The decors were cool. We signed in to the waiting list. Waited outside and before long, we were called in and got our table. The staffs were courteous and friendly. This is a Vietnamese restaurant that also serve Chinese Foods. They have two sets of menus. One for Vietnamese dishes and the other one for Chinese dishes. Both menus offer a variety of selections. They even have Set Dinner Menu that comes with pre-set items. Have to give that a try one day. We ended up ordering the Bún Bò Huế and the Vietnamese Braised Fish. The Braised Fish did not come with steam rice, so we had to order the steam rice. For the drinks, we had the Peach Oolong Iced Tea and the 3-Colored Dessert. The Bún Bò Huế was very good. The Braised Fish was a little salty but still tasted good. The Peach Oolong Iced Tea was refreshing. The 3-Colored Dessert was very yummy. I enjoyed the sweet taste of it. They gave us orange slices for dessert on the house. The orange slices were so sweet and delicious. Will be back to try their other dishes I saw on their menus.

This soup is so pungent that the only time I get to savor it is at home and the stink doesn't leave your home for a few days. So, it is to my delight that they offer it here during the weekdays. It is a nicely stacked bowl that has everything but the kitchen sink in it - roast pork belly, catfish, squid, eggplant, and stuffed jalapeno with fried fish cake. Very filling and reasonably priced! The only reason I gave this place a 4 instead of 5 rating is because you can only order certain items from the menu when they open. I wanted to get some Chinese food to-go for my husband, but was told by the server that the other items were only available beginning at 10 am, which is odd to me.

We had originally planned to go to Com Tom Kieu, but the long line led us to try this spot instead, and we're glad we did. We ordered the bún thịt nướng tàu hủ ky, bún thịt nướng chạo tôm chả giò, bún bò Huế, and nem nướng spring rolls. The portions here are quite generous, so we ended up with more than we could finish. Overall, we really enjoyed the meal, everything was flavorful and satisfying. The only thing I didn't like were that the sliced beef in the bún bò huế was a bit chewy, and the chả in the soup was just okay. That said, the dry vermicelli dishes really stood out, and I'd definitely come back to order those again.

I had the: Nem Cuon- This had charbroiled pork nem with shrimp. These rolls and portions for the price are insane. If you had an order of just the rolls, you would be full already because they're absolutely ginormous. The pork was nicely grilled and sweet, the crispy roll in between was key to the texture of the roll overall. The orange sauce that came with the roll was both sweet and savory. It was so good I wanted to dip it with everything. I can't stop thinking about how good the rolls were! Banh Xeo - Outside layer was oh so crispy. The fillings were absolutely loaded with shrimp and cuttle fish and other various ingredients. Loved this as well. Banh xeo eaten with the lettuce and herbs and sprouts was truly refreshing.

We came around 1pm on a Saturday and was surprised that we got a table right away. Dining room was busy the entire time we were there and people shuffled in and out. Everything we ate was delicious!! The nem nuong rolls were so good -- each roll had a generous piece of nem nuong with that perfect smoky-sweet flavor. You can tell they don't skimp on the good stuff here. Every bite had a great balance of herbs, noodles, and that delicious grilled pork. The bun bo hue was a huge bowl of comfort. The broth was deeply flavorful with just the right amount of spice, and it came loaded with big, meaty pork feet and pork blood that made it feel extra hearty and authentic. Definitely one of those dishes that warms your soul. We also tried the banh beo. The flour mixture was a little on the thicker side, but it was still really tasty--especially with those crispy little pieces of pork fat on top that add such a great savory crunch. On top of the food, the service was friendly and attentive, which always makes the experience even better. All in all, a great meal and I can't wait to come back and start working my way through the rest of the menu.

I came by on a Friday at 7pm for a dinner (weekend before Mother's Day) and was able to get seated in 15 minutes. They have a Yelp waitlist but you must go in person to join the waitlist. There's a spacious parking lot but there's rarely any spots available and will require you to wait for a free one. The interior is honestly very pretty. It's decorated with overhead chandeliers with bright lights and marble tables. When your table is ready, they also give you a tray full of chopsticks, napkins, and forks. Each table also has hoisin, sriracha, chili sauce, and another sauce I'm not too sure about. After we ordered, I got my pho da biet maybe 5 minutes after. The cha gios also came out a few minutes after too. Unfortunately, my boyfriend's com tam was forgotten about until after I devoured my pho. We even asked them about it in the middle and it was checked on but we weren't updated and thought they had went ahead and cancelled it but it still came out. No biggy, we packed it to-go since we basically split the pho da biet. Food: Pho da biet (9.5/10): The pho was soooo delicious. It was meaty with a little bit of sweetness to it. This is one of the few places where I don't feel the need to sauce down my pho to enjoy it. There's a good amount of meat in here. If you're a tendon enjoyer, there's about 3 big chunks in here. I love the way they separate everything. If you order this, it comes with the stone bowl at no additional costs. They separate the noodles and ribeye on the side and let you "decorate" it yourself. There was also a good amount of noodles in here. Com tam (7.9/10): I thought that this one was just okay. We got the grilled pork and grilled pork chop and I thought that the meats were cooked perfectly. There was a nice char to the meats and it was seasoned deliciously. It came with a lot of rice and a side of soup to enjoy! I did enjoy this fish sauce more than the one that came with the egg rolls. Overall, I wish this dish came out the same time as the pho so we could've enjoyed it together. Cha gio/Imperial Rolls (7/10): I love egg rolls but this one didn't really stand out to me. It comes with a good amount of vegetables that you can use to wrap your egg rolls in. I wish the fish sauce that came with this was more salty. Maybe it was that day, but I couldn't really tell what was inside the filling. It was all mushed in together instead of different layers. The skin was very thin and crispy which I really liked!
