The Crawfish pho was enjoyable with heavy flavors and strong umami, it's definitely worth trying sometimes to change it up, but their real star is their everyday beef pho. It's beefy, umami yet still mild. Their thin banh pho tuoi noodles are my favorite type, chewy with a mochi like consistency yet has a smooth mouthfeel, it's similar texture to the golden palace brand in supermarkets. I came with a friend around on a Tuesday around 6:30 and there was no wait. (It did start filling up more while we were eating). They provide a big water pitcher do you are able to pour yourself water. There is also a drawer to get your own utensils. The food was pretty good and the price was awesome. The menu is pretty big, lots to order from. Staff were friendly in giving their opinion about food (couldn't decide on which scallop). What a unique way to mix pho and crawfish. I absolutely loved the crawfish pho. I was thinking it might taste fishy but it didn't whatsoever. The soup has a Cajun twist to it. It was so flavorful and heartwarming. Love a good bowl of pho and now w this twist, I'll def be back here again for it. The scallops were good but they didn't wow me much. It was so hard to eat since the scallop was stuck to the shell and hard to scoop with bits of peanuts in it. I didn't love it. Could've done without that appetizer. We also got Bo Ne which came out sizzling hot and a side of warm crunchy baguette. You know we devoured everything. The only thing is they came out a side of salad which look a bit old. Pho Crawfish is a newer restaurant in Rosemead, so we decided to give it a try. The food was actually pretty good and we enjoyed what we ordered! Unfortunately, the food took a VERY long time to come out, which definitely took away from the experience. My husband got the sizzling steak plate, and while it tasted good, the portion was pretty small for how much it cost. I got the mango squid salad, and that was ALSO a very small portion for the price. I definitely expected a little more food for what we were paying. There was also a woman working who seemed to be managing the staff, and she was constantly running around and loudly yelling at employees throughout our meal. The whole atmosphere felt so hectic that watching her stress out was starting to give ME anxiety. Overall, the food itself was pretty good and has potential, but between the long wait, small portions for the price, and chaotic atmosphere, the experience could definitely use some improvement. Since they're still fairly new, hopefully they can work out the service and overall flow. I'd be willing to give them another try once they've had a little more time to settle in. read more

Reminds me of pho boga//all in crab. Glad that i can get pho and crawfish again. Broth was good, it wasnt super salty and pretry flavorful. They give you an option to choose between fresh and dry noodle. I think the dry one is the normal pho noodles. The fresh one wasnt bad either though. The crawfish was okay but i would get it again if i want both. Since they are still new i guess service was okay. Not minusing stars because it looks like family owned and probably the first time serving. Hopefully, it will get better as they learn. They didnt give the salt pepper and lime when the crawfish came out. We had to ask and the waitress wasnt too sure. Same thing when i asked for crawfish. 08/24/2026 I wanted to try this place ever since I saw the sign. When I walked in and sat down, the guy told me $9 pho special for Soft Opening. I did not ask when the Grand Opening is going to happen. I got 2 menus with full color. I looked through both menus carefully. I asked about the dry crawfish pho if this had the soup broth or not. Yes, it has the soup broth but I wanted the rare brisket meat and tendon. I also ordered half dozen oysters from the other menu. This is a nice quiet place with lots of room for a big party or something. Oysters came to the table first and definitely looked good. Appearance was a little dry so the limes definitely helped. I had hoped for super fresh but these were not bad. The pho was in this big metal bowl and delicious broth. I wanted to ask for more noodles but this bowl was just right. I really liked the white onions in vinegar. That really made it more refreshing each time I had a slice of onion. It was like a palate cleanser. The medium rare meat was flavorful and tender. The bread was hot and perfect. The broth was bold, rich, and flavorful--you can really taste the Cajun flavors blended into the traditional pho beef bone broth. It's such a unique and tasty combination and definitely a must-try! We tried the new Pho Crawfish! It was yummy but super crowded, the employees seem super busy and the place is a bit hectic. I cannot forget the smell of the restaurant which is a mix of what you would smell when you are super hungry and a clean hotel room. Which I found soothing, the place has AC on and is clean. However, the menu was a bit hard to understand since it is only provided in English and Vietnamese, so if you have Chinese parents it might be a struggle finding a dish they might enjoy. I really liked the combos flavors they could have been stronger but that is not the reason why I am leaving a 4 star.
