Okay I've come like 15 times and 51 sends me to heaven every time. No more chili oil bottles so they get a full 5 stars.

This is my favorite place for Pho. I had a dental procedure last week and have not been able to eat much or chew. Every time I have ever been there it's quick friendly service, very tasty food. There is just something about the pho #12 that changes my mood. Great ice coffee, salad rolls and magical hot goodness. Has a nice vibe and makes me feel so happy. Must try.

Nothing food-related in this review. I've never even looked at their full menu. This spot is my one and only fix for Bánh Xèo Southern style, made with mung beans. That ingredient sets it apart from the Northern and Central regions, and once you've had it, you'll understand why I don't stray. I'm a sucker for anything mung beans. But this afternoon I went rogue. While waiting for my table, I spotted something on the drink menu I'd never seen before: Avocado Smoothie with Coffee ($7.75). Smoothie + coffee + dessert + affogato vibes all in one glass? I had to get it! Verdict: surprisingly decent. Not an every-visit craving, but definitely a fun curveball when you want something different. Creamy, not too sweet, with just a touch of Vietnamese coffee. If I recreated it at home, I'd go half strong Vietnamese coffee, half mashed avocado, condensed milk drizzle, and sliced almonds for crunch. Get it at least once who knows, you might end up with a new favorite.

Recently visited Portland for the weekend and I ate here twice! I got the #12. It was great! The customer service was great as well! I highly recommend.

I got the pho with brisket. It wasn't bad, but it also wasn't good. I expected the broth to have more flavor. I was disappointed wouldn't go back.

I came to Pho Oregon with a large group of people in the middle of the week for lunch. I must say that the staff were quite gracious and were able to seat the large number despite the lunch rush and no prior reservation. I personally got a small Tai, Nam, Gan Pho (#7), which was a popular choice with my friends. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time, given the number of people within the group. My favorite part might have been a combination of the meat and the broth. The meat was tender, and the broth was rich and flavorful. They also provide a good amount of herbs and greens to go with the pho. To behonest the sizing was on par for the price. I could probably have finished the small if I really wanted to, but I ended up taking some of it to go. Most of my friends ended up finishing their bowls, and they themselves aren't very big people either. The restaurant was decently sized. I will say it reminds me of many of the other pho places I've been to, but I think it adds to the charm in a certain way. There is also a decent amount of seating if that is something you are concerned about.

Pho Oregon is my go-to for pho. I love their early hours. It's never too early to get pho... The broth is so complex and deep. You get really nice portions of meat and herbs. Service is friendly and fast! The whole restaurant is really spacious and clean.

Worth every dollar as every plate is filled with delicious and savory foods! Would definitely be coming back!! Service was awesome, our waitress was funny even though she tried to argue she was funnier than me but that's cool. Restaurant was clean and spotless. Definitely bring your family here, enjoy a nice lunch and leave with a filled belly. Also, try their coffee.. will definitely leave you energized!!!!!!!

Absolutely delicious and I can't wait to go back. I absolutely love bean sprouts with my pho and they give such a generous amount. Love.

Been wanting to try this place for a while, it did NOT disappoint! Large dining area, quick and nice service, and insanely flavorful broth. Some of the best pho I've had!

My phone was so delicious! I ended up going with the lean brisket option, and it did not disappoint. I was wanting soup as I wasn't feeling the best, and a friend recommended this spot. I got beef fat on the side, and it added more flavor to the broth! The server was very nice, and knowledgeable of the different menu items. I made my soup spicy, and the broth was spot on. The only thing that I would say is that there were some flies flying around the restaurant and on some of the bottles. So keeping that in tact would help make the place feel a little cleaner.

Visited after hiking on a cold day, and had such a great meal! I came between lunch and dinner during non-peak times, there was no wait but it was still busy. Servers were friendly and helpful. Pho #2 (5/5) - Delicious! I ate the whole bowl and drank all the soup. Couldn't get enough of it, the different cuts of meat were all very tender. Fried Spring Roll / Egg Roll (5/5) - Crunchy and soft inside, could tell it was fresh and made in-house. I will definitely be coming back!

Short ribs had to spit out pretty much every bite we took because of the fat and gristle

The egg noodle bowl on the top with fried chicken and tofu was phenomenal. The chicken was similar to fish sauce wings and the tofu was very caramelized and had a nice salty coating of sauce. The bottom was nem nướng and pork with the woven noodles. It was a very big portion, but the fresh herbs/veggies made it feel balanced. An order of spring rolls were also ordered, but wasn't in the photo. It was ordered with crispy pork belly. Based on some reviews, I was skeptical about ordering the pork belly, but I was pleasantly surprised. The skin was very crispy and you could hear the crunch from across the restaurant. The restaurant is very open with big windows, but I liked the concept of the open kitchen look. The service was really good. We ended up ordering pork belly and shrimp for our spring rolls and the worker politely came by and told us they were out of it. He was able to accommodate for it and was very kind about it. Even though you can order at the table with a QR code, the staff was very attentive.

It's a Vietnamese delicacy you can't find anywhere else in Oregon so I'm glad to have to a Portland restaurant to offer this. They give a plentiful amount of fresh herby veggies combo with fresh hot rice noodles alongside tender flavorful char siu and SUPER CRISPY pork belly! The staff are friendly and the store is extremely aesthetic, the interior has this spin on modern Vietnamese style of decorations. Great interiors that's won't disappoint your date. We were brought here based on my MIL suggestion and let me tell you! The food was amazing! The environment was great and clean. The bathroom was also clean as well! My fiancé had ordered Pho and I had ordered number 41, the broken rice dish. 10/10! We also order a side of egg rolls and they were crispy and flagrant and very well seasoned! The pork chop that came with my dish was tender, I was able to cut it with my spoon and the shrimp wrapped in tofu and fried was probably my favorite! The pork had a great char, the shrimp were grilled well, and the crispy wrap added a nice textural crunch. Steamed broccoli was a fresh addition, and the side broth hit the spot. * The Pork Chops with Shredded Pork Skin (Bì) & Egg Meatloaf (Chả Trứng) plate was decent, though a bit average compared to other spots nearby. The flavors were fine, but nothing particularly stood out. * Noodle Soup: The spicy beef noodle soup had a rich, deep color and a generous amount of fresh herbs and onions, though the broth lacked a bit of the punch and depth of flavor I was hoping for. Overall: It's a convenient neighborhood option with generous portions and fast service, but given the quality of Vietnamese food along Powell and 82nd, it lands right in the middle for me. Good, but not quite a standout.
