    Noodle Bowl with Thai tea
    Amy W.

Enjoyed a delicious noodle bowl! Our server was friendly and answered some questions about the menu. The food itself was delicious and a decent portion. Thai tea was refreshing. Auirky decor. I think I will try a soup next time.

Was feeling under the weather yesterday and this place hit the spot! The bag was everything that it was delivered in. I am pretty sure they are owned by Pho & Bar or same owners. The flavors and quality were similar to Pho & Bar. Just found a backup Pho place to Pho & Bar. I got the grilled chicken Pho with traditional style. My husband got the steak one and he loved it. For apps we got the Vietnamese spring rolls with an amazing peanut sauce to dip. I need to see this place in person now based on the taste and the bag/aesthetic of the delivery items. Good job Pho Haus! :)

I know it's seems crazy to go to a pho joint and not get any pho, that wasn't my intention when I visited. I was really craving for pho (given it's a true cure to many things [especially hangovers]), but I saw some other items you don't usually find. Like the Yellow Chicken Curry served with your choice of rice or FRENCH BREAD! Uh yes please. It's usually how my mom makes it so seeing this option created a flutter in my heart. And we also got the Banh Xeo which was made just right, crispy yet savory, and the dipping sauce was perfect. The staff caught me taking a shot of what was left. I believe she packed me extra to take home with my leftovers. Space is small and cute but bright and open. Their wall décor packed with pho pun and your basic wall art but pho form, adding extra cuteness. Love the food and awesome staff! I'm easily returning and next time I won't PHOget to try pho

I got take out & the food was ready within minutes - it was fantastic. The pho was tasty but wish the broth was a little more flavorful. Staff was friendly in the pick up area.

Winter has finally hit the Mile High City and to celebrate I got a hot bowl of pho. I went Sunday night and it was a 30 minute wait for a table for two. The wait was worth every second. We started with Thai Iced Teas and lemongrass chicken dumplings from the specials. The dumplings were a good size for an appetizer and had good flavor. The haus pho has some of the best broth I have tasted in recent memory. I don't think it needed any sriracha or hoisin sauce added. I was very hungry and was barely able to finish the whole bowl. If you need a place to warm up this winter I highly recommend coming here.

Going to be dreaming about this broth until I visit Denver again. Our little family eats pho weekly in Los Angeles, and Pho Haus is 100% the best pho we have ever had. Pay them a visit, you won't be disappointed!

    Huge portions of pho ‍

Coming from the Bay, I didn't think this place would match the pho I would get back home. Boy, was I wrong. Me and my girlfriend came here and were pleasantly surprised how good the pho was. My girl ordered the spicy pho (not hella spicy) and I ordered the traditional. Easily the best pho I've ever had! The portions were huge and so good! Shoutout to Sandra! Friendliest waitress EVER. She gave awesome recs in Denver and was super attentive. Pho Haus definitely has them a gem of a staff member here. Highly rec this spot because of the pho and service.

Great staff, fun restaurant in a cool part of town but no flavor. None... Nada. We had wontons (the best part and JUST okay), salted edamame (no salt, undercooked) Pho and a noodle bowl. They honestly had almost no flavor. We added as many condiments we could from the table but it was basically warm water and noodles. The meat itself was not even salted. This place is hopping and this review won't mean much but there are so many other highly rated places right nearby.

Ordered House Pho with Meat Trio (only got a circular sliced meat). Had to ask for more veggies.
    Min-Ru G.

Ordered the House Pho with the meat trio option. Only saw one type of meat (sliced, circular). Meat Trio is supposed to have chicken, beef and shrimp (according to the online menu since I don't quite remember what the paper menu listed). But I only got beef. That part I remember. Got a small side of veggies and had to ask for the second one. Usually Vietnamese restaurants provide a generous large plate of soybean sprouts, basil, jalapeños and lime. (Shakes head) Earlier, I saw a waitress carrying 2 plates like that to another table. I've been to Pho Duy and several other Vietnamese restaurants around Colorado so today's experience was a surprise to me. I was already having a headache and decided not to bring up the issue. But this experience didn't leave a good impression with me as I paid extra for the meat trio.

    Spring rolls
    Frantsy R.

Can only review based on my take out order but wasn't impressed. I got the Saigon rolls and the spring rolls. Now I love a spring roll but it should be noodles in center one nice big lettuce leaf wrapped around and shrimp on outside with rice paper keeping it all in. This egg roll had so much chopped nasty lettuce and hardly any noodles it was messy and not good. Literally posting a pic of all the crap that fell out of 2 egg rolls! The Saigon rolls are supposed to be similar to a Vietnamese egg roll but why did I get 1 sorry sad wilted lettuce to word 3 long egg rolls? I got the yellow curry and it had good flavor but I was so turned off by the egg rolls here and the brown wilty lettuce they're using in their food.

I had my doubts that pho/bun bu hue could be this good in Denver coming from San Francisco, but holy cow! Probably the best Vietnamese soup place I've ever been to. What made it so special? The broth is insanely good, fresh, clean and homey. The meat quality was also great and generous- you can easily turn one bowl into two meals if you don't pig out like I did. The space is also pretty cool, and clean! They were very thoughtful about how they package the broth and noodles separately. Best pho I've had in the states for sure! Worth a detour or a drive.

Is the phoritto still available I'm trying to place a order for take out but it isn't an option?

Pretty sure it came back in late June. I would call to ask and make sure it's on the menu

Is the meat based pho soup broth gluten free? What else is gluten free here? (Spring rolls, grilled pork with vermicelli, etc?)

So the meat based pho broth is not gluten free. However our vegan pho broth is gluten free. Our shrimp and tofu spring rolls are gluten free but the peanut sauce that comes with isn’t gluten free. Also our noodle bowls with the grilled protein isn’t…

Do the phorittos come in Vegaterian?

I'm pretty sure! You can also ask for just veggies and they're pretty accommodating 😊

Do they always have the pho burrito?

    I dot know unfortunately

Do they take reservations? I'm from out of town.

I don't believe so. It's first come, first serve. But they do offer take out!

Do they have anything for alcohol besides beer?

They have wine and beer, but not a full bar.

Despite having such POOR service, we still tipped $20.00, not knowing tip had already been included. I went to let them know that they could've have said something about the tip being added. They said it wasn't their intention. And I could've reviewed the receipt but they just put the machine to me and asked me to tap without giving the option to review the bill. The bartenders and the rest of the staff were extremely friendly and made sitting at the bar a great experience! We decided on a few small plates; cannellini beans, focaccia, carrots, and lemon bucatini. The cannellini beans and bucatini were stand out dishes for sure. I love the experience of ordering small plates so this place is perfect for that although there are larger plates you can order (they do warn you that these take longer to prepare). For drinks I tried both the citron sunrise (frozen citron pressé, chamomile, cappelitti, sparkling wine) and the corsica martini. The citron sunrise was very refreshing although a bit too sweet for my taste. The martini comes with multiple garnishes and most of the drink in a smaller vessel on the side so that you can mix and match and create new martini flavors as you drink which I thought was such a great experience! Everything is thoughtfully curated and choreographed, from the beverage selection to the portions of the plating that you get to see between courses. But the choreography does feel a bit stiff and cold at times. While the maitre'd was lovely, it was harder to engage with the other staff. I generally avoid alcohol pairings (my taste buds get overstimulated after the first few rounds), but I did enjoy my cocktail from the a la carte menu. Through our 7 course tasting menu, we explored a fun fusion of local and Central American cuisines. The bread mentioned in previous reviews is gone, but we traveled from ocean, plains, and forest in various presentations of small plates. And from that point on, from first taste, I knew my experience would be exceptional. The service was attentive without being overly attentive, and the chef's were so kind, answering every one of my weird questions about what they were preparing or ingredients that I noticed. I ordered the smoked burrata to start. The balance between the candied pistachio, artichoke pesto, and wagyu cecina really created a well balanced and unexpected dish. The burrata was creamy and the salty and sweet components balanced the aged sherry gastrique and made for an incredible intro to a beautiful performance by the chefs. Next was another small dish, which I wish I remembered the description for (I need to bring a little notebook with me), but it was a perfect segue into the next course, the ibérico presa. Wow. Just wow. White asparagus has got to be one of my favorite vegetables next to artichokes, when done exceptionally well, as they most definitely were. The piquillo peppers and pickled shallots complemented the pork, which was so soft, perfectly. I definitely died and went to heaven at this point in the meal. This is probably when I should've stopped eating because after this point, still pure delight, but my poor stomach was soooooo full. Next was another small bite to lead into my next course, also incredible. Wish I could describe it. My next course was the European sea bass. Now, sea bass is my favorite fish of all time. The perfectly crisp skin, the red onion jam, the spicy sweet balance was perfection. I loved every bite. The olive oil potatoes were a perfect complement. And at this point, I was bursting at the seems... but I still ordered dessert, because you only live once and food is one of the great joys of life. For dessert, I had the crema. The honeycomb on top, the cherries, all leading to a perfect finish. A time was had. Thanks El Five
