Went there around 7 pm and got a seat right away. But no food until after 8 pm. My wife and I got up to leave when rushed over and said we are next. By walking around, I saw 4 other tables eating. Each of them came in after us and some of them with the same dishes that we ordered. The food finally got there, the service was sensitive to any requests at that point. Everything tasted good so no complaints about the taste. The owner and hostess apologized but no reduction of charged items, no discount, no coupons, .... no good. When it's December in the South, go for the Pho! I had a myriad of Pho options in DC and feel I have a good overview of better to best. This place is good and the service was a plus. I was a bit disappointed with my Pho Ga, very little chicken and the vermicelli noodles were clumped together at the bottom. A little pricey as well but I don't know of too many other options in Fort Mill. read more

I keep wondering why I come back here... on the weekends when it isn't busy you'll wait an hour for food. The sushi is good for the price. Pho is just ok but we get it. The main server is friendly but rarely asks if we need anything and the drinks will sit empty on the edge of the table for 25 minutes. 3 tables got their food before we did and we ordered before them. This has happened multiple times specifically on the weekend. If you can't get more help please put people on a wait. We were here for 75 minutes and got our pho 50 minutes in to dining. A friend and I went in last night for dinner. We come here often, at least once a week and we always get the same exact thing every single time. But I noticed that my card is getting charged a different amount every single time. I didn't realize it until I actually got a receipt for my transaction. Come to find out, they added a $4 tip ON TOP OF what I tipped in cash. I called earlier to speak to a manager because this is stealing. This was my first visit and definitely will not be my last! As a fellow Vietnamese person this pho was amazing! I wasn't feeling well and this broth brought back going to the restaurant that my parents would take me. The noddles and broth are authentic and while people have different taste buds this is authentic from the broth to the choice of noddles! The sushi was also fresh and delicious as a person who eats sushi often this place has it down! As for people who hate on the staff they were nice and to the point which is what I like they ask you for the order and being the items when it's ready. The guy even asked if it was okay our pho came first before the sushi which was nice. I said it didn't matter because for me whatever tastes good if the main point. They were not rude at all just were nice and did their job. For some people they may come off as rude since they didn't make a lot of small chat but if the food is good and they are being nice that's the best. Just cause a server doesn't have a full on conversation doesn't mean they were trying to be rude. They have things to do and came to check on us a few times if we needed anything too. This place used to be great before it changed ownership. Quality went down and I gave up after they started charging me $2.00 when I asked for soy sauce and chili oil with my takeout orders. There is no charge for the condiments when I eat in store, so I can't imagine why they would charge me to get them with my take-out order. Best pho I've had in a really long time. Beef pho with brisket tendon and flank. Little on the pricey side... but I'd rather pay a few extra bucks here and know it's going to be on point. Only recommendation is to provide more bean sprouts. Edit: so I started this review just a few bites into my bowl. After finishing my medium sized bowl, I realized that this bowl had more meat and noodles then large or extra large bowls that I get in other places. I do usually go for the biggest size, but I went with medium hair because the price. I am full! You def get your monies worth here and I can't tell you enough how good it al was. Had a less than average experience. The sushi was think and cut into an elongated cubes. It had three slices of cucumbers with yellow seeds in it. Definitely not for cleaning the pallet. The girl brought out my appetizer and main course at the same time. I had to tell her to take it back and wait for me to finish my sushi. The out side tables were dirty. I ask her to clean it for me. When she returned with a wet towel, she wiped it a few strikes. I asked for the wet cloth and cleaned the chair and table myself. The pho had no taste. My guess is it's an old broth and all they did was add water and salt this morning. I had to ask for fish sauce to balance it out. My experience was poor, less than average. My sister got the teriyaki beef and it tasted extremely smoky. It was a little overpowering for a teriyaki dish. The pho though was very delicious. It had lots of flavor. It tasted like there was some hoisin sauce in the broth though so some may not enjoy that. The tai is very soft but the color was a bit off. Last night my sister, friends and I decided to try Pho and Sushi for the first time. When my sister and I got there we asked for table with booths. The lady behind the register cleaned one for us and we sat down. We told the host that we were waiting for our two friends to arrive. We were ignored for 15-20 min before I flagged a waitress down to take our drink orders we also gave her our app orders. My sister and I ordered Gyozas, the waitress asked if we wanted them steamed or fried, we both decided steamed, Tofu Rolls and Sushi for our apps. The apps came out 10 mins later, the gyozas were barely lukewarm. Our friends arrived and we ordered our entrees. I ordered #13 Spicy Beef Soup. 15-20 mins later our food comes. Side Note: I've had Pho several times before never at Pho and Sushi. I seasoned up my pho with everything that comes with it. When I go for my first bite the soup was down right cold basil leaves were rotted, noodles were slimy and regular angel hair pasta noodles were used in my pho. Not even the vermicelli rice noodles. The soup was down right disgusting. I call my waitress over and told her everything that was wrong w my order. She goes to tell me that I have to pay for what I ordered as well as pay for whatever I chose next. I didn't even touch my soup, the bowl was completely full. I asked for her manager she goes to say "I'll go get my manager, if she feels like talking". I was shocked to say the least. The manager comes out and her attitude was even more disgusting than our servers! I told her everything that was wrong with my food and she followed up with "Sorry ma'am, we cannot take the food off of the bill, you have to pay for it and order something else" I asked her if I could order something for the same price, she told me no and says "You were suppose to know what comes in your soup, what am I going to do with the soup you wasted? I cannot REUSE the items in the soup so it's waste". WHY ON EARTH WOULD YOU REUSE ANY KIND OF FOOD THAT HAS BEEN EATEN OFF OF!!! At that point I've heard enough! I told the manager that I was not paying for something that I didn't even eat or wasn't fresh. I could not believe they were so rude. They said it was store policy that if a customer didn't like what they ordered they still have to pay for it but in my case it was about freshness and food being cold. They waitress brought us our bills. She had charged us for the uneaten soup and for steaming our Gyozo when she gave us the option and didn't tell us it was a charge for cooked preferences. They waitress and managers watched us like a hawk to make sure we paid. Like I told them, I wasn't paying for something I didn't eat. I paid our bill minus the cost of my soup do y'all know the manager had the men from the back come to the dining area to make sure we paid. I placed my money on the table. As we walked out i heard the waitress yell out something n the men damn near chased us to our cars. I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN. read more
