach roach on the floor behind our table. The restroom door is so dirty, was hesitating to use the knob but I had a alcohol soaked wipe at hand. The dining area floor look greasy and full of shoes prints, like it was never mopped. Got the feel for Bún Riêu! This noodle soup has a soup base for seafood lovers I like my noodles a little chewier- it was probably boiling for a bit longer than I usually like, and since the noodles are so thin it's a bigger factor- but this broth was I usually like getting bun bo hue but decided to try a different broth this time. This is located on a random strip on Plano road and Campbell across the street from 24 hour fitness. Its pretty clean in comparison to its surrounding competitors. They've also got quick and friendly service! We had two people coming by regularly (but not too much) to bring us our food and check on how we liked it. I was craving pho one morning and trying to grab it as an early lunch before my 11:30 am class. Unfortunately most places only open at 11, which is too late for me. I got lucky with Pho An as they were open 9:30. I was quickly seated after walking into the nearly empty restaurant. This is expected as it was still quite early, before the lunch rush. I ordered the combination pho and a Vietnamese coffee. Both items came out quickly and were on point. While nothing was spectacular, the food came out quickly and both had very large portions.
