They are generous with their meat portions and herbs that accompany the soups. The service is fast and efficient and the water is always refilled. I appreciate that it came with the banana blossom herb, because not a lot of places do that. This is one of the signs that is an authentic place. The pork blood was fresh. Teo did not skimp on the amount of lemongrass in this broth either.
