Was craving for some pho one afternoon while running errands. This popped up. Small parking lot or street parking. Can be easily missed. I was seated and looked through their extensive menu. Went with the egg rolls and combination pho with the meat on the side. Combination pho came out piping hot. Broth check before adding herbs, veggies and sauces. Had a slight sweetness to the broth, but easily adjustable. The medium bowl alone was filling. It came with a lot of noodles and protein. Meat on the side is a must for that additional medium-rare chew. The egg rolls came out a little later. It came out on a huge plate with herbs, lettuce wraps and pickled carrots/daikon. This was meant to be shared, but I somehow managed to eat it all. Nice fry to them with the textured egg roll skin. There was a bit of a chew to it, but it all came together with the filling. All in all, decent place. Service was nice. They even gave out a small bowl of hot tapioca for dessert.
[ Food ] I ordered their Bun Bo Hue and Green Thai Tea, both were not really what I'm usually used to. The BBH was on the sweet side instead of spicy. The Green Thai Tea had a fruity taste, when I'm usually used to a floral/creamy taste. I would try their Pho next time to see if that's better. [ Service ] Customer service was nice. [ Parking ] There's street parking or a small parking lot on the side of the restaurant.
Extensive menu. A lot of times when a restaurant has a bigger menu, not every item is going to be a 10. I do like that thy have the options because I feel like everyone can find what they like. From what I've tried, I'd return and try some other items next time. We had the banh uot with bbq pork & egg roll The bbq beef banh mi & the bun Bo hue. First, the bbq meats were delicious. Great marinade, tender meat. Cooked perfectly. I love thin rice rolls. Good fish sauce. Bun Bo hue looked promising! Unfortunately that was the one that fell kinda short for me. I loved the housemate meatballs and the blood cubes, the pork hock but the broth didn't hit. Very shrimp paste forward in smell. Broth lacked depth. Service was great, very friendly, dessert on the house was a nice touch, I'd like to try the pho next time.
It's my second time here - just been a while since my last visit. It was so long ago that I don't remember much about my experience so this time, here's my thoughts before I forget ... Like the parking, if you get here early enough. There's a parking lot adjacent to the building, as well as street parking or there's a large shopping center across the street. It's all free though I don't know what the restrictions are on the street. I know I didn't se any meters though. I didn't look for signs as I parked in the adjacent lot. Service was great. Not that much follow up was needed. Order. Served. Dessert. Bill. No refills were needed, but I'm sure with the way the staff is all over the floor, it would have just been an easy ask. Though busy, the staff was pleasant. The team all tagged team, including one who I believe may have been the manager - I noticed she was constantly scanning the dining area and directing staff. Then there was the food. See pics. You can't tell by the size, but it was filling. For me that is and if you know me, you know and I eat. I liked the broth - not too sweet nor too rich. The meat was a little on the chewy side but a generous portion. Noodles were standard. If I had to change anything, I would have liked more onions. Next time though, I just have to ask when ordering. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's an open dining area and got pretty to the point there were no empty tables. However, the tabled turned over pretty quickly allowing for more people to come in, in large groups too. There were two parties over eight people. I don't believe they take reservations but call ahead and ask. I could be wrong.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] So, this is quite a ways from both home and work for me. Not sure I'd make the trek just to eat here - but meeting a friend and catching up over a tasty hot bowl of Pho - I would any day, every day. BTW, cash and card are accepted. There's nothing too fancy about the place but it was a full house when I went.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The bathroom is pretty clean and there's an RGB mirror.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I have no idea why but there's one. I ordered a Large Combo Pho and 1 egg roll. They do allow you to just order 1 egg roll if you don't want to devour an entry tray. The Pho was actually really good. I did have a first world problem, there's not enough noodle for my meat. Yes, there was more meat than noodles and I like that problem. The only thing I can complain about is the bean sprouts, they didn't give much and it was all small pieces like they were broken. The soup for the pho was top notch. Tried it without adding anything and it tasted better than it smelled. It was flavorful and I don't have to drown it in Hoisin sauce. They also have free dessert which is great! Service is not bad, they actually come and check on you, even though everything is on the table. The parking for this place can get tight, there's not many spots and it can be hard to maneuver in if you have a big car. Overall, 5 out of 5! One of the best tasting pho I've had in a really long time.
What We Ordered: -The Eden Special $22.00 -Thit Nuong Cuon $8.00 This was our second choice; we initially wanted to go to Golden Deli, but it was too crowded on this rainy day. We had planned to go after the lunch rush, around 2 pm, but it seemed everyone else had the same idea. I had actually been recommended Saigon Flavor by a friend, but I mistakenly thought it was Saigon Eden. We were already on our way when I realized the mix-up, so we decided to give it a try anyway. Turns out, Saigon Flavor was closed that day too. The service was excellent from the start. We were greeted immediately, seated, and accommodated when we asked to move to a booth. We were unsure about the Pho options, but the staff provided helpful recommendations. We also asked about the spring rolls and ended up ordering the charbroiled pork ones. The Thit Nuong Cuon was okay, but we felt they were stingy with the rice noodles. The meat portion was good for the price, but the spring rolls were large. We probably wouldn't order this dish again. There were a few mix-ups with our order. They initially tried to give us two bowls of Pho when we only ordered one, and they gave me the wrong Pho, the rib eye instead of the Eden Special. However, the server was very friendly and quickly corrected the mistake. The Eden Special with Ribs is pricey at $22 for a large. The Pho itself wasn't very flavorful, and the biggest issue was the ribs. The meat was tough and difficult to remove from the bone, which made eating it messy. While the food quality is closer to a 3-3.5, the excellent service warrants a 4-star rating. We also appreciated the complimentary dessert they gave us at the end of the meal. Overall, we wouldn't rush to come back, but if we were craving Pho, we wouldn't mind revisiting.

The place was packed on a Wednesday evening, but since I was dining solo, I was quickly seated at a small table. Service was fast, and my large bowl of pho and egg rolls arrived in no time. Parking can be tricky in the area, but I was lucky enough to find street parking close to the restaurant.

Parking is in a very small lot shared with other businesses, so good luck finding a space during prime hours. Food took about 5 minutes or so. This is what I call excellent service. Prices are decent. The menu is similar to other pho spots that I've been to, but I'd say the biggest difference is that Saigon Eden's broth is a notch above most all of them. You can tell it's quality stuff that took a while to make. My go-to at a pho spot is usually the beef ball soup. Here, they didn't disappoint at all. Meaty, firm texture, and very tasty. Generous amounts of veggies accompanies each bowl. Also ordered the eggrolls. Big plate good enough for even three. Crispy texture, although a tiny bit chewy. They give you a whole garden full of leafy greens and mint for you to roll up these tasty treats. Their motto is "Come Pho With Us!" I definitely would pho with these guys again!
Great pho place that my family and I have been coming to for years! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Good service, clean restaurant, small parking lot in back.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I ordered the rice plate and it's pretty good but wish there were more vegetables, some of the meat was a little too charbroiled, and the portion size was huge; I recommend sharing this.
Came here on a rainy day and it really hit the spot. Definitely a place that provide comfort food. The BBH and pho was solid and even kid friendly! The staff was really friendly about a toddler. The egg rolls were my favorite here they were crispy and juicy. The portion of pho was a large and perfect size to share with a toddler.

I've heard great things about Saigon Eden and finally go to try it last night when I meet up with a friend for dinner to catch up. Need to come back to try more dishes! They also passed out complimentary warm dessert to all their guest dinning in. Who can say no to a warm bowl of mung bean sago that's not too sweet. 124. Com Bi Cha Thit Nuong (Rice dish with Charbroiled Beef or Pork, Baked Egg and Shredded Pork) - we opted for Charbroiled Pork, tender and flavorful. Rice was well seasoned with everything on top and was good texture. 121. Banh Hoi Thit Nuong Chao Tom Cha Gio (Vermicelli sheets with Charbroiled Pork, Imperial Roll, Shrimp Paste)- loved that the vermicelli sheets were served warm, game changer. This is our FAVORITE pho spot in 626! Service is always quick and friendly. Food is always 10/10, so so good! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant is spacious and clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We've been coming here for years and will continue to come here as it is our favorite spot! read more

My family's go to pho spot, especially when my stomach isn't feeling well. The medium size makes me feel very stuffed, and I love that they give you a mung bean dessert. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Quick and kind service, clean interior.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Never struggled to find parking. Combination pho: 4.5/5. Soothing bowl of pho with generous amounts of meat. I always slurp down the broth and have never been extremely thirsty after - a good sign that there is no msg! Not a fan of the brisket they give with it since it's kind of tough and fatty. I told the servers that, and they kindly gave me more of a different type of meat! Their com tam is really good, especially the shrimp in the crispy tofu skin! I wouldn't recommend the bun rieu - it was really smelly and somehow flavorless? read more
What's up: Lunchtime and we had a craving for some pho. I've driven by this place before but this was my first time trying it. My coworker recommended it so here we are! Parking: Located right off E Las Tunas Dr, there's a small parking lot on the west side of the building. It can be easy to miss since it's off a busy street and cars can be zooming by. There's also street parking available. Environment: My coworker said that they remodeled since the last time she came because the place looked really nice and modern. Staff members welcomed us and showed us to a table. After placing our orders, the food showed up fairly quickly. The table had all the things you'll need for eating: chopsticks, soup spoons, dipping trays, napkins, and sauces. We were even given complementary mung bean dessert at the end of our meal. Payment is done at the table as the staff member brings over the bill and credit card reader. What was ordered: - #26. Rare, well cooked beef brisket, tendon, and tripe with rice noodle soup (yummy and good portions for a regular size) Yay/Nay/Meh: Yay. I think this is the first pho place I've been to that's offered dessert at the end of the meal. Plus, they're pretty generous with their meats to noodles ratio. Friendly staff with a nice environment. Credit cards are accepted. read more
For all the Asian food in SGV there's not that many good pho places!! This is my new go-to if I don't want to drive to Westminster. It's not Westminster level by any means but it'll hit the spot on a cold rainy day. $14 for the combination (medium) and it has steak, tripe, and tendon. I love that the tendon is soft and sticky because sometimes it can be hard and disappointing! The tripe and steak were good too, no complaints. The noodles were all stuck together when I got them but once separated, still had a nice chew and wasn't mushy soft. Soup was pretty good but not super wow for me. Feels like it's missing that homey soul enriching goodness but ... flavor wise it's not bland or anything. I can't pinpoint it. Maybe I'll need to come by a couple more times and it'll grow on me. The veggie plate had bean sprouts, basil, lime and jalapeños. All sauces and condiments are available on the table. And there's a pretty decent sized lot in the back! read more

Food was delicious and good prices all around! The service was great, the staff was attentive and kind. [[HIGHLIGHT]]My friends and I loved how spacious it is, and were able to watch some of the TVs showing different things.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Lots of vegetarian and pescatarian options. read more
Came here for lunch with my family of 5. We had to wait for the table to be cleared to sit. I suggest if you have more than 5 people to call ahead of time to have the table ready. The inside was clean. We order 3 bowls of pho, an order of egg rolls, and 4 drinks. Total came out to $95 including $15 tip. The pho was ok for me. Even though I'm Vietnamese, I'm not a fan of pho. My go to would be bun rieu...the pho tasted too sweet for my liking. So I didn't enjoy it much. The egg rolls are good but not as good as Golden Deli's but still good and I would come back to get them. The drink were: Soda Si Mui Passion Fruit Green Tea $4 Fresh lemonade $4 Sea salt foam coffee with coffee jelly $7 I regret not taking a photo before I mixed the coffee. Maybe I was too excited. This was hands down worth $7. The jelly was firm and not flimsy. The coffee was so good mixed with the foam. I would order this if I was in the area. I love drinks and this was 10/10. You so get free che, which is nice because most places dont do that anymore. It's your traditional mung bead with sago. Ahhhhh childhood. read more

This place isn't close by to me but in my opinion, it's worth the nearly 1 hr drive from Hollywood though. Parking is easy. They have a spacious lot or you can find plenty of street parking on Las Tunas Dr. The ambiance of the restaurant is very casual and if you have a large group, say, 6+ people, you won't have any problems with being accommodated. I love the pho here! Especially their pho ribeye which is LOADED with slice after slice of tender flavorful ribeye. One dish I didn't order but my brother ordered and I tried a bite of and loved was the charbroiled pork over rice. My dad tried a bite of the charbroiled pork as well and as someone who a rarely gives praise with food, he was very impressed with how good the flavor of the pork was. This is will probably be the dish I order the next time we come out there. Highly recommended! read more
Second time to review after 2 years. I think they remodeled and looks so much better. The value of the food still hadn't changed and it's crazy in this economy!!! I had vermicelli noodle and my husband got rice plate. They also had "Saigon Eden Special" menu and I had to get this $5 egg bone marrow soup! Oh man it tastes amazing. And it's only $5. Like are you serious... The level of hospitality hadn't changed but I can't complain for the price. Will definitely come back. read more
Decided to try out Saigon Eden bc I was in dire need of pho and a friend had claimed it was the best in the 626 area. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Going in, loved to see that the establishment was spacious and clean - good sign[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We ordered the pho tai (rare steak), the beef rib pho and banh xeo. Tbh the pho wasn't the best I've ever had but still pleasantly enjoyed it. I'd give their pho 7.5/10 I think the banh xeo was the star of the show. Nice crisp, decent amt of meat and fresh veggies. We ordered a side of rice paper to wrap the banh xeo in and it just elevated the dish highly recommend doing that! - 8.5/10 I also really enjoyed the free dessert offered at the end. Didn't catch the name of it but it was a warm bowl of mango tapioca porridge? Love that extra touch tho - 8/10 I would dine here again but I think I'll need to give some other places a try first read more

We were seated right away when we got here. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Most tables were taken except a few open ones.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Com Tom Kieu had a long line, so we decided to come here. We ordered bun thit nuong tau hu ky, bun thit nuong chao tom cha gio, bun bo hue, and nem nuong spring rolls. The serving size is pretty big here so we couldn't finish our food. We thoroughly enjoyed eating all the dishes and they were delicious, but I thought the sliced beef in the bun bo hue was chewy and the cha in the soup was just ok. It's been a hot minute since I pulled up to this pho spot, and let me tell you -- she got a glow up. New decor, new staff, same steamy bowls of goodness (with a few plot twists). Food: This place still battles it out with Golden Deli for the top-tier pho crown. The broth? Deep, beefy, and whispers possibly brewed in the tears of angels. Generously loaded with beef slices like it's trying to flex on your hunger. But let's talk noodles. Something's different. Softer. Mushier. Not in a tragic way, just... giving "new supplier" energy. Still slurpable, just not peak texture. HOWEVER, their sate and hue sauce? A spicy love letter to my taste buds. I could bathe in that stuff. Service: Major upgrade alert. The staff are now lowkey telepathic. I looked at the hot sauce on the next table and boom -- it appeared in front of me like a condiment genie granted my unspoken wish. They even slid me a complimentary dessert at the end, and now I feel emotionally attached. Environment: Parking? A nightmare. I'd rather parallel park on a tightrope. Find street parking if you value your car and your sanity. Inside though? Cute, clean, and way more modern than your typical noodle den. Price: Affordable AF and they do NOT skimp on portions. We came here for lunch with the family since I was craving Vietnamese food. We got seated right away and received our menus. The four of us ordered the #8 Charboiled Pork Spring Roll ($8), #17 Large Combination Pho ($14), #46 Large Bun Bo Hue ($16), and #62 Banh Canh ($17). All of the food came out pretty quickly, but funny enough the appetizer came out last. The charboiled pork was more of a shredded pork than the nem nuong I was expecting, but it was a pretty big roll. Both the pho and bun bo hue were tasty, but could use a bit more meat in the bowl. I didn't care for the Banh canh as much as it was a clear broth, but my parents did enjoy this one for how clean it tasted. Great Vietnamese spot in the area with lots of options from soups to rice plates. At the end of the meal, you also get a small complimentary tapioca mung bean dessert to finish your meal. read more
Stop by Saigon Eden restaurant at friend's recommendation. It's at San Gabriel California. Glad it does have private parking lot. The decor is eatery, modern, and cafe style. Service is very friendly and we even get to order what's not on the menu. Banh Xeo is a Vietnamese street food crispy pancake made with rice flour, water, and turmeric. Inside the crepe you will find pork, shrimp, bean sprouts, and mung beans. The dish is served with Vietnamese greens / salad and sweet and sour dipping sauce. It's unique and I like it. Also pho xe lua - it's better than average and crispy noodles is also better than average. Overall the dishes are authentic and the size is generous when you order large! Good for company! read more

I'm disappointed, just when i made a little money to come support this place again, it raised the price again. The medium size for pho look more like a small. Inflation or not, the owner couldn't find way to keep the cost down? Well, I won't be coming here, not because of the foods. I don't feel like the owner care enough to want me to come back by not finding way to keep the cost down. I don't find the value in the medium size pho for 14 dollars. No complain about the service. Saigon Eden has become a spot I visit every so often, especially when I'm craving a comforting bowl of pho. Their dac biet pho is my usual go-to--the broth is flavorful, and the large size is genuinely filling, packed with a good variety of meats. I've also tried the banh xeo here. While the flavors were decent, the dish was heavy on the bean sprouts, which made some parts of it feel a bit undercooked and doughy. It's not bad, but I've had better elsewhere. What I really like about this place is the spacious seating, making it easy to enjoy a meal solo when I want a quiet moment. Occasionally, they'll surprise you with a free che dessert, which is a nice touch, though it seems random when they do it. Luckily, you can also purchase the dessert separately if you're in the mood for something sweet. All in all, Saigon Eden is a solid choice for pho and a relaxed dining experience. I've been coming here since they opened and this is my first time back in a while and let me tell you it's as good as I remembered... if not even better! We got the pho băc (chopped filet mignon and ginger), the pho xe lùa(special combo), and the egg rolls. Everything was super delicious! The egg rolls hit the spot and might be one of the best I've ever had. Love that they also give a complimentary dessert. I'll keep on coming back! read more

The food was great! Especially the banh xeo and the rice plate with the steamed egg and shredded pork. The portion is so good for the price. Service is very nice and attentive. They even have free dessert. read more
Came again today with friends and still thought this place was very solid in their quality! I got the Pho Tai Nam Sach without onions. There was a lot of meat and noodles were al dente. Hit my pho craving, and I would come back for affordability and quality! read more

I ordered the Eden Special and my friend ordered the Pho Xe Lua. Broth was clear, flavorful without having to add anything else to it. Both good signs of a great pho broth. The rib meat was tender and delicious. The coffee was strong and sweetened just right. The server and owner were super nice since my friend goes fairly often. They still remembered him even though it had been a while. The inside of the restaurant is what you'd expect for a Vietnamese spot. read more
