Delicious food but service is bad. There's a girl in specific that doesn't seem to want to answer your questions. Every place is different so please answer the questions I have without attitude. I do think this could be attributed to a lack of staff. The people prepping the food are also managing the register without washing their hands in between. The guy at the grill is also on his phone while cooking which raises health concerns.

For mall food, this was super good and convenient! This is my first time trying sizzle & crunch and I really liked it. My friends described the place as a vietnamese Chipotle, so I was skeptical in the past, but give this place a try. The beef was super tender and flavorful. You can choose how much of each topping you'd like and finally you top it off with a sauce. I opted for fish sauce and their garlic green sauce which was delicious. They also provide sauce togo for any leftovers or if you want any extra. All the workers were very nice and I'd highly recommend stopping by.

Service is nonexistent. The employees don't care and serve food like they are feeding slop to lesser beings. Food was crap and tasteless.

My issue was the sanitary aspect or shall I say the lack there of. I mean it's one thing to see a couple hairs on the floor ya know but wow the amount of hair and debris in the floor looked like they hadn't cleaned in weeks. There was a a whole clump of hair under our table and hair hanging from the chairs. I dropped my daughter's blanket on the floor and my husband picked it up and he it had a pubic hair on it. The tables were not wiped off and the bathroom was a disaster zone. I mean if this is what they think their customers should deal with can you imagine what the kitchen looks like. The food was ok but I'm gonna be honest it's not something I would pay for again when there are other options that at least care enough about their customers that they actually keep the place clean and sanitize. I won't come back but if you don't mind eating in those conditions then it's your choice.

Luckily I saw Pho T & L was open and I've had this place saved for a while so this was the best timing to try them out. We arrived and it was pretty busy and we weren't sure if we seated ourselves or someone else seats us as it took a few minutes for us to get noticed. After a little of standing awkwardly near the entrance, someone noticed us and motioned us to sit near the check out area which you do need to go up and pay rather than wait for someone to drop off a check. We were given waters and menus and given a decent amount of time to decide what we wanted. My friends got a lemonade with tea, Thai tea, shaking beef and combo vermicelli while my boyfriend got the shaking beef and egg rolls and I got the Bun Bo Hue and spring rolls. My boyfriend got his egg rolls and I didn't get my spring rolls until after everyone's' order came in so I have a feeling that the employee who took our order forgot or the kitchen forgot. There was no apology or anything for it either. I got my food first, after several minutes the shaking beef came out and after another a while my friend got his vermicelli bowl. Luckily we weren't pressed for time but it made it awkward as we didn't get our food at the same time and it took a bit to get them. I am a slow eater so I guess it worked out that I got mine first but I also didn't receive my spring rolls until I brought it up once we received everything else. The food was phenomenal and our friends said their drinks were perfect too. I did enjoy my Bun Bo Hue, though I did make it a bit more spicier with their chili oil. They have plenty of tables and chairs to accommodate all party sizes. They do have a bathroom but you have to go through a long, scary hallway to get to it. The tables have probably the cutest container for their chili oil but I appreciate that they have napkins, sriracha, hoisin, and utensils on the table. The employees don't really check in often and they didn't really come by to fill our waters until we were down with our meal. The service was also pretty much non-existent, it wasn't rude but just felt rushed and cold.

I went here with a bestie on a Saturday afternoon for something quick to eat and came across here. Their parking lot and the overall location is unassuming; you wouldn't expect a place like this to be around what feels like a secluded area. Plus the inside is just the front counter, the menu in big print and some small seating (not for dine-in, though). Bestie and I each got their combo bao, which comes with many ingredients like quail egg, jicama, celery, wooden ears, pork and black pepper. We wanted these heated up, and it took about 10 or so minutes for them to be ready. Bestie did also get a mini bao but asked for it not to be heated so he could eat as a midnight snack. As for the combo bao itself, the whole thing could easily qualify as a meal if you get more than one. Each is about $6 each so they are on the pricier side but it's definitely worth having and it's such a unique addition to the Tukwila area! So much so it almost feels like a hole-in-the-wall or a hidden gem... well it needs more exposure than it has!

Today, my wife and I walked in, and the waiter told us to sit at a table by the door. We asked if we could sit farther inside, and he told us, "We're cleaning." That didn't make sense because the other tables appeared clean, and the owner was sitting inside eating. We went back to the front and sat at a table with four chairs that was connected to another table for two. The same young Vietnamese man came over and told us that the table we were sitting at was for six people and that we needed to move to the table with only two chairs. The restaurant had only about six customers dining at the time, so I don't understand why we were being told where we could and couldn't sit. The food may still be good, but the way we were treated today completely changed my opinion of this place. I'm done with this restaurant. I'm changing my rating to 1 star.

I ordered a combination noodle dish, and although it included brisket, the meat was so chewy I could not bite through it and almost choked. I ended up having to pull it out and discard it. The thick homemade noodles were spongy and tasteless, and the soup itself had very little flavor. My wife's vermicelli dish, priced at $25, was okay, but it did not include the rice paper wraps that are commonly served at many Vietnamese restaurants. When I asked the woman, who I believe is the owner, whether the large drum in the back was used for making noodles, she confidently replied, "Of course, we only sell what we make." I can appreciate the effort of making noodles in-house, but I personally wish they used more traditional Vietnamese rice noodles and a richer broth made with real bone marrow. Instead, the thick noodles just felt off to me. After adding four egg rolls to the meal, our total came to $87, and unfortunately the overall experience did not feel worth the price. Between the bland soup, chewy brisket, and inconsistency with the vermicelli setup, I do not think I will be returning. I honestly hope they take inspiration from Pho My Chau and Hoang Lanh, which do a great job capturing a more traditional Vietnamese flavor and balance.
