Fantastically fresh and amazingly delicious Vietnamese food! Loved the atmosphere as every single table was having conversations, people laughing and enjoying their meals. Staff was very friendly and helped my wife make a great choice for her meal, we will be visiting again in the near future!

2026 Menu updated since there haven't been new pics of the menu on yelp for awhile, they still maybe the best place for the spicy pho noodle soup in abq

This restaurant has lots of vegan and vegetarian options that are in their own menu section that makes it very clear there will be no animal products in them, including no fish oil or sauce. The curry noodle soup is huge, very filling, creamy and tasty. The fresh spring roll I got this time was ok. I've had the fried spring rolls in the past that were delicious. The food I've gotten there is good comfort food. The ambience is casual and nothing special but nice to see all the people that enjoy it. I wish they'd turn off their door bell that goes off loudly every time anyone enters or exits.

One of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants in abq, I love their pho and sticky mango rice. They have good service and prices, I would definitely reccomend

Flat rice noodles dish from the vegan menu with tofu and veggies

Great Vietnamese food with a vegan menu page. We loved the lotus salad with fried tofu, mint, peanuts etc. Was refreshing and delicious. We also really liked their flat rice noodles that came with lots of veggies and tofu. I really enjoyed the pickled plum soda. Service was good and quick.

Absolutely delicious! This Vietnamese spot truly delivers with generous portions and unbeatable prices. The fantastic customer service and clean, inviting atmosphere were the perfect finishing touches to an already amazing meal.

The ambiance of the restaurant is very nice. Decor is modern and inviting. The place wasn't jam packed, but they were busy for lunch. The server was frantic, but still assisted me on my take-out order bc I'm new to the menu. I love Vietnamese food, but not familiar how they run things. The menu is a la carte, but are very specific. I really wanted a small side order of just noodles, but they did not offer that. Instead, I opted for their Tofu n Veggie chow mein noodles (similarly thin noodles used for frying the birds nest), which is actually a full entrée. I'm newly vegetarian and wanted something tasty. So I also ordered their vegetarian lemongrass stir fry with steamed rice. As a treat, I added the jackfruit shake. For my partner, I got him something he loves, which is Beef n Broccoli with steamed rice and seafood chow mein stir fry bc he wanted noodles. Wait time wasn't given, but I assumed 15 min. I think I ended up waiting about 25 min? They started to get busier as I waited. There isn't really a designated seating area, so I sat where there was a chair n table next to their register. As I was waiting, in a rush I was told to by another server to call ahead next time. I know the server was trying to be polite, but we just happened to stumble upon this place, otherwise, I would've called ahead. But since I walked in, I didn't want to wait in the car. I guess my presence makes them nervous? I did ask for a side of chili oil, which I had to remind the server who helped me before I left. Also, my shake was the last thing to get bc I had to remind them about that too. Wish I had that to drink while I waited. I felt like they kind of forgot about me. So I had to double check to make sure I had everything before I left. When I finally got to try the food at home, I was pleasantly surprised by the proportions. The food was a little more expensive for the area and other Vietnamese pho places. Partner said the beef n broccoli was ok. Not his favorite like other Chinese places. Fair, maybe bc it's Vietnamese style. I enjoyed my vegetarian dishes, but I noticed like other reviews have said, it's on the sweeter side. I'd also add the sauce is pretty oily too, which isn't my favorite, but still savory enough for me to enjoy. A lot of sauce leaked out into the bag as well. :/ I will say I like the variety of the vegetables and v that they tasted really fresh and vibrant. I love tofu, and the texture was really good. I do love how fluffy and aromatic their steamed rice was. I love to sop up the sauce with it. Overall, the experience could be smoother, but I was still satisfied with the taste of everything. I would come back and call first. I think I spent around $60+ before tip for 4 entrées and a shake.

Yes, delicious. The freshness & quality flavor you desire from Vietnamese cuisine. Great service & a deep menu for plenty of options.

Bún thịt nướng (Rice noodle with sliced grilled pork)

Overall: Pho Linh makes ok Vietnamese food. I'll update it as I try other dishes here and more places. Food: 3.5 Com Suon Nuong (Rice with Grilled Pork Chop): The plate comes with a ton of veggies include lettuce, tomato, and picked daikon and carrots. The pork chop has decent seasoning and the meat is tender without being fatty, but I wished they charred it more (I did ask for it well done). The side soup that comes with it was too sweet, but I did like the addition of fried shallots to it. Bun Thit Nuong (Rice Noodles with Grilled Sliced Pork): Again, this came with plenty of fresh vegetables. Typically, there are other herbs to add to the dish's flavor, but they only had mint. The meat's seasoning was good, and the meat was not fatty but it could use a little more char. Service: 5 The server that took our order was very pleasant and patient with our requests. Food does take a bit of time to come out but nothing excessive. Ambiance: 3 Pho Linh is located in a small plaza but provides plenty of parking. It is fairly clean inside but also fairly warm, not sure if that's normal for the restaurant.

37 B: From left to right: grilled pork, grilled beef, grilled chicken, grilled shrimp. Up top: chicken broth/soup -- fried egg

Today was my first time trying this restaurant and I already LOVE IT! TLDR: this is my new favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Albuquerque. I HIGHLY recommend the 37 B. I was starving so I got the 37 B which is a combination plate of jasmine rice, grilled pork, grilled beef, grilled chicken, grilled shrimp, and an egg. It also comes with a side of chicken broth/soup! I enjoyed EVERYTHING. Even the garnish of assorted veggies (some fresh, some pickled). Everything looked and tasted fresh- even the shrimp (which I didn't have high expectations for but it ended up being one of my favorite parts of the dish). This place does grilled food right. I ATE IT ALL. EVERYTHING. It was so delicious. Each grilled item tasted different, too! The grilled pork was more mellow, the grilled chicken SUPER flavorful, the grilled beef tasted the most like a marinade, and the grilled shrimp was the unexpected seafood star. I considered going back again tonight for dinner but I'd be embarrassed to be seen twice in the same day. The staff were nice and it was calm, quiet, and peaceful when I went in first thing in the morning. The decor was very casual and the restaurant appeared clean and well-kept (including the restroom). New favorite spot. I'll be back tomorrow, probably.

Pho Linh is pretty good and unique. Taste is more sweet than usual pho spots Bun Bo hue 4/5: taste is there but pretty sweet so you can def balance it with more lemon, meat ratio was on the smaller end as well Spicy dac biet 4/5: broth was also sweet, but it is interesting that it comes with peanuts, tomatoes, and cucumbers

    Traditional Lemongrass Pho
    Scott P.

    #### A very good choice for Vietnamese food ... The pork Banh Mi sandwich featured on a crispy roll was stuffed with delectable ingredients... a really nice sandwich. Both the traditional rare beef and spicy Lemongrass pho's were some of the best I've ever enjoyed. The broth savory and the portions were huge. The shrimp spring roll was a disappointment. Staff were pleasant and accommodating and very efficient. Value was very good - especially considering the take-home from the huge Pho bowls. We'll come back for sure ... at 6pm on a Thursday it was almost empty in the dining room - but by 6:30pm the staff had their hands full with customers. Note: Update of sorts ... pick some up and enjoy it the next day... My Lemongrass Pho was twice as delicious the next afternoon. ...

The cold cuts were flavorful, the bread was fresh, and the meat to bread ratio was just right since I like more meat than bread. This is an excellent option for a quick lunch, but I would recommend staying to eat if you can. The decor is simple, the space is clean, and there are a few tables available. It does get busy during the lunch rush, but the line moves quickly and is well worth the wait. While the banh mi definitely steals the show, there are plenty of other options on the menu. Their banh cuon, thin rice noodles filled with ground pork and wood ear mushrooms, was good, though still second to the sandwiches. They also offer pate chau, a flaky puff pastry filled with pork pate, including a New Mexico style version with chicken and green chile. They have a variety of Vietnamese desserts like che, which I did not get a chance to try this time. My coworker loved their traditional Vietnamese hot coffee. I do not drink coffee, but I did enjoy one of their smoothies, which was refreshing and delicious. Overall, CODA Bakery is a go to spot for authentic Vietnamese flavors and one of the best places in Albuquerque for banh mi.

We stopped by early this Sunday morning and was pleasantly surprised that they have expanded the menu from mainly banh mi. The now have Pho and rice noodle dishes. B5 combo is a solid can't go wrong choice. All the protein was cooked well and seasoned nicely. Egg roll was good. Fish sauce is going to be the grey area because thats always personal preference, it was good, but would say more on the fishy side, which my fiance liked. Im used to my moms sauce which is more on the sweeter side. I also got an Vietnamese iced coffee and I will say it is probably the best Vietnamese ice coffee that I've had in thr ABQ area. Its was strong and nice and smooth. It wasn't too sweet. The reason why I say this is the best iced Vietnamese cofee I've had in ABQ is because other places, the Vietnamese coffee is bitter or its not balanced enough with flavor. At over $8 for a cup, it's pricey but if i need a Vietnamese coffee fix, this will be a good to spot. I will say they keep it really clean in there and the white esthetic was pleasing on this sunny Sunday while we were eating in there.

First, impression, the service was polite and understanding. The sandwich and drink came out within 10 min. Their Banh Mi was flavorful and was in a 9in roll that was lightly crispy and filled pretty well. I am used to shorter rolls that are stuffed way more. I felt like I ate more bread than toppings, otherwise I would rate it higher. It's about a $12 sandwich, on par with Subway footlong prices. The fruit tea was great, although I question the practicality of the canister it was served in. Instead of a plastic cup with a straw/no straw, it was in a plastic can that you can open like a soda can on top. I disliked how I couldn't reseal it or reuse it. If I wanted to recycle it, I'd have to put effort taking out the lemon wedges, which I did in order to. So, if I had the choice, I wouldn't get those cans. Everything costed about $20 before tip. I think in the future, I'll ask if I can get extra meat and veggies to make the Banh Mi feel more full. The place was also very bright and clean. I liked the atmosphere where there's plenty of seating. They also have every table with soup utensils and condiments bc they also serve pho.
