Banh Mi Tofu with no mayonnaise
    Aries F.

Vegan review: Local Vietnamese restaurant, overall, I give it a 7 out of 10. Friendly service and relaxing atmosphere, with good music playing. Food: I've ordered their Tofu banh mi, Veggie pho with veggie broth, and fried rolls with veggies. I definitely enjoyed the fried rolls and the banh mi, those are staples for me. The pho was delicious regarding flavour, 10/10 but the noodles were pre-cut and I wasn't the biggest fan of that. Nonetheless, that wouldn't stop me from ordering it again!! Drinks: The Sweet Tea(s) are out of this world!! Sooo delicious. The Lychee sweet tea is the perfect amount of sweet, and the passionfruit. It appears they use real fruit as well, making the flavour ten-times better.

My fried rice was very stale i was surprised they served me up like that probably wont be back ever again

First time there and not my last!!! Great pho! The flavor was just right! The portion size was great for my large pho. Egg rolls were fresh and good. Customer service was excellent. Really clean place. Thanks guys.

This place was not good. $13 for a large chicken pho and a soda that you didn't even refill? I will not be back.

Is this really closed?? I just went there earlier this summer and there was a line to get in before…read morethey even opened, so I'd be surprised to find out why they'd close such a popular location. Anyways, my friends and I showed up before opening and managed to be first in line but the line quickly grew to about 7 or 8 parties within a couple minutes. They opened on time, but told us the buffet was not ready so they seated us and asked us all to wait at our tables until it was ready. Everyone who was seated would watch new parties enter, walk towards the buffet, be told it wasn't ready, and then go sit down; this continued for about 15 minutes and by the time the food was actually ready, it really became a show seeing people rush to line up to get plates and crowd the buffet tables. I think it would have been less chaotic and confusing if they had just kept us in line outside while asking us for patience as they were delayed in getting their buffet ready for the day. Then it could have been better traffic management at the buffet while they seat people entering the restaurant. The food, however, was good. There were a ton of options and the dishes were separated into various categories to keep vegetarian dishes together, chicken dishes together, etc. There were also good dessert and salad options, plus appetizers. Was it the best Indian food I've eaten? No. But It was the only Indian restaurant I've been to where I've had access to so many options and opportunity to try dishes I don't usually get to try at smaller buffets with more mainstream items like butter chicken, tikka masala, etc. Overall I'd give it a 3.5. Check it out if it's still open!

It's not your standard Indian you find everywhere, butter chicken, tandoori chicken, etc. It has those but it has so much more! It's a large place and the service can be slow because of it, but it is well decorated almost upscale place that has a ridiculously good (albeit expensive) weekend buffet. A la carte midweek is also phenomenal. You won't feel like you are in India per se but your mouth might think you are. This was our favorite Indian spot in all of Seattle, and while a little pricey, it is well worth the money! Happy eating from John Seeto!

I mentioned this to a very nice waitress. She said she would look into it. The horrible cRap music did not cease. I requested my order to go and asked to speak to the 'owner/cook". He proudly sent his wife out who was very apologetic. To the cook: Look, asshole. Hello, I wanted to…read moresay that we absolutely loved the ambiance and feeling of the restaurant. We did want to give some feedback on our dining experience. First of all, I want to give a bit of my background. I have worked in many upscale restaurants and worked with many top chefs, which include Puck, Thomas Keller, and other top chef. I have also owned and managed many restaurants as well. Our waitress was very nice, pleasant and accommodating, however, when she took our order, she did not ask how we wanted our food served. WE order an appetizer and an entree, which I assumed would come to the table one at a time. They both came together, a little unusual, but OK. The $60 king salmon was overcooked and dry, but still very good. The waitress asked how everything was and we addressed our concern about the salmon. Then without a question if we were finished with our plates she picked them up and ran off with them... It happened so fast we were taken aback, because we were not finished with the dish, there was plenty of crab and rice pilaf left on the dish. Finally, it was a special occasion for my wife's birthday, and I had requested that a candle be placed on any dessert she ordered , and that did not happen either. I have had several friends recommend the Copperleaf Restaurant, and frankly I was a bit disappointed for a fine dining establishment. Thank you for reading this,

Copperleaf Restaurant & Bar is located inside the Cedarbrook Lodge…read more The dining area was inside the lodge, where you could dine in a quieter, more sophisticated, and intimate seating. The outside was nice too as you could enjoy the weather in a relaxing patio area with nature, manicured green grass, trees, with the sounds of the trickling fountain. They also had a bar area for that very casual, louder vibe to just talk and/or catch a game on the TV. We went with the dining area and Julissa was our server and she took very good care of us. She was courteous, attentive, and thoughtful. She recommended a few of her favorites when we asked her for suggestions. Charcoal Grilled Pork Chop: coconut-ginger braised collard greens, grilled spring onion, pork jus, wasabi butter (4/5). The Double cut portion was cooked to medium. It was tender, juicy, and the juices had a sweetness to it. The wasabi butter was good and not overpowering. I'd order this again. Superfood Salad: white bean hummus, quinoa, kale, carrots, blueberries, golden berries, cashews, sunflower & pumpkin seeds, avocado, herbs, feta, lemon-sesame vinaigrette (4/5). My wife really enjoyed her salad. I admit it was full of good ingredients but a tad bit heavy-handed on the dressing. Don't get me wrong the vinaigrette was delicious. Banana Bread Pudding (5/5) - Moist, crisp on the edges, and smothered in warm caramel sauce - this decadent bread pudding paired with vanilla ice cream was absolute perfection! We'd definitely come back the next time we're in the area. Support your local business.
