My go to for appetizers are their honey way wing bites and the eggplant! As far as entrees go I always rotate between their salads and the short rib melt. Sometimes I wish the melt had just a bit more of the horseradish cheddar (I have asked for extra in the past) but overall it is very flavorful. Their menu does rotate every so often. Many things stay on for a while but if you see something missing, that is why! The owners work extremely hard and are always present. Wait staff is always friendly, too. From the moment we walked in, everyone was welcoming and quick to check in, answer questions, and make sure we had everything we needed. Good service always makes a difference, and the team here definitely stood out. The food was excellent and exactly what I was hoping for. Everything we ordered was delicious and very much on par with the other Nan Xiang locations I've visited. The soup dumplings were great, and honestly everything coming out of the kitchen looked good enough to make us want to order more. We came for lunch on a Sunday and were pleasantly surprised that it wasn't incredibly busy. Whenever I pass by Nan Xiang locations in New York, LA, and other cities, there always seems to be a long wait during normal meal hours, so being able to sit down without dealing with a huge crowd was a very nice surprise. The prices did seem slightly higher than I remembered, although that could easily be because this is a newer location--or just my memory failing me. Either way, the quality of the food and service made it feel worthwhile. We definitely over-ordered and ended up taking plenty of food home for leftovers, which is never a bad problem to have. Everything held up well, and I was more than happy to have another meal waiting for me later. Between the delicious food, surprisingly easy Sunday lunch experience, and especially the friendly staff, this was a really enjoyable visit.
