The pho is fantastic, super flavorful and I love that you can pick spice levels. I love spicy pho and it's hard to find a place that makes it spicy enough. I was very pleased with the level 4 here and can't wait to try the level 5. Service was friendly and food was excellent. Also enjoyed the pork egg rolls

Updating. Still five stars for me. Had it last night and the actual pho is awesome! Flavorful, warm, makes you feel like it's a homemade meal. Very delicious pho.

Rare steak and fatty brisket Pho level 4 spicy. Extra chili oil, extra rare steak and fatty brisket.

My favorite restaurant for Pho. The pho is so consistent. It is the way I prefer, savory and meaty. Great portions of everything. Great price. They have plenty of chili oil, chili garlic sauce, siracha, and hoison. Lots of places only have Sriracha which is weird. You can always get extra veggies or meat. It comes out quick. Perfect temperature too. The staff is attentive and polite. It is also quiet and not to busy all the time. The only thing I'd like is maybe some premium meat options that some other places provide. I usually always get rare steak and fatty brisket. Sometimes I just want to change it up. 5 stars for pho alone.

Food was amazing. Alot of soup and noodles. Bowls ARE NOT small which is awesome!! We had appetizers but they were gone almost immediately. Service was great, were greeted as soon as we sat down. Overall great place. Seems family owned, can almost taste the passion in the food. Place is well lit and looks well decorated

We stopped here one evening because we were craving pho. The menu had many Vietnamese dishes we wanted to try and instead we ended up ordering bun bo hue (BBH), caramelized catfish, and sautéd water spinach. I loved how homey and well seasoned each dish was. The staff was also very personable and welcoming. We left stuff and even had extra to go!

I was driving through Addison and desperately wanted to some Vietnamese food so I decided to stop here. It was after the lunch crowd so it was very empty, but it was clean and had a hometown vibe to it. As soon as I sat down, I knew I wanted a Bahn Mi. I asked the waiter which one was the best and he said the #1, so that's what I got. The bread was crispy while also chewy. The veggies were fresh and also crispy. The meats all blended together so well along with the flavorful sauce they had on top. It all came together when I added the chili garlic sauce to it with each bite. I will absolutely be coming back for more!!

I love that you can fully customize your pho here so you can get exactly what you want. A super solid bowl of pho. Service was fine. Plenty of parking.

This place is wonderful. When you walk in the atmosphere is serene and peaceful. Service is wonderful and the food delicious and authentic. I can't thank you enough for such a wonderful experience! I will definitely be back.

The best broth ever hands down! I took my food to go but it was calm and quiet inside when I went in to get my food. Service was quick and the people were nice!

Pho Midway will do. I ordered the Pho Mini with Shrimp and chicken broth. It was a great size for the price. I like that the shrimp tasted real whereas in lots of pho restaurants I've been to, the shrimp can taste rubbery and totally flavorless. I also ordered eggrolls. They were okay. They tasted a little stale or maybe they were just a little harder to chew through than I'm used to. The service wasn't bad. They were not the most attentive but there is a button you can press at each table to get the team's attention so that's nice. It's fairly clean in there. Ambience wise, id feel more comfortable if it were a little brighter in there but like I said, it will do. Pho is what you make it, so after I loaded mine with lots of garnishes and sauces, I enjoyed it. It wasn't the best I've ever had but it certainly wasn't the worst and it's been the best I've had in Dallas so far!

I was considering to give 3 stars, but will leave 4. I have been to Pho Midway 4 times before leaving this review. FOOD I mainly had Bun Bo Hue every visit, but someone that I went with always got their regular pho; so, I tried the broth. The consistency of BBH is excellent and I can see the improvement every visit. My first visit, I definitely thought something was missing and they did forget to add an ingredient... Anyways, everything looked and tasted very fresh. It is not my favorite BBH spot, but location convenience will do just fine. Pho broth was also good, but I would definitely go for longer boil to get richer broth for my personal preference. When you check in, you might get an offer, but one of the latest visit was free Thai Tea and that was delicious! SERVICE Nothing to be applauding, just a casual service. I will say, every time I went, we were the only people in store...but food takes 20-30minutes to come out. My very first visit back in January 2023, 3 food (2 pho and 1 BBH) took 43minutes. Almost every similar concept restaurants I have been to, food came out within 5-10minutes with half-full to full-house. Food taking this long to come out is very concerning to me. ATMOSPHERE Interior gives warm and home-y vibe with wooden tables and warmer lights. This place probably was a bar before since it has bar section on side. Cute decorations for Winter season as well!

Was pulling and hoping this place would surprise me but it didn't. Maybe it was an off day because business seemed slow. Service was very good. Staff was very attentive. Also helpful in describing some menu items. Now the food. I ordered the pho with meatballs. Onions were perfectly cut so it cooks while it bathes in the broth. Segway to the broth. Broth lacked a deep depth of beef flavor. Meatballs were legit but still not enough to support average broth. I'll try a rice dish next time.

The restaurant has vibrant decor and murals that transport you to a diverse neighborhood. Every employee who helped us was approachable and kind, checking on us after we were seated and served, going as far as taking photos for us when we asked because we were celebrating our anniversary, and bringing out things we asked for once we were seated. It seems basic to say that, but the warmth and kindness was felt from each employee we interacted with, and I don't want to gloss over their good service. Our order: - Angry Pho Birria Platter - Elote + Chips - Strawberry Lemonade - Ube Horchata The pho (a little spicy) and bao (a little sweet with super tender meat) will make you want to do a happy dance. The wings could have been a little crunchier but they were sauced so it's understandable. The Bang Bang and Spicy Chili flavors were delicious. The Birria tacos were good, but we loved everything else on the platter more. The Elote + chips starter was authentic and yummy. The chips felt like an odd pairing, but it tasted good together! The Strawberry Lemonade was sweet but refreshing. The Ube Horchata was creamy and delicious. Not too sweet, and the ice didn't ruin it. Know before you go: - Arrive early! We got there when they opened at 11 AM on a Friday. Two other parties were already there and waiting to dine, as well. By 11:30 AM, a nice-sized crowd had rolled in. They had no problem getting everyone served quickly, though. - You order and pay first, grab a seat, and then they bring your food out to you. - Yes, the platter sizes are sufficient for two hungry adults to fill up on! You might even have trouble finishing it all. - Their online menu has awesome pictures of each platter option. The platters look smaller in person than in those photos, but as I said, you will definitely get full. - My husband, who is not a pho lover, loved the Angry Pho. - They are closed on Saturdays and Mondays. - They have gluten-free and halal options.

Literally a flavor bomb in every bite! They have an extensive menu with so many unique dishes. It was hard to order one dish so we just had to order it all :) The Saltado was the best I've ever had! It was so bomb! The fries were somehow still crispy even though it's tossed in this delicious sauce! Meat was tender and melt in your mouth good! I also loved the burger! We cut pieces so we can all try the different dishes, and I kept cutting pieces of the burger! I've also been on a burger kick lately to try to find the best burger and this one is high up the list! It was surprisingly hot for a good 15 mins. The meat was well seasoned and the onion, cheese meat and sauce all blended so well. Little bit salty and a little bit sweet with the grill onions. The wings were also crispy with this nice sweet chili sauce! Cooked to perfection! I really liked the curry pho! It's a green curry with a little kick to it. They have quite a few different vegan options and this is a dish that can be made vegan. You can dip the Birria tacos in this pho consume which is so fire! It's so good you just want to drink it up lol I added some of their habenero hot sauce and it was just the perfect birria bites. The phorrito is pho filling wrapped in rice and fried! You gotta wash all these delicious meals down with a lychee peach tea! It hit the spot lol it was so refreshing with the perfect amount of flavor and sweetness. This is a must try place if you're in the area!

You can tell they brew it and it doesn't come from a syrup. When I sat down, I was instantly greeted, and there were like four different people serving my table, I think that they all work as a team to make sure everything is covered. The service was just amazing. Restaurant is beautiful, the booths were , small and intimate and you feeling that you in place with privacy and yet part of the group ....kind of interesting how they've done that. But the food! The food was outstanding, first they gave me a complementary appetizer of Jasmine sticky rice with this eggplant chutney, that was very tasty, a teeny bit spicy, but really good depth with flavor. Then my beef Samosas arrived. There were four, wrapped in like a triangle rapper, smaller than the Indian version of the same, and the flavor was very tasty, and corn and small chopped potatoes, yum! The two chutneys that came with it one was a cool cucumber, and the other was this sweet and spicy plum sauce. They made samosas!!! They could be soft and cool, or they could be delicious and spicy, depending on chutney you had them with and you had a third option.... There was a bed of pickled radish and carrot that really sit off the samosas as well and we're just delicious on their own. I devoured the entire thing. Then get the entrée. I had drunken noodles and I added the shredded pork... It was devastatingly tasty!!! the noodles were obviously done it a wok that's been seasoned to perfection. The wide noodles picked up all that deliciousness from the wok and then combined with the pork... heaven ! They had large pieces of bell pepper and tomatoes. very fresh onions... Just deliciousness.
