I was skeptical about coming here because of the mediocre reviews...but I was pleasantly surprised! The restaurant is clean and has a modern vibe to it. I ordered the pho, P1 and P2, to go and the staff were very helpful and upbeat. They packaged to soup, noodles, meat and greens very well. First, the service is better than the 1 star reviews indicate, but still really slow. I ordered by menu number and everything came out correctly. The summer rolls were on par or better than similar ones served by the many Thai restaurants around town, and the Pho itself was pretty good. Ordered a grilled pork and avocado sandwich to go as a light dinner and it too, was awesome. I had to exercise a great deal of self restraint not to eat the whole thing before dinner time after taking a sample bite. Will definitely be back again to try their other items, but they do need to work on their speed. Recommend showing up when you're not on a time crunch, at least for now. read more

Not impressed. The place is clean and new looking. Staff was ok. But the food was not very impressive. I can't understand why restaurants try to Americanize their authentic foods. By far the best Pho...EVER ;) the inside is spacious with TVs everywhere. Staff was amazing and I have made this my GO TO place to eat. If your like me and cant find authentic Japanese ramen anywhere this place is truly the next best thing. You won't be disappointed!! read more

This was my first visit to Pho Eva. I ordered the summer rolls with peanut sauce and a pho. Both were delicious! The service was fast and the server was extremely personable! I will be back! Update July 20, 2017: My first two visits were very good, however my third visit on Thursday, about 1:30 pm, will be my last. The service was horrible, the food was mediocre at best and we ordered ice coffee ($2.95) that was brought to us in a coffee cup along with a glass of ice. When poured into the glass with ice, it was about 2/3 full. A spoon to add sugar was brought to us after we got sick of waiting and used a chopstick to stir. I asked for cream and they said "they were looking for it". None ever came, nor did our server seem to care. At one point while we were still eating, the server dropped off the check, then walked out the front door. No word as to who was taking over for her or anything. When we finished and looked at the check, we saw we were charged for the more expensive ice coffee ($3.95) that has hot condensed milk in it. Seeing I couldn't even get regular cream for my $2.95 coffee, I was not pleased. To make matters worse, while standing at the cash register, I noticed a small refrigerator along the wall that had at least 4-5 half gallons labeled half and half in it. They corrected the price, we paid and that is the last time I will go there. read more

Was there after 1st week grand opening ..disappointed in food and service. I noticed that the dishwasher and other staff members were milling around the restaurant while I was eating with my daughter. Food was OK but too high and after paying the waiter asked me where did I eat my pho before., I told him TuDu in Pensacola. He responded too far. Tried to charge me 25.00 for a whole plate of "special" chicken, but my "special" chicken was supposed to be a half order and consisted of what appeared to be the remnants of said "special" chicken. I'm 35 and have been going to Vietnamese since I was 16. I have tried many different Vietnamese restaurants and this is the best one I've ever found and the best prices as well. I usually order to go, but it's a cute modern place to have lunch or a date. The staff is wonderful and always remembers what I like. I go at least once a week. They have stamp cards buy 5 sandwiches or shakes and get the 6th free. I've never seen a Vietnamese place do that either. I own a taxi business and when they ask me where to go and eat I always recommend this place. I had never heard of Vietnamese sandwiches but they are amazing!!! They use some sort of sauce on them that is delicious! All the sandwiches are around or under $5! I've had the pho and it's awesome and their summer rolls which are spring rolls are on point. I've tried a couple of the shakes and those are awesome too. Have not had one thing here that I didn't like! read more

I've eaten here a handful of times and the food has always been "ehhh"...pho broth isn't very flavorful and they are stingy with the vegetables, but I come here when I'm craving pho and I don't feel like making it myself. The bahn mi is ok, i ordered one of each flavor to test which one I liked best, and really enjoyed the grilled pork one, aside from the hard baguette. Worst service ever! They kept bringing out the wrong pho to our table. We ordered spring rolls for an app and it came out way after we got our corrected pho. Our experience with Pho Eva was especially bad. The person who I assume is one of the owners was taking our order. He started by handing us their menus and gave us a few minutes. Then the experience just got shitty from there. He came to our table and leaned on the table and asked us "so what now?". Halfway through us saying our order (which he wasn't writing down) he started looking at the other server signaling something and not paying attention. He left saying "I got it" and then came back and asked my husband what he wanted again. After a minute, a server served us the pho and our appetizer without utensils and then one of the owners took the food from our table and gave it to another table saying that the server put the food in our table mistake. When we finally get our food we had to ask them for utensils and water which we still haven't gotten. Cherry on top was when we were checking out and they tried to make up for their bad service by making small talk and ask us how our kids were (hint: we don't have any). Not going back. read more

We had such a great first experience at Pho Eva tonight. The food was amazing and everyone working there was smiling, joking around with customers. The atmosphere was very cheerful. We were excited to see a new pho place opening up and were not disappointed. We ordered the grilled chicken and grilled pork Banh Mis and oh man. Delicious. The grilled meat was so flavorful and the bread was nice and warm. Definitely hit the spot and I think this will become a regular craving for us. Terrible service, didn't bring drinks until we asked for them a second time. Appetizers didn't get to the table until they brought out the "Pho" which was just hot fish sauce watered down. They ran out of bean sprouts and it was only 11:30 and apologized(only time they did) had to ask for forgotten spoons. Never brought out the herbs, peppers and lime(along with the aforementioned sprouts) never got any refills. In over 20 years I've always tipped any server, first time I was ever compelled not to. I hope this serves as a wake up call to improve, although my business is lost. read more
