Makes me sad that this place has such a low rating when their food is incredible.. after spending so much time here interacting with the servers and watching the people they serve I have come to realize that for how hard they work they get treated pretty poorly. Most of the servers here work 5-6 days a week 10+ hours a day and don't typically get an actual lunch break. They try to sit down when they can because they're tired, like the rest of us. They spend all day everyday on their feet and try their best to greet you with a smile. If anyone took the time to try to be in their shoes I think the ratings would be different. Most of the time one girl is always working by herself.. with no help.. she tries her best to get to everyone in a timely manor so be kind. If you come in late and they seem disappointed, keep in mind they've been here since probably 10:00-10:30 and have families at home waiting for them. You wouldn't like having to stay late at work either would you? I have had a few problems with my food too every now and then or I was waiting for longer than expected but we're all human here, everyone slips up, everyone has bad days, so be kind! Please if you have run into problems before, try this place again, even mention what your problem was, and I guarantee you the lovely ladies that run this restaurant day in and day out will find a way to make it right. Gotta be my go to place for Pho.... I have to say that I'm always pleasantly surprised by the freshness of the ingredients here... I usually opt for the salad bowl with rice... Load it up with hot sauce.... Throw on some hoisin, and you're in for a treat! Make sure you also give their brisket pho a good try... The prices and portions can't be beat... When I'm in the mood for Vietnamese, this is where I tend to go in the area. I usually stick with the vegetable pho, or on occasion I may venture towards the vermicelli bowl, which is highly recommended. The prices can't be beat... really, they give you a ton of food.
