There were plenty of noodles and meat. Also ordered the rare steak on the side. The broth was okay. The noodles did become a little soggy towards the end. The Egg Rolls were also okay. Ordered: pho ga and nem neoung Honestly, both items weren't terrible but they weren't amazing. Something about their broth made me not like it the more I ate it. Went here last night, they closed at midnight on Friday & Saturday, and 'til 9pm on Sunday-Thursday. So went here two days in a row! What happened to this place... To-go only for now, but they only have one person working the front of house. Food takes forever to even order, then 20 mins after. No dine in allowed but there's basically a full house of people waiting at every table for their food too. I know it's Pho Ha so I know the food will taste good, but the service is very poor. If you can afford to go the distance, just go to Pho Ha on University in Riverside. Calling in won't make sense here, it's freezing inside and there's a table full of orders made way ahead of schedule, waiting to be picked up. Just waited 30 mins for this. Came here last night with my dad for dinner and honestly wish I had read all the one star reviews because they are all pretty accurate. I came in and was ignored for the longest time (even though there was an empty table). The people working there were not very welcoming at all. When we were seated, they threw a menu down onto the table and walked off. I ordered the Bun Bo Hue and my dad ordered the #1. We waited before anyone even came to take our order and it took a long time for the food to come. The tables and chairs were not clean and the servers were pretty much nowhere to be found most of the time, so good luck trying to flag them down if you want extra limes or utensils. Sure enough, when the food came it was steaming hot and smelled pretty good. It wasn't until I saw a long eyelash in my dad's broth that I lost any sort of appetite I had. To make it worse, I ended up finding a short eyelash in my broth as well near the bottom while I was eating. I was super grossed out because I could've eaten that without knowing! The meats in my bowl were chunky, thick and did not taste good or flavorful at all. The quality of the meats tasted so bad I'm surprised they can serve something like that. I wouldn't even feed this crap to anyone else. Health inspectors should really check this place for cleanliness. If they can't even keep the restaurant tables and floors clean it makes me wonder if it's like this in the kitchen. The cashier was lazy and told me to walk to the other side and get my own togo bowl. What kind of person says that to a customer? I used to come here quite often, but stopped coming after food and quality of service continued to go consistently downhill. Overall, I do not recommend coming here if you truly care about your health and do not want to get sick. It is not worth it. So good! It's hard to find a good pho with tofu. Their tofu was crispy on the outside & a little soft on the inside and it was so bomb! I always add lime, siracha and that brown sauce in my pho. I see some people complained about the soup ... pho is plain to begin with, so ... maybe they've never had pho before? You're supposed to add your own stuff to it. My friend got the fried rice and we shared spring rolls. She ate the rice with no complaints so that's that on that. The spring rolls and the peanut sauce were fresh. Regarding the customer service. The server came to our table when we asked to take our order. I'm very lenient on judging customer service. It's not like they ignored us. Not necessary to dock a star or two for that. The food items are good. The service is pretty bad, if you don't speak Vietnamese. The waitresses could all have some sort of uniform because they all just look like customers. The Thai tea with boba is good here, I would recommend. Personally, one of my favorite Pho places, it's good and has two options I usually get there. They have this fried red rice with marinated fried chicken and egg that is very good. It comes with a broth so it's not a completely dry dish. When this place first opened, it was the best place to get pho. Now it's a disaster. They seated us at a dirty table, the waiter didn't come till 15 minutes later after trying to flag him down multiple times, when I went to the bathroom, the smell of sewage was SO OVERWHELMING, I threw up multiple times till blood came out . The smell is now slowly creeping to the back of the restaurant, and there's no air conditioning..The waitresses are very rude and disconnected. You tell them no ice and they bring you an extra cup of ice. The well done flank looks like it's been sitting there for a while. We asked for to go bowls and the guy has disappeared for 15 minutes. I go up to the cashier area only to see how dirty this place is and how dirty the kitchen is with noodles and soup all over the floor to the point someone can slip. I'm not coming here again. If you don't mind having waiters roll their eyes at you, never check if you're OK, or just don't care whether you stay or go this is it. I mainly only come here for takeout now, because every single time I come and dine in the service is just awful. There were many things I was dissatisfied with. #1 we were new to the area and the menu, the lady rushed us into ordering; if it wasn't for my food knowledge I probably would've had the lady wait 10 mins. Pho is so good here! You can taste the quality and time spent on the broth compared to other pho places in the area. I also recommend you try the egg rolls, it comes with lettuce to wrap the egg roll in and fish sauce as dipping sauce add a little hot sauce and it's perfection . If your not really a pho person they have rice dishes to choose from and the sauteed shrimp and chicken with egg noodles is delicious. The resturaunt & restrooms are maintained clean. The set up is nice; booths on the left tables on the right. The atmosphere is casual, they have a tv and music playing for ambience. Atm is located in the back near the cash register. The only reason why this Pho place doesn't get a 5 star review is because of the service.
