Good Service and food. It was packed for sure we came at dinner time. So a small wait but worth it. I tried a bowl with grilled pork, grilled Shrimp and one egg roll with Vermicelli noodles. It was good and had a ton of flavor in the meat. The young man that took our order was really nice! He was attentive even though they were busy busy! Oh and The Vietnamese coffee was great. The coffee came to the table with the whole get up meaning you steep and pour your own coffee. Super Cool. First time I have seen it served this way but I enjoyed the experience. Oh man I love Vietnamese food. I've gone to many looking for the perfect spring roll and this one is definitely my favorite. It's the perfect balance of vermicelli noodles, shrimp, grilled pork, lettuce, Thai basil, and mint. I get mine with the fish sauce. My go to dishes are; P10, Bún Bò Huế - Hue Styled Soup - $10.75 Thick rice noodle in spicy beef flavored soup with beef and pork. The pork is so good and hard to find at other spots. B3. Bún Chả Giò Bò Nướng - $11.75 Grilled marinated pork and egg roll with rice vermicelli C3. Cơm Tấm Tôm Thịt Nướng - Grilled Pork and Shrimp - $11.75 Grilled Marinated Pork slices, grilled shrimps, slices of cucumber, tomato, and lettuce over broken rice. Very similar to B3 but less lettuce and rice instead of noodles. The grilled pork is so delicious, a definite do not miss. My daughters love the pho. I don't understand the high ratings. It was OK, and we were able to bring our own wine, which was a plus. We were there at 5 and had spring rolls, which had been made some time ahead because they were tough/chewy and calamari that was way over breaded. The Pho was good but nothing special. The staff at this restaurant is always nice to interact with. Their beef phở is pretty tasty. Their rice plates are also flavorful. But today, I decided to deviate from the usual and try the chicken curry with rice. I regretted my decision. Even though everything was fresh, the dish could use more flavors. My spouse ordered the bánh xèo (sizzling crêpe), served along with lettuce and herbs and dipping sauce. The crêpe itself could be a little crispier, but was pretty good overall. I finished all but half of broth. Big bowl for 10.95. Shared egg rolls w wife. She had Kung POW Chicken. No leftovers. I've enjoyed Pho in several different Vietnamese restaurants but never had chunks of brisket. I promised to return if in area and that we did. I'd give this place 4.5 stars if I could. It was very good, I felt like the broth could have had a little more flavor. I ordered the special, beef short rib pho. The short ribs were delicious and the meat fell off the bone. As with all pho places, love the fresh veggies to put in it. I wish they cut the jalapenos short ways instead of on the diagonal. Is this my new favorite pho spot? Not sure yet but so far the last two times I have been here has been a good experience. You do have to wait to get seated because the place is pretty small and they have to space out dining tables for the pandemic. They do have benches and heaters outside to help with your wait. Service is good, they check on your pretty often. Food is yummy. I've had the pho with everything on it.. the first time it had a weird taste but I figure out the second time that it was the chili oil that I like to add to my pho.. so next I'm going to not add chili oil. I got the number one extra large egg noodles, but no meatball there was seven people in our party. My sister got the Kung pal chicken. We got spring rolls, coconut, shrimp, and fried eggrolls. Spring rolls 5/10 Coconut shrimp 6/10 Eggrolls 7/10 The broth was very bland. The meat looked pretty old. The eggrolls was the best meal. Everyone complains about their broth. Maybe it was just an off day. The service was exceptional place is super clean. The staff are super cool I'm just not sure about the Pho I guess I'm spoiled. We tried to visit this location months ago and the wait was so long and since we were on a time crunch unfortunately we didn't get a chance to eat here until today. We had a long day of school shopping ahead of us so we decided to eat first. We were greeted quickly and seated. The location is small, but there was a larger table available. Once available though we were able to move to a booth. The menu is t very large, but so many great choices to choose from. We decided on the spicy garlic green beans, chicken pho and the seafood pho. Everything came out quick with a full jar of water to refill our drinks. Service was timely and we never had to ask for anything. The food was so delicious. My seafood pho had so much shrimp and crab, yum! Both my girls were happy with their items as well. The green beans were full of flavor and not soggy, but crispy. Prices were fare and location clean.
