She stayed on her phone during the interaction, gave me short answers, and made me feel like I was bothering her for simply trying to understand what I was ordering. After she made my drink, I went to put the straw in, and only then was I told that I was supposed to shake it first. When I asked why she didn't mention that before, she replied, "If you drink boba and milk tea, you should know." For context, this is only my second time ever trying boba. Instead of offering helpful info or friendly service, I felt talked down to and dismissed. I was excited to try something new -- but this interaction left a bad taste in my mouth before I even sipped the drink. Hopefully others have a better experience, but I personally won't be returning.

Met with store owner today. I ordered and asked questions about the menu and she was on her phone the entire time, just nodding to my questions. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. If I could leave 0 stars I would. The server was nice, but as the owner of a business, ignoring your customers is NOT a good look. My family and I were looking forward to enjoy our meals but the owners lack of sincerity just left a bitter taste in my mouth, more bitter than the expired chicken broth that they sell here. read more
