We stopped by this Banh Me & U boba spot today for a Mother's Day treat and I'm so glad we did! We ordered 4 boba drinks, a sandwich, and mochi ice cream... everything was absolutely delicious. The customer service was amazing and she gave us some really great sandwich recommendations that did not disappoint. Such a fun and tasty experience. The decoration is also so cute, the place was clean and fresh. We'll definitely be coming back!

I was so full on only half of the delicious pork banh mi sandwich and half of the shrimp spring roll! The sandwich has the delicious soft bread with soft crust and loaded with the meat and vegetables. Several sauces including a chili/oil, siracha, hoisin, etc. were set on each table. The shrimp spring roll came with the peanut sauce. The order itself came with two very generously sized spring rolls. The triple chocolate moor had a hard ganache with white and dark chocolate mousse inside. Was light in texture but yet filling! Clean restaurant. Very nice staff. Busy on a Saturday lunch but plenty of parking to the side and front of the store. Highly recommend. Next time, I saw the pho, and it looked amazing. Will come back for that another time!

I was invited and it was my first time. The place was clean & warm decor. The young lady was extremely nice and helpful for sure. Got my grilled pork barn mi(very good & have to say), along with the mango sunrise fizzy. The drink was refreshing and tasty. I needed another item that was without all the bread so I got the chicken hot plate. It was pretty good but not what expected and funny enough served with a whole sandwich hoagie bread lol. I then opted for 2 desert items as they looked awesome. The young lady was nice enough to discount the two desserts. they were both really good.

Banh Me & U? Yes! This is one of my favorite spots whenever I'm in ABQ. The service is top tier, extremely sweet, & professional. The ambiance is nice as well. Plenty of seating. After every visit, I feel like they improve more & more. They expanded their table seating too.

This place is delicious! The food was amazing I had a Banh me sandwich, grilled pork spring rolls and a strawberry fizz drink. The food tasted great was very fresh. The drink was very refreshing not full of ice. The customer service was excellent as soon as I walked in I was welcomed by an employee. The food was all made fresh and came out quickly. The restaurant itself was very clean and there was alot of seating.

I love their brown sugar boba. Trying the vegetarian banh without jalapeño. Will enjoy when I get home. The service is fast, efficient, and friendly.

I want to love it.... I really do but I feel my review will need some context. I'm a Cali girl and spent a lot of time in Alhambra so I like a real Banh me, the flavorful meat sticking out the ends, tons of pickled veggies and the kick of jalapeños that sometimes you have to pick out because it's so hot. Usually in LA you walk up to a counter of a hole in the wall and walk out $10 later. This place is like a Starbucks version, so cute and clean and a slightly anime vibe, great to meet someone for lunch plus it opens at 10AM for early lunch eaters. For a sandwich and a coffee it's $21 so there is that. The sandwich was good and probably great to many but it was a little too vanilla for me. It was light on meat and fillings and for the price was underwhelming. The viet Coffee is premade so I couldn't ask for less condensed milk and that felt odd that I couldn't customize it. Not the biggest deal but an FYI.

This is now the best Vietnamese place I have been in, I absolutely downed the sauce and food in the "Steak Hot Plate B1" with the included bread. It was so good, This place has been open for over a year and the place looks like it just opened yesterday. The service was the best and was fast-serving. And finally, the drink I got ("Mango Fizzie") was delicious. I brought the cup home. I will come here again.

What a lovely cute spot for lunch or brunch! They do have a decent selection of Vietnamese bites. The pho was good, but my favorite were the shrimp and pork eggrolls that I KNOW they made in house because the filling wasn't the typical Chinese take out eggrolls. So fresh and YUMMY! The drinks were delicious, the best was the Me & U fruit tea that had such a fruity but not overly sweet refreshing taste! My banana matcha drink was ok, needed more banana flavor. They also had a case of cakes and macarons but I was far too full . Overall I enjoyed my meal and drinks and the establishment is modern, clean but cute!

Nice little spot with authentic Vietnamese meals. The food was fast, fresh and fantastic, awesome menu with so many options including a large drink selection as well! Staff was very helpful in helping us decide what to order. We ended up with their two most popular sandwiches which were packed full of fresh ingredients. Tasty and large portions which were very filling and well worth the price! Each bahn mi is two days worth of food! Seasoned fries were hot and crispy and full of bold and zesty flavor! We will be back for a visit in the near future.

Food Ordered the fried pork bahn me was very tasty the pork with the vegetables and cilantro along with the fresh baguette was on point. Had the water melon strawberry drink with lychee popping boba so good. Service Friendly quick service. Talked to owner said they may be expanding their sandwiches eventually. I Said I would like to see a crispy pork belly on the menu. Ambiance Very very very nice and bright inside and clean. Overall good tasty bahn mi sandwiches and drinks.

So..I'm Asian..and am so excited about trying Banh Me & U, the new business that I hadn't been to before! I found the restaurant clean and modern and the staff was helpful. I got a passion fruit fruit tea, a grilled pork banh me and an ube coco drink with egg pudding. Initially, I was going to just have a drink and save the rest for later...but once I finished the ube coco drink...I couldn't stop!! I ended up eating ALL 3 within 3 hours span!! nom nom...finger licking...I'm feeling like a real pig right now!! Loved the food!! Tasty!! The excess packaging creates a lil too much waste to my liking, price point is on a slightly higher side than what I expected, but the ambiance and the quality of the food was good!!

We were running errands in the area and saw this spot. New to us and/or we just haven't noticed it. It's a nice little spot, with a clean interior design, and it's nice and bright. They also have a pastry section and desserts. A lot of people were enjoying dessert when we were there. We ordered a drink, a grilled pork sandwich, and a viet ham sandwich. Everything was super tasty and the bread was perfect with texture and a soft crunch. We even bought a bag of baguettes to make sandwiches for later. Customer service was on point, everyone was super nice and friendly. Their is an extra charge if you're not paying with cash. The banh mi menu is a little pricey to me and I wish it would have been a little more filled up with protein and veggies. But they do have a reward program. Overall it's a great spot to hit up for banh mi, but the menu is somewhat limited for sandwiches right now. They do have a good size drink menu. We will be back and it's a definite recommend spot.

The cold cuts were flavorful, the bread was fresh, and the meat to bread ratio was just right since I like more meat than bread. This is an excellent option for a quick lunch, but I would recommend staying to eat if you can. The decor is simple, the space is clean, and there are a few tables available. It does get busy during the lunch rush, but the line moves quickly and is well worth the wait. While the banh mi definitely steals the show, there are plenty of other options on the menu. Their banh cuon, thin rice noodles filled with ground pork and wood ear mushrooms, was good, though still second to the sandwiches. They also offer pate chau, a flaky puff pastry filled with pork pate, including a New Mexico style version with chicken and green chile. They have a variety of Vietnamese desserts like che, which I did not get a chance to try this time. My coworker loved their traditional Vietnamese hot coffee. I do not drink coffee, but I did enjoy one of their smoothies, which was refreshing and delicious. Overall, CODA Bakery is a go to spot for authentic Vietnamese flavors and one of the best places in Albuquerque for banh mi.

After sitting on the I-40 for two hours so officials could clear three separate wrecks (*sigh* yes…read morefor real), I was all the things: parched, bladder bloated (lol, sorry), but most of all hangry. I called to place an order through "Bamboo by Kulantro" with a very friendly staff member. He was just as friendly when I picked up my takeout on November 25, 2025. My "takeaway" entree was the Bamboo Bowl ($18.12 with a card). It entailed "vermicelli noodles, spring mix, crispy garnish, peanuts, house sauce, crispy egg roll cut up into pieces, two grilled shrimp, and my choice of protein: grilled beef. While there was an enormous amount of vermicelli noodles which I could not finish, the rest of the entree had great portions of the rest. My dog even enjoyed much of the beef I offered her. (I washed the spice off.) If you have gluten, peanut allergy, vegan preferences, etc. - those requests can be honored. Inside, the restaurant was no frills, but a mostly quiet, clean environment. It seemed nice. Recommended for a healthy, quality meal with friendly service!
