I think it would have been less chaotic and confusing if they had just kept us in line outside while asking us for patience as they were delayed in getting their buffet ready for the day. Then it could have been better traffic management at the buffet while they seat people entering the restaurant. The food, however, was good. There were a ton of options and the dishes were separated into various categories to keep vegetarian dishes together, chicken dishes together, etc. There were also good dessert and salad options, plus appetizers. Was it the best Indian food I've eaten? No. But It was the only Indian restaurant I've been to where I've had access to so many options and opportunity to try dishes I don't usually get to try at smaller buffets with more mainstream items like butter chicken, tikka masala, etc. Overall I'd give it a 3.5. I got myself the BB special banh mi which comes with grilled pork, pork belly, an egg and house mayo at the start; you let your server know what other toppings you want to add onto it, and there's a ton of options! My server in particular was a little spaced out, so I got street corn inside my banh mi when I didn't want any. Otherwise, I got the cilantro, jalapeno, cucumber and pickled carrots I asked for in mines. One really big positive here is that with all the toppings inside this banh mi, it is VERY filling and comes close to making the $13 price tag before tax on this actually worth it! Taste profile wise, it's all right, and I tried to make it come as close to a regular Vietnamese deli's banh mi as possible. Grilled pork is slightly dry, so the condiments inside made up for that.
