Came here to try their bun Bo hue (spicy noodle soup) broth was flavorful and rich and meat was real tender. Unremarkable pho in the heart of Glen Burnie. If you are from a larger city you know how the Pho should taste. Its not up the standards I've seen from DC TO Boston. It more reminds me of fast food Pho soup. If there is such a thing. I suspect many people come here because it's next to Community College, a grocery store and a bus stop. A captive customer base. 3 times I've been here service is slow. Not once was I checked on in 3 visits. So I went without water or didn't purchase an extra coke. All 3 times I never got a check, so I just went up and paid it. The Pho broth is dull and all 3 times there was one item that was listed in the description that didn't make it into the bowl. Tonight it was Pho bowl that had "tripes" in the description. Zero tripe. NADA. First time was lunch and I was missing meatballs but didn't say anything because they were super busy and I thought it was an anomaly. The next time - and I forget what I was missing, but I mentioned it to them and they looked at me like I was crazy. So this time tonight when no tripe I just bit the bullet and ate my meal and decided not to return. And why do they always deliver the appetizer and Pho bowl together? 1 grows cold. My bad for forgetting this is normal. Those that know Dee know it's like a 1 in 1000 chance I ever say I'm not returning. I am an easy customer and I give far more 5 star reviews than any other. Problem: 1 guy does the seating, all of the takeout, answering the phone and delivering meals to dine- ins. One person cooks. Lunch and dinner same thing. The phone rings incessantly with takeout orders so dine in customers suffer with 2 only people running the entire place. There is a guy who washes the dishes. So tonight, 10 minutes with a cleared table and no check, I just went and paid the $22 check. Maybe this is their model??? Who knows. SMH There is a mighty fine Thai place right in front of them. We happened to be in the area hiking earlier in the day, so decided to stop by Pho Miss Saigon to fulfill our pho cravings. It is located in a strip mall with plenty of public parking. It is a small restaurant with an open kitchen. The menu has the usual appetizers, pho, rice dishes, and rice noodles. Upon entering the restaurant, the traditional pho aroma was missing. A good pho restaurant will saturate your clothes with its aroma. Another red flag was that there was no giant boiling pot of pho broth on the stove. I ordered a large pho tai nam. The broth lacked depth and richness. It had less noodles than my wife's small pho bowel. The amount of meat was generous. We both ordered Vietnamese coffee. It came premade by the kitchen instead of coming out in a traditional drip coffee press. The good was that the price for a large pho was less than most places. I developed the flu the other day. I wanted something to make myself feel better. Hadn't had Pho in a while so I ordered from Pho Miss Saigon. Very friendly and easy to order. The broth did it. It instantly made me feel better. I ordered a #13. The standard pieces of meat were ok but the tendon and fatty bits were delicious. Loved all the accoutrements like bean sprouts, peppers, herbs. This is a great place on a rainy cold day! or hangover day of course. They have a great selection of pho and tastes amazing! Probably a lot of msg so be prepared to drink that water after. I've included updated menu since the other menu pictures are not current pho price. It did go from $7.50 to $10.99 now. Not cheap for pho but reasonable. Also got summer rolls that I totally forgot to take photo and they were gone by the time I remembered. All typical vietnamese food, I'd be back again and this might be my go to pho shop! Met my cousin here for lunch as a random choice. The lunch special vermicelli with grilled pork was $8.99. The vermicelli noodles were a bit dry and hard. I've ordered this dish numerous times at different restaurants and never have the noddles been hard so this dish was pretty disappointing. Decent little Vietnamese eatery right in the central plaza of Glen Burnie Md. Facility is clean and service is fine. Food is okay too. They use nice fresh ingredients and make a good presentation. Vegetables served with the noodle bowls and such are not as pickled like other places have, but are fresh and delicious. Food comes out reasonable fast, and portion sizes are okay. Good location to grab a quick bite from shopping or visiting any of the local government buildings there. Also right next to the ice rink that opens in the winter. read more

Not a big fan of Vietnamese food but this place is an exception for me. I always get the Grilled Pork on Rice w/ Thai Tea. It never disappoints. The dish is not even in one plate, horrible plating. The shrimp are also over cooked like gummy worms but salty. Shameful to charge $13 for this... not even a dish, more like a rip off. I had the Pho, it wasnt bad but not the best. There are two other vietnameese places nearby go there their food tastes better. Next time I will either drive to Phubs near the airport or Life Pho in Pasadena. Unfortunately we were dissapointed and will likely not repeat. I thought my review and day was over, I went to bed and was dead asleep, but then at 3am it hit me. Sharp and misserable stomach pain... had to get out of bed and into the bathroom. 10 minutes later I was out. I thought it was over but then at 730 when the wifey woke me up, an aftershock hit me again. As I write these last sentences at around 830 tummy is still not 100%. Overall, pretty good. We ordered 3 large phos and a couple apps for takeout. The pho soup base is delicious, and the meats are seasoned well. The quantity pho was very generous at this price point. The appetizers were a bit small (we ordered the summer roll and the fried fish balls) for the price, but tasted good. I think the prices on the menu pictures are a out of date. The large pho's are listed as $8.50 (or $9.50 for the house special). We were charged $10 for the large pho's, and $11 for the house special. Still very reasonable for the quantity and quality of food, but would be nice to have up-to-date prices on the menu. read more

Moved to the area two days ago and tried this place out since it's around the corner! It is great, the food, the service and it's very clean. Apparently the owner makes his own soy sauce which another guy here said is amazing. I didn't need it though. We will definitely be coming back to try more things. Best Pho spot in Maryland in my opinion. The broth the eye round steak the Thai tea it all tastes amazing. There is another place in beltsville with a good Pho but their Thai tea tastes like they made it using powder or out of a can. Unlike miss Saigon's Thai tea that tastes like it was freshly made. In these times of uncertainty, we as a community must look out for our small businesses and today I choose Pho Miss Saigon. Very polite phone etiquettes and even better in person customer service. I honestly can see why this restaurant is the #1 Pho cuisine restaurant in the Arundel County area. The shrimp Pho soup was just want I needed on this cloudy and rainy day. We ordered two beef pho for in house eating and a grilled pork rice place to go for our daughter to eat back at the hotel. Coming from Houston area where there is a pho shack around every corner, our assessment may not be fair. We were indifferent to the pho. The soup was good, but the noodles were all sticking together. The beef was ok, just not enough. The price was in line with what we paid in Houston. The rice plate was barely ok and the price was high. The pork had little seasoning and grilled taste. Came in at 5:30, it's 6:02 and I'm still waiting for my pho (which should be the fastest entree to make). We also ordered an appertizer, deep fried shrimp, took 20 minutes for appertizer to come out. There aren't many guests in the house and I'm not sure what would be the reason why they're running so late on our orders. I was looking for a Vietnamese restaurant near Baltimore airport. I found this place. I first order the summer rolls. 2 for $3 wasn't the worst price but you get what you pay for. They were small and dry. I love pho with everything so that's what I ordered. A small was actually smaller then most but.. It was the perfect amount. I was just introduced to Pho while on vacation in Florida a few months ago. Once I got home I couldn't wait to order from here. I've attempted to order from here TWICE via DoorDash and both times I got a call from DoorDash saying that the restaurant didn't have what I was ordering. Both times I ordered Pho for myself and a couple of rice entrées for my family. Each time the restaurant told DoorDash that they were out of all of the other entrées and were only serving noodle dishes. The first time I gave this place a pass because things happen, but this time I've decided to write a review. Miss Pho if you're no longer serving certain entrées I would advise taking those things off of your menu. Having to cancel my orders has been frustrating. I really wanted to like your restaurant. Ok so. This is for the lunch special experience. Ordered the pho lunch special and the grilled pork lunch special. The Pho lunch special is a small bowl of pho and a single spring roll. The size is really small, taste is not that great. Compared to say Phubs or Pho La Cay. No where near as good as Pho 75 so let's not go there. The grilled pork lunch special? The pork was tough and it lacked flavor. It was as if they were trying to make something that is usually good have no taste. This is the worst grilled pork that I've tasted. To top it off (literally), they gave me bone-dry carrots with the cucumbers. It is usually picked along with julienned radish. Why did I waste my money for a lunch special? I would have had my bang for buck by going to Ja Kum Sung near by and get their JjamBbong (spicy seafood noodle soup). read more

Was flipping channels the other day and ended up on HGTV's House Hunters International in Vietnam. Started drooling at the images of pho in HD so I fired up Yelp on my iPhone and found this place nearby. Great find! Service was fast and friendly and my bowl of pho (house special) was exactly what I needed to warm me up on this chilly weekend. Also ordered the egg rolls which were excellent - piping hot and crispy, and the lemony/garlicy dipping sauce was a nice change from the thicker sweet chili dipping sauce I'm used to.
